This is true, the mother just sits at home and spends all the money on her needs while children are failing in school and wearing poor clothes, then as the father, i sacrifice all my time working to stay out of jail and get to call the kids once a day and see them every other weekend. It took two to produce the children, why is it only the fathers responsibility to pay and mothers to decided what to do with the money? When the woman ran off knowing she would get all the money and the father just littlery pays to stay out of trouble and away from the kids? Mothers that sit at home with no job and threaten to increase child support because she wants to spend the money not for the child should not receive money. My fiance pays his child support every month and is a good person, fathers need rights. My fiance doesn't make a lot of money and or them to take almost all his money isn't fair especially if he would have to go to jail because he can't pay for it. The month should go to jail for no. Getting a job to support the child. The mother should have to owe the state money every moth like the fathere and all the money HAS TO GO to the child. Something needs to change. I make after taxes and medical $1,000 bi-weekly and I just got placed on child support. They are making me pay $830/month. I can't survive with them taking almost my whole check and in addition the court only lets me see my 16 month old son for 16 hours a month, every other saturday from 9-5. I have been the primary and sole financial provider of my son since birth. Me and his mother didnt work out period no cheating domestic violence or anything we just grew apart. Yet she has never had to pay for anything or lift a finger for our 4 year old. I tried to marry this woman she dumped me then took me to court pretending that im a dead beat and trying to get sole custody of my son! Keep in mind he has been primarly in my care i pay all health and daycare and all between since birth he has his own room in my house. But this vindicative knows i make more money than her and is using the court system to take my money and it so easy and unfair i feel like crying! Just because i make more money than her i have to give her 17% of my income per week even tho i do everything else for our son and he primarily lives with me. How can america allow such an unfair un just law that only favors lazy mothers to exist? She also has two real DEAD BEAT dads who have never supported her other two kids and yet never once even threatened to take them to court yet because im the good father shes doing it to me? You vindicative spiteful women out there doing this to men like me just to hurt us not caring about the kid need to be shot!REPORT COMMENTS

I was told that the child wasn't mine. I was then told that they didn't have the child, 4 years later I'm taken to court and harassed. Now I'm barely making enough to support my child I live with and care for. Was threatened and now being monitored like I was a convicted felon. How is this right or fair? I'm an ex college player , I had a one night stand with a girl when I was in high school, 2 years later I hear a roomer saying she's telling people I'm the father. I contacted her immediately and ask her about it. She told me to never talk to her again that the father is in her life and why wouId I msg her. I saw pics of the child her and the so called Father. So I left it alone. A year later I get a random phone call it's her , yelling like hey you need to come take care of your responsibility. What??? Pretty much 3 years later she comes into my life and trys to throw this on me like we been talking everyday for the last 3 years. Then she started harassing me and my family on Facebook and Twitter. She would email all my friends on Facebook and blast me how much of a dead beat I was and I need to come back home and take care of my child she even would call my school. In college I was stand out player not to boost myself, but I had a offer to play professional overseas . My dreams were crushed because I miss 3 court dates that I had 0 clue about and they are making me pay child support without blood work and everything. It's just been a huge process without my knowledge. The government denied my passport. Dhs were sending letters to a house I haven't lived in since my sophomore year of high school , which I've had a change of address aince then so idk why they would send it there. It's so unfair how they handle things and let this crazy*****chick get away with this taking my money and ball wqs taking away from me , it looks bad on my credit and makes me look like a deadbeat! Because a female claim he was the father of her child and they started taking $400 out of his check without even having apaternity test like he asked she miss every court date and they had. The very last court date the judge throughout the case but guess what they still taking his money and leaves him with a $200 pay check every two weeks to maintain his hours whole of 4. Just as Fathers income is checked verified and scrutinized so should the mothers, there are many cases where the father cannot afford to live and pay the monumental payments monthly where the mother has a salary tripling what the father is making, yet the father is still required to send in high amount of money. I agree with fathers sending help but this should be regulated based off of income levels, to stop women from just having kids to live off of child support and never have to work! I believe there needs to be some accountability for monies that father's are required to pay. For example, why can't the government creste an account that monies are deposited into, then the non custodial parent "99.99 % of the time is the mother" then has to submit receipts for expenses related to the child (ren) and get reimbursed for what they claim is for the child. If I'm ordered to pay support, as a father why can't I monitor what my child support money is being used for? There is no accountability for a mother to prove what child support is being spent on. If anyone thinks that all child support money is being spent on the child or children 100% is mistaken. A father should also be able to claim his support on his taxes where a other doesn't have to even claim the support as income and get to claim the children on there taxes. I'm paying $954 a month for a 9 and a 2 year old. There is no way it cost almost a thousand dollars to maintain a 9 and 2 year old per month. I'm sure there won't be a thousand dollars a month worth of receipts. Where is the accountability?????REPORT COMMENTS

Feeling helpless is such a bad feeling, this is how I feel about this whole child support system. I truly believe that if u have a child you should be responsible for your child 100%, but the system is so unfair to the fathers that pay their child support with no issues. We divorced 8 years ago after twenty years of marriage Surprize!!! the court order was not properly vacated back in the eighties and for the last ten years i pay her twenty years of back child support, (Arrears). Our marriage ended on a sour note so she collects it and the court refuses to stop it. The court denied my request. I have been a part of the working homeless for the last ten years. When i work i make 1500 a month she gets $900.00 of that.to make matters worse i could never afford health insurance and unmanaged high blood pressure has damaged my heart. LIFE SUCKS.REPORT COMMENTS
