To vote them out of office : they already protected themselfs from that. Meny of us can't vote we are criminals now.... Due to not being able to meet there demanding payment amounts, or not making enough money to pay there amount they set on us. What a brilliant system they made. Big money maker no accountability as for where the money goes an a lot of broke down Paracites to drill there child's other parent into the ground and a lawless legal system that backs this all up. The Paracite only wants to destroy the X. they go to the welfare n the welfare has them sighn over the childsupport rights to the welfare witch makes our kids now basically the Welfares kids and open season on us. On our paycheck freedom an anything to do with us. Even if we are not the bio parent. Title V-D. Check out what this is. N you will see Its all legal slavery called Childsupport ! O'h we need to take care of the best interest of the child. Ha bull! Lock up daddy n make him a felon n an excon n keep him poor n always working while the Paracite let's frosty the dopeman an the ghetto skanks raise our kids n brain wash them n poison there brains with there ghetto literature ! My boys were raised around drug dealers addicts and same sex couples and majority of social people there were No men around The best interest for the child! Ha, !!!!!!!!! -

Child support in unjust and unfair when you allow welfare Mothers (or fathers) to sit on there*****and intentionally under-employ themselves so their ex has to pay more. This allows them to have everyone (not just the ex) pay for an able and education person to abuse the system. Laws must be changed. This allows a free ticket to not ever be held reliable for the parent to properly care for their child. This allows them to have all us taxpayers and the "non custodial" parent pay! Given a 50/50 residential time, there should be NO child support. Both parents care equally then both parents can he held responsible financially! To top it off, there should also be guidelines and rules to where that money is spent. NO MORE ABUSE! I am a women and feel these laws need to be altered to stop all these pathetic low lifes abusing the system. I feel these laws are corrupt, unjust and unethical. Something needs to change. This money maker lets these Paracites pick who to call the baby daddy! N while the childsupport enforcment is building the case against you n they finally hit you , your can't even defend yourself. Overloaded in arrears 85% of paycheck garnished levy on all you think you own n that can all happen from meating the wrong man hunter years before n then 15 yrs later you get hit with destruction. All becuase the man hunter said that you was the biodad. No rights n No way to protect yourself. By the time the welfare hits you you are broke n can't help yourself n they call that childsupport. N it's all legal n no judge or DA got the balls to stop this. All the money that sweet childsupport brings in n no one dollar is held to any type of accountability. Free money off our backs. They don't mess with the Real Dead Beat Dad he ain't got no job or money to steal they make them man hunters pick a baby daddy that works n that they can extort n threatin. Man this is so wrong especially when the X marches into the childsupport office to modify n it's given to her no questions asked. You get your check garnished for even more! At times my checks said void. N no way out but to have them pimps take every dollar they want from my paycheck n also hit me with ******** arrears that I have takin to court n showed that they already garnished me for. The only right we have is to spend ever last dime to stay out of jail and to spend money on lawyers . Its pathetic how its easy for women to get money , but gd if you can see your little ones when your working all the time and beat from working just to pay and keep up so you dont go to jail . You can work two or three jobs and they will take support out of all pay checks ! You have no choice but to work , with your own cost of living , plus your ex to sit around and get fat and blow the money on herself and her new bf lmfao !! Crazy but its true ! Ive seen it a hundred full !! Why dont women have to account whete the money gos , or even better give them a card that limits where and what the money gets spent on !!! I want to pay for my kids tohave nice clean cloths and sneakers and nice warm boots for winter !!! Not for her to buy ciggs or her new bf beer or lotto tickets and so on you get the picture . If i have to work and bust*****so should she to ! It takes two to make a child and two to support . Its time for reform and the right reform! But times have changed, and very few women today could not find a job, even with minimal wage, to help out. I am talking about hard working, tax paying, child-loving fathers who live for their children. The ones who are allowed to see their children for 4 days a month. The ones who are allowed to see their children for a few weeks over the summer. These are the fathers that are relying on the judges, lawyers, and Legislators to help reform the system. This system has created a society of fatherless children and childless fathers. This system has created its own life through a judicial system that exists on misery to feed itself.This system violates their Constitutional Rights to Due process, Equal Protection under the Laws, and Privacy. I would like to call your attention to the February 25th, 2002 ruling by C. Dane Perkins, Superior Court Judge of the Georgia Alapaha Judicial Circuit. Judge Perkins declared the Georgia Child Support Guidelines (which were adopted guidelines from Wisconsin which almost all states use) void and unconstitutional in his ruling based on the above Constitutional Violations. Due Process The United States Constitution provides that NO State may ?deprive any person of life, liberty or poverty without due process of law?. In almost all states, presumptive child support awards rise as a share of obligor (paying parent) income. NO child cost studies show child costs rising as a share of after-tax income. ALL child cost studies show child costs declining as a share of the after-tax income. In most cases, especially in higher income situations, the presumptive child support results in a significantly higher obligation than one bases on actual child costs that decline as a share of net income. In Parrett v. Parrett (1988, the Court of Appeals of Wisconsin), the court found that, particularly in higher income situations, the presumptive child support amount would ?result in a figure so far beyond the child?s needs as to be irrational?. My only problem with child support is some women do it out of spite and greed! I left my kids mother because she cheated, but yet I remained vital to my kids life...financially, emotionally , and physically! She offered me sex...I declined..she literally said to my face OK see if you can decline child support!! Unfair child support laws should stop.If one parent is payind child support his/her share also should get half child tax creidt.We live in tough economic times when a man/woman can pick up a overtime it should not count as part of child support, the only thing that does is 1 . will choose not to work it to better their situation and has less to spend on the child on the way they would like it to go or they become a slave to work because now the support is based on the extra hrs. The cust parent also need to show the money is going to the child , say the ex remarries and 4 people are living in the household rent/morage is 1000 the childs half is 250 each parent pays equal so 125 from dad and mom ect any money left over should auto go to collage fund both parents equal so say 200 is left over the other parent should contrbuite to it if child decides not to go to school then they recive the money at 18. The 1 parent gets child support tax free but the one who pays is taxed on that money? how is this fair? sorry about my spelling but maybe that where the collage money comes in to play.REPORT COMMENTS

First of all it needs to be a federal system no state. The parent who is paying child support should be abale to claim half of the child tax credit. The next unfair thing is overtime being counted as income this is not a gartned source of income and can come and go, and when it is counted you have to work it from then on. The ex should also have to prove the money is going to the child ie house ,food ect, what is left over should auto go into collage fund.REPORT COMMENTS
