this is how women act after they start receiving child support payments. They refuse to allow visitation and all. USMC VET and you don't do******for my child anyway he don't even know you he know of you and that's about it. as far as the child support rotfl that don't support******here that cant even cover the private school my baby attend and barely would cover the cost of those shoes he wear on his feet! My husband( his father) that's who he know, and the only man he know none the less its a bond that no man cant break not even me!!! you want to do something?? My husband wants to adopt him how about you give up all rights ( and yes you can still do your test you been claiming, thing is I do not get it because you never needed me to ****ing do it) to a real man and go on about your miserable life for that it will always be. May god bless you in all you do...what's said don't need to be explained it should already be understood. and its that childish******like making it seem like I been on your facebook page claiming I feel some type of way with a picture kmsl never in a million years boy please. -

My mother is a textbook narcissistic sociopath that shouldn't even have custody of my younger sisters, but she demands that my dad pays more and more in child support. She recently inherited hundreds of thousands of dollars when her father died, while my dad struggles to make minimum wage. The child support law is really serves as a catalyst behind the separation of families because self centered narcissist no that the law is unfair and corrupted and doesn't server to keep INTEGRITY in place. I consistently send child support form my son to my ex who moved out...She began to refuse the check as i refused to stop feeding ino mental games played by my ex. I told her playing vindictive spiteful games screws up and hurts or child but she seems and acts indifferent....I THINK THE child support laws should not be handled differently then visitation and custody rights as all ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD....My ex refuses to accept my child support check. I track all transactions and logg everything yet. the child support law doesnot event acknowledge proof or attempts that i hve made that showed that i have made consistent effort to send the child support I keep track of my receipts ( and deposits)....My ex refuses but won't lift the child support order.. It's a wicked game and the child suffers.....IF CONGRESS REALLY CARES FOR THE CHILD AND WAN TO SUPPORT THE CHILDREN YOU SHOULD LOOK AT WHAT'S REALLY IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.REPORT COMMENTS

There definitely needs to be child support reform. Not enough factors are taken into consideration when formulating child support and specific percentages are too black and white. Before my divorce, my wife was a stay-at-home mom. I supported her, her child (who i was "dad" and supported as well for the whole 6 year relationship), our 2 children, and my 1st son who I had 50/50 physical custody of and paid child support of $400 a month to my 2nd born child. Yes I'm a father of 4 with sadly 3 different women. Wasn't my fault I married and was deceived by 2 women with no family values or morals who cheated and broke up the homes. To get to the point, I know what it is first hand to "support" 5 kids and 2 adults (myself included) on one paycheck. My gross salary has ranged from 40k to 98k a year over the past 8 years. I also always lived in a good neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY, had a car and lived a decent and humble lifestyle. My family and i never went without but obviously wasn't living it up. I never in my life ever spent $400 a month (1st child support order i had to pay for my 2nd son, at one point for a few months due to the corrupt system $900 a month where i came home with only $800) individually on a single child at any point unless it was Christmas or a birthday. And my kids who lived with me had plenty of name brand clothes, multiple name brand footwear, jackets and coats, plenty of toys, internet, cable, nsme brand foods, ate out at least once a week and did family outings and vacations here and there. They never went without a birthday party and gifts on their birthdays or gift giving holidays. I would say proudly and humbly i was able to provide my family with a pretty good lifestyle. As i mentioned, my 2nd wife had an affair and claimed she was unhappy and basically walked out the marital home after living off of me another 6 months until she got a job and her father helped her move out. Over the last 2 years we have been in court over the kids but have had 50/50 physical custody and a verbal agreement that i would watch the kids on her days while she worked and that she is not to go to child support because she knows i have always provided for all the kids and will definitely support our 2 kids without a doubt but not according to the corrupt system in place. I would provide for their needs only (clothes, footwear, outerwear, school needs, haircuts etc) but none of her needs nor household needs because if she wanted out the marriage to do it on her own or with someone else she will do it without my money she was walking out on. So for 2 years tbis went on and fine and the kids lives were pretty much equal in both homes. Welp, up until i got to know a girlfriend that looked like we were gonna last and i felt comfortable bringing into my home with my kids. The ex got jealous (although she had at leaat 5 sexual partners i know of and 1 boyfriend move in with her and leave at this point) and over the past 2 months haREPORT COMMENTS

I have dealt with CS for a long time I'm not against paying it at all I just wished the courts would monitor how it's spent . tanning bed visits and cigarettes an keeping up boyfriends isn't what it's for since the courts think they need to control it an set it how the want is BS being they do no check on child's well being if there moving around a lot if parent openly admits to neglect an abuse an admitted drug abuse but of coarse nothing happens not with Child support office or social service but boy u get behind an watch out the lies come from both offices to put u in jail it's said how if female has to pay support the rules change the can pay whatever they want but a man cause he works gets screwed has to pay a enormous amount where does CS get to base support off of gross income verses bring home pay someone has to pay taxes on money earned an how can a judge award only the female to get all taxes on child every yr with u paying support an only let u claim excemption every other yr what a fraudulent act that Child Support Is My Father only payed 25.00 a month on three kids an didn't pay but a couple times then quit an nothing happened to him cause he lived in Tn an even had a trucking company But go figure All I can say is what a unfair government the Goverment needs to get off their dead beat As! I know someone who is required to pay child support in an amount he cannot earn - $1500 a month. This is a person, who does not have a college education and just so happened to get an IT job right out of HS at the height of the IT boom. After he was laid off, he has not been able to get back into that field due to his lack of education and poor grammar and communication skills. When he is employed and paying all he earns while living with his parents, he gets thrown in jail for not paying the full amount. And of course, he cannot afford and attorney or navigate the system well enough to help himself. And there is free legal assistance in Virginia for child support cases - it is excluded from the free legal services that are available. This is a person, who would give you his last dime and the system has totally screwed him over. What the hell is going on in Virginia with these child support laws?REPORT COMMENTS

I don't understand why there are no caps on how much child support a person can collect! It seems that the parent who is actually trying to make a better life for their children are the ones that end up being taken advantage of to support the lazy parent in the situation. I understand every case is different but it seems the harder I work to give my kids a better life the more money I have to hand over to someone who doesn't want to better themselves and has no shame in taking the little extra money I have to enjoy with my kids! I suppose women do have equal rights, now. My children and I were physically beaten by my ex. I have been legally alienated from my children. Thank you Justice system. Plus, I get to pay 95% of my paycheck to our abuser, who has full physical and legal custody of my children. I am poor as hell and I am going to go to end up in jail, all because I can't afford to pay money that I do not earn. The court made up a fictitious income for me. Supposedly I earn four times more than I actually do. I have never in my life earned that much money. I am an amazing poor mom, who can't even spend time with the children she gave birth to, but I get to pay for them. I will even get to pay for my kids when I am sitting in jail.
