Why would anyone think that a child doesn't needs that much money to survive my support to my child $200 a month for child who lives with me. My ex's amount to pay to me 1,000 ridiculous! In cases where the woman knows the alleged fathers stance on having a child with her or not, she should be solely responsible for all future debts incurred or not so long as it is within a specific time frame. If a man is to be forced to pay for something that he absolutely communicated that he did not want any part of, at the very least show him where his money is going. Child support should be very limited in scope as far as what is covered and if the woman can't provide for the child, then she should be forced to give the man full custody. There are fathers that will raise their children and require nothing of the woman, so why the unfair treatment when it comes to men and child support?REPORT COMMENTS

Drop my child support cases! I should not have to pay when I am denied visitation for no reason! The mothers of my two daughters denied me visitation by simply telling the courts that they did not want to allow visitation and they had no reason to deny me visitation, other than they were afraid my daughters would have left them to be with me and they didn't want to lose that child support money to buy things for themselves, like getting their nails done, etc! Being that the courts treat the mothers like they are queens and agreed to deny visitation for no reason whatsoever, then I don\'t want to pay! I am also only a student right now until I can obtain a career, because of a worthless economy and $386 a month is too much to pay in child support while getting very little money in school loans that I should not be paying you with at all! I also think that if men do not have a job or are not allowed visitation for no reason, that they should not have to pay at all! Not everyone has rich families to bum off of to pay child support and your stupid programs to help fathers find a job while they are jailed don't do anything being that the economy is corrupt and poor! I became sick and tired of not ever seeing my daughters long ago and now I am telling myself that I do not have daughters, because I have not seen them since they were babies, they are now in their teens, I missed out on being a father and all I ever do is pay to spend time with the air! I am also sick and tired of being stuck in an RV at a shitty concentration camp style inland campground all of the time, because I can not afford to go places and have fun and also can not afford to move to a better RV place on the beach until I have my career and can buy a house because of child support! I am not one of your livestock to keep pinned up for you to use to allow women to live the lifestyles of the rich and famous just because they gave birth! I also have been going through changes since a few years ago and I am now a mtf transgender and don't need this annoying stress in my life anymore and the mothers have plenty of money, because their family members have plenty of money and the mothers even have new boyfriends that are being the father! I have been having to have a friend help me with child support off and on also, because the amount you charge me is too much and I cant even afford to support myself like other students at my university can and it is embarrassing! Drop my child support cases, or I will use my Space Studies knowledge to have them dropped and I will sue you on top of it! I don't want to pay these high school dropout loser women child support anymore! I will never have kids again and thank god I am no longer a man, for men indeed are used and disrespected extremely by women and our government!REPORT COMMENTS

Child support laws have to change. I support my child financial, mentally, and physically. I think it's unfair for child support can force you to sign a paper stating they can put your license up for suspension without notice for not making your monthly payment in full. Then you get a letter from Department of Driver services stating your license about to be suspended. You contact the child support office and they want you to pay a minimum of 3 months of payments which is $1500 for me. Mind you that I drive for a living so I need my Drivers license. Within the past year my license has been suspended 5 times. And the way the Economy has been it's been rough, everything this happens it's a setback for me.REPORT COMMENTS

I tried calling the government offices but I keep getting the run around. They are taking 1/3 of my net pay and forcing me to pay for all the extras. Child support laws as well as child custody law's have to change, I've seen and read hundreds of heart felt stories how the father is court ordered to pay and see his child less only on the fact of divorce or separation, not that he's a criminal but treated as such. In our case, my husband has faithfully paid his ex wife a large amount of child support for year's, however, he lost his job and took a lower paying job so he could work closer to home. Shortly after, he had a heart attack. Lost his job and now applying for disability. His ex wife, however, can care less. She's determine to get more money and has kept him in court for 2 year's attempting to re set child support. She can say and do anything, some things are proven false, however she gets away with ALL she does, my husband is forced to walk a line. It's incredibly unfair.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a mother that receives child support and I believe that it unfair how any parent that pays is left with nothing. I myself believe if the other parent does not pay due to unemployment reasons they should not get there driving privileges taken.... If you can't drive how are you suppose to be a provider.... I think that a parent should have the right to be a provider by buying the needs of the child and having proof, and or the parent receiving the support show proof of how the income was used and if it is not being used towards the children, the amount being paid slowly is lowered. I see so many people in the town I live in using the money to party and be a junky parent and children going without. I think of they are going to be so stricked with child support that the other parent as well should be punished in the courts if the income is not being used towards children needs.REPORT COMMENTS
