A father should automatically have half custody and no child support obligation if it is a double income family. Also if there is adultery of one partner it should count against them. Marriage is a contract based on sexual exclusivity. There must be a penalty for breaking the contract.

Good parents are drained to ruin while deadbeats are left largely untouched, as lives are ruined.

I pay 3k each month. She's going after 6k/mo for 2 children. She makes 70k/yr as a teacher. I offered to pay ALL expenses for the children. No way! She wants what the law will allow, me to get royally screwed for life. That's more than double every bill she has. I love my children but these laws have destroyed our family. I can't stand to look at her. I work in Afghanistan and can't afford to come home. Miss my kids but if I have to pay this much I will never see them. The USA is screwed up. I'm moving to South America.

Attorney general approved taking all my salary as payment. I have to work overtime to survive and can't even live comfortable. It should not be taken into consideration when it is not guaranteed.

I hope that this petition can bring fairness for everyone. I have dealt with the a.g. office and they're practices aren't fair, so I hope this will bring about change.

Dead beat dads make it hard on all of us good ones, but that shouldn't mean that we all have to suffer. I travel 8 hours to see my kids every other weekend. Thats 2 hours each way, and never once have they offered to meet me half way. Also I was laid off last year and had to take a job paying 55 percent less, but received no decrease in my child support. It's sad but I bring home less then I pay out in CS. It's also sad that they can raise your CS when u make more money, but fail to lower it when they see your are making less. Something needs to be done.

JOIN FREE: Federal Class Action for U.S. Child Custody Victims - Friends, I just joined CAPRA as one of the lead plaintiffs in an upcoming landmark federal class action lawsuit against all 50 States and the Federal Government, because I qualify as: (1) a biological parent whose child custody was unconstitutionally removed without due process; and, (2) I have been directly impacted by that during the last four years, i.e., within the statute of limitations. This class action is on behalf of *both* types of "family court" -- for wrongful victims of divorce-and-similar-with-kids *and* for wrongful victims of child protection services -- and includes suing on behalf of ANY parent affected by either "family court" type. It's totally free to join, and the federal court relief being demanded includes the full restoral of my child custody rights under law, plus a nice share of the large amount in civil damages expected. Check it out! It just requires entering someone's referral Code to join, so PLEASE use mine - 42085JL619 - in the CAPRA registration form, located on the bottom of the homepage at http://parentalrightsclassaction.com Plus, check out their power-packed Legal Tips page for all parents fighting family court, too -- Wow!! Thanks!!

Here is my personal story and the reason why in SOME CASES child support laws are ********. Soooo I owe 15k in arrears and I pay $1800 a month for 3 kids and make 5000 / mo.... Which is fine... I'm keeping up my payments etc.... When the crash of 08 hits I lose that 5k a month job to a 2k a month job. My support stays at $1800 , which obviously I can't pay. I go to the case worker three times they say is gonna take 6 months to see a judge... While that is happening, the 15k grew 10% a month, plus the $1800 I couldn't pay ( since they can only take 50% max of ur disposable income) grew as well. This went on for YEARSSSSSSS it's 2016 ( I kept coming to see a judge but they kept saying it was six months away) so now with Interest ( ddnt know kids are a credit card) of 10% a month. The debt is now at 75k. 75k. Yes. Even though they where taking 50% of my check for all this time, they said I wasn't satisfying the original order ( well no******my income dropped by half yet u still charging me same amount). Well anyway....thats where I'm at... Oh and almost forgot, I was in music biz...was denied passport and had to turn down all the international gigs I was offered due to that and can't even visit my other in my original country of birth. **** THEM. I'm gonna cross over to Mexico, fly from there to my original country of birth as soon as my youngest turns 18 and they can take the arrears and interest and shove it up their ass. Alex in Cali

I have a sign court documents that show all the schedules of holidays and when I get my son and a agreed child support in Georgia, she went to another state for 2 years and claimed I wasn't paying, I was in military and moved often. My son's mom knowing my new address sent court summons to old one. Next thing I know I'm paying 2 times as much in state of n.c which goes against our agreement in ga.
