Yeah one voice will never be heard but 5 billion dollar a year industry called childsupport will not be stopped eighther..... This is not for our kids ; since when have any of us payees ever seen or heard of us fathers and mothers actually being able to be fathers or mothers with parental rights backed up by the welfare system that is the same system that takes our paychecks n ripps our parental rights from us? Sad to say ; but this welfare is big busyness .... Too many disgruntled ex's lined up at the welfare office doors just ready to sign up to ride the gravy train at our expense ... The disgruntled ex's gets to destroy us financially; and we get dragged in n outta court when ever the disgruntled ex releases the welfare blood hounds ..... Good parents made into slaves to the welfare , and made into prisoners doing time and most of all made into DEAD BEAT DADS by the same welfare system that says there there for the best interest of OUR child.... Ha ; welfare is used as a collection agency for civil matters ,we as parents will never get any ware with these petitions:welfare gravy train only has too kinda passengers , the welfare agents and the disgruntled ex..... N tickets for us non custodial parents - this welfare even gets 2 $s more from the tax payers for every dollar they steal from our paychecks ..... The U S tax payers don't know this; n when I share this with tax payers it upsets them to know that welfare gets paid to destroy good hard working class parents: I'm a tax payer too , but I don't count becuase the welfare toke my credibility when they smashed my credit report when I was only 19 years old 23 years later I still have no credibility even tho I've paid almost 250,000.00$ in childsupport when the ending audit showed I was to only have had to pay 97,000.00$ yeah one year in a Fresno California court n I still lost the case...... Ha welfare is bigger then the IRS , a person can get there tax bill knocked down to a percentage .. But not childsupport .... That's for life and with interest ALLLLLL THE WAY THREW! -

Rhode Island Child Support Agency deliberately sends me letters stating I owe my ex-wife money even though I have been paying her regularly since she filed for divorce in Oct 2013, even before they got involved and started garnishing my pay. Rhode Island Child Support does not care about the children or the parents, they are only concerned about justifying their jobs and getting funding from the government. They are constantly trying to extort additional money from me even though I don't owe her anything to date. We are still in the process of getting divorced so I have my lawyer call them (at $25 per phone call) only to have them ignore my lawyers attempts to get this straightened out. I have requested a hearing with RI Child Support only to have this request ignored. Meanwhile she has her boyfriend in our house since Dec 2013. I pay her over $20,000 per year and get no tax benefit for supporting my kids and have to pay in at the end of the year. I pay 100% of the health/dental benefits and she pays nothing and they want me to pay for any and all additional things like camp costs, out of pocket health/dental costs, extra circular activities, when they lose school books, football uniforms, etc. I have no rights to my kids as I am not the custodian parent. She gets away with everything and I treated like a criminal. I have read the horror stories from others on this site and it's apparent the system IS BROKEN and needs to be fixed ASAP. I can see why people go "postal". It seems even when your doing "right" by your children they try to knock you down. Moving to another country seems like the only solution in my case if that is even possible as these Child Support Agencies take your passport which is required for my job. The law makers in this country need to recognize these injustices and monitor these Child Support Agencies to ensure they are not doing these immoral practices for the sake of justifying their jobs and getting funding from the government! This is pathetic and appalling. Quite a racket they have setup. I will do anything and everything to see that this if not allowed to continue. It doesn't benefit my children if they are causing the non-custodial parent due stress and unnecessary anguish. We NEED to come to together and hold them accountable for these injustices. I see my daughters 50 percent of the time, and because I am not the residential custodial parent I'm obligated to pay my ex wife child support, and pay for health insurance and everything else for my daughters. This law is unfair to men and is discriminatory to men. Not all father's are dead beats! Change the law in New York and in the United states. If a parent sees their child the same amount as the custodial parent child support should not be ordered. Both parties should be responsible for day care, health insurance, and clothing for the children but that hardly is summed up by 17% or 25% of one's gross income. Please change the law to favor the children not the scornful women!REPORT COMMENTS

The magistrate Kemp Reeves on my child support case altered my 17percent to 43 percent of my income to be paid to my childs mother natalie martinez who is a dead beat mother. Is this even legal? On top of that I'm only working part time and I'm a great father to my daughter. The child support laws need to be altered because woman use court as a way to be vindictive. Completely unfair... I have always taken care of my two kids financially more than their mom but because my wife decides to manipulate and totally disrespect me in the house that I've been paying for to get the house and child support payments to live how she wants to live without me , I now have been living in my car for almost two months because of the child support payment that I pay... My life is completely uprooted because of her schemes and the family laws pats women on the back and allows them to scheme and ruin men's lives. I have not abused my wife or kids but she has abused me.. I feel backed up against a wall and I have always taken of my kids as well as provided for my wife.. I am soo far from a deadbeat dad but because the law sides with women I have to pay this child support and after that how am I suppose to live?????.... Completely unfair and this causes men to think and plan horrible things because we who are good fathers are now under the hand of the law facing jail time for non compliance, which leads to job loss, financial and credit ruin, loss of esteem, given a bad rap by society, and almost like a vagabond.....ALL BECAUSE THE LAW BACKS MANIPULATIVE WOMEN AND THE WOMEN REAP ALLLLLLLL OF THE BENEFITS AND NO PENALTIES...Something must be done because this is ludicrous!!!!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Dirty welfare is used by the disgruntled ex's to destroy the other parent : not only does the welfare destroy the father but also the father n child relationship : welfare is the only one who profits out of our broken families , they take 1,500.00$ from Dad and receive 2$ from the tax payers for every dollar they TAKE from Dad: so now we are looking at 4,500.00$ for our kids but the kids never see that do they? Smarten up disgruntled ex's! Us men move on while all you can do is sick the blood hungry welfare on us to take our pay checks, get a life ... Welfare is using your emotions to make you feel powerful while they use your kids as an excuse to make money that your little junior will never see......welfare only servers its self ..... My baby's momma and i made the agreement 6 years ago that she could move back east with my daughter for $500 a month in child support and i would get to have my daughter for the whole summer time and holidays. Her mother went against our agreement and modified the child support from $500 to $1000/mo. Thats insane especially since her mother makes $65k/yr. I make about $100k/yr but most of that money comes from working over time. The biggest upset is that i have to pay taxes on the $12k that i pay a year in child support. If our worthless piece of crap government would wake the hell up and make child support a write off then that would be a good start. I know for a fact that if I were in my baby momma's shoes getting $1000/mo, my daughter would have a college fund, she would be in after school programs and go throigh speech therapy since her speaking skills are not up to snuff as an 11year old. Her mother does nothing for our daughter. Her mother bought a vacation home on a lake and now her and her husband take exotic vacations to places like Ireland and the Bahammas while i work my hands to the bone and get raped by our government. Its time for "we the people" to stand up and fight this tyrannical machine and give the American people their voice back!!REPORT COMMENTS

In 21 years I've paid 243,000.00$ as shown on paper the audit shows I should have only paid 97,000.00$ and I still ended up with a 35,000.00$ arrears ?????? Welfare made me a slave and 21 1/2 years later I finally got my freedom papers now my life is just beginning : I took a different job and sent almost all my pay into the welfare piggy bank and finally I'm freeeeeeeee : welfare made me wish I was never born but now I'm glad I hanged in there .... Welfare you should be ashamed of your money hungry pride and your above the law destroying men and women to pay outrageous sums of money n also collecting two dollars from us tax payers for every dollar you steal for men and women calling it childsupport , my kids didn't see the almost quarter of a million dollars you all took for my check sure possibly for them......welfare .....welfare ..... It is unfair to only allow the mother to have say on wheather or not to have a child when it take two to create a life. It is my firm belief that if a father does not have the means to provide for a child, he should not be forced to do so. Namely prior to the birth of a child. Where is the fairness when a couple comes together for a consentual, non-relationship sex and one of the parties does not want nor can afford a child. Why should we go to jail, licence be suspended, wages garnished, taxes with-held etc. for the benifit not of the child but for the other parent. Fathers are constantly being label as deadbeats, but what do you call a mother whom uses their child as a pawn to attain "financial freedom"?
