I told my wife about the petition that I sent to you , prior to her false accusation, and your responce was timely and probably reduced the severity of the falsified fabrication of violence. "Non the less" she was successful in providing the court with unconvicted purgery , inabling her to retain a restraining order which left me homeless and intimidated by the whole court areana and it's process. . How can I gain protection or conviction from her purgery if nobody will represent the victem of the pugery { from lawyers to investigators , to congressmen } I have accountability of witnesses that is denied to be recognised. . I am not vunerable , I am now a victim , how many other victims until the cries of wolf can be charactorized or recognized ? I was accused of violating of order of protection that I never ever had any violance against any human being or an anymal. However, she filed falsified all her info to get order of protection and 2 months later she claimed that I was at her house when I was with my parents at home. Now, I have to be arrested again n go to jail for a crime that I never did. No justice in this country, i afrside to have relationship with women. I an scared to death because I see in them only liers. They think that the law protect them only and they can do what ever they want. Police believe them only and put innocent men behind bars. THIS MUST BE STOP!!! Police has to investigate before accepting or claim anybody guilty and not accused AND ARREST MANY INNOCENT MEN. Many of these men are very angry because their lives like mine are destroid. In result, this law is creating and developing an army of uncontrilable angry men who sufferd by false accusation. I think our supreme court should be involve and modify this law by commending to investigate the claim before accuse the innocent person. I AM THE VICTIM!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My 20 year old daughter was arrested after her boyfriend said she 'abused' him. He went to police Hours after they had an argument. She was afraid to go to the police because he threatened her. He went because he knew how the system worked and that she would be arrested and if he went 'before' she had a chance she would appear guilty and she would be the one arrested. There was not one visible sign of a mark on him. She was held in a cell for over 4 hours had to post bail, go to court and has to reappear. She was the victim! Not a mark on him? I have been with a wonderful man for over a year now that I am planning on marrying. However, before we can even plan a wedding, we have legal problems that need to be corrected. We live in Pennsylvania and have talked with several attorneys whose only advice is to pay $750 for each hearing and to pray. Prior to dating me, my fiancé dated another woman for almost a year. Upon finding out that she had stolen over $15,000 from him on his credit cards, he ended the relationship, moved her out, and sought criminal charges against her. She retaliated by having a PFA put on him, destroyed his and his children?s possessions in his home, and used the court system to continually attack my fiancé. He had to prove his innocence 4 times this past year, and the PFA is in effect until October of 2012. In the meantime, he won 2 judgments against her for $14,000, had the car he purchased repossessed from her, and the felony charges against her were settled with a misdemeanor 3. However, we are now back in court because she said he called her from a pay phone. He can not keep affording to pay the $750 and no one will tell us what can be done to stop this harassment and protect his rights. We are told that in Fayette County, he has no rights. I must mention that the judge knows her and her family. Her stepfather worked with him. A PFA is a great law for those that truly need it. However, from what I have seen, 7 out of 10 times, it is used under false pretences by those with ulterior motives. The individuals who are the true victims must have rights too. There has to be an amendment to this law that protects those whose lives are being continually destroyed as a result of manipulative, vindictive individuals. The concept of innocent until proven guilty must be applied to those who are accused, and if they repeatedly prove their innocence, then they should have the right to have the false PFA removed. Violators who continuously file false reports should be held liable for their actions and be made to suffer rigid penalties arising from their actions. Our lawmakers must realize the seriousness of this issue and take action. They are our voice and we demand to be heard.REPORT COMMENTS

i was married to a women who used the dv card on myself and threw the years of being single again i have had to tell the women i had relationships with that i had this on my record, as time as come i have had two other women use this card against me for personal gain, such, i caught one cheating hands down along with pants, so to save face she tried to getr restaining order wich was granted for both, so i took a couple of years off from dateing and met this women who wanted me to move in with her in the first four moths of knowing her, well i told her of my past and she would never usa that kind of card on anyone, well i have been with her for almost four years and threw all her issues of saveing her house her health and investing in her property, she had started to lie to me and hide phone records and even block me from facebook. well i had lost my job of 30 years and was deppressed and feeling bad and she said take ur time make a change of jobs and we also did renovations on the house for three months,so when i got done we went on vac for a wk and came back and she changed as she started to bash me and lie and tried to get me out of the house and i wanted to know why and what happend as a result she one day moved my belongings in the back room and told me she was doing me a favior and she didnt want to talk about ity and so i grabed some of my clothes from heras she was droping them and she yelled u hurt my arm and i said thats bs and never had touched her so after 30 minutes or so i went to the store for cigs came back to her and her parents saying they called the cops and i was going to jail, being in shock i stayed at a freinds house for 72 hours and she the next day was calling me and sent me money and food, well point being is this was the only way to get me out of the house and never have to pay or be acountable for this situation, as i have had this done to me before, so she has filed a life time restaining order and got it as i was still in shock over this, well i have gotten an appeal and going back to show the cort she and her parents had planed it, so wish me luckREPORT COMMENTS

I have a friend who was dating a crazy girl. He broke it off with her, she came to his house, punched him in the face and split his lip, ruined his phone, yanked his necklace off his face and then decided she wanted to get back at him. She called the police, had her friend lie and say she witnessed him hit her, and said she would punch herself before the cops arrived and blame him. He is now facing jail time for something he didn't do. This isn't right and is a waste of tax payers money.REPORT COMMENTS

I was recently Fasly accussed by the mother of my kids which is twice my size of domestic violence and domestic violence two my children Its the other way around shes the one who has abused me. I had to go to the doctor because she pushed me off the pourch at my home. I want a different judge the one I had wouldnt even listen to me. the mother of my children will do and say anything to me as a family with my sons i didnt have a fair hearing. My ex wife constantly juggles men into my sons life, abuses narcotic drugs like heroin oxycontin, she goes doctor shopping for drugs. She is a crazy deranged person with delusions of grandure truly. She brainwashes my son to think whoever she is with is his father has a junkie living with her has stolen welfare which im held responsible. 2003 she filed a TPO on false accusations, the Judge order No Contact days later she placed a chainsaw in her own driveway, called the Police and back to court we went. She wrote a letter to the Judge prior to court date, allthough I had proof of my where-abouts at the time of the incident, I was never given an oppurtunity to present it and off to jail I went in handcoffs.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband has been dealing with false allegations of abuse, illegal drug use, etc. for 18 years. His ex-wife has borderline personality disorder and lives to have a new audience for her tired routine. Must husband is a great father and husband and has had virtually no recourse other than to hope people (teachers, coaches, doctors, etc.) believe him and see his ex-wife for the scum that she is. It is abhorrent that she can take us to court at will on unsubstantiated claims. He has never been found guilty (thank God), but the emotional, mental and physical toll this has taken on him is awful.REPORT COMMENTS

I am currently going through unlike most if not the same but similar situation. I was arrested twice for domestic violence. My ex-boyfriend filed two false reports in two separate counties claiming that I harmed him. I am 28 years old. I never had a criminal history. He is 40 years old. He has a history of harassment and domestic assault. I broke up with him and in attempt to gain revenge he made up two false reports. WIth his history of harassment and domestic assault he was able to manipulate the system to his own liking. I was not given the opportunity to give a confirmatory statement and I think its unfair for the police to just lock someone up just because a person claim that you done something to them. I do have proof and still waiting to go to court on both of these charges. I pray that this stop because it's not fair for innocent people to suffer due to someone's vindictive ways. Luckily, I am able to prove my innocence against my accuser. I live in Tennessee and the court system is pretty screwed up. I am going to fight against this not just for myself but for every person that is going through this whether male or female. Wrong is wrong and Right is right!REPORT COMMENTS
