Our organization CA Protective Parents Association receives calls and emails daily from desperate non-abusive parents, usually battered women, who are forced by court order to send their beloved children to be abused. The children bravely continue to report sexual and physical abuse, but their outcries fall on deaf ears in family court. This madness seems patterned and deliberate. Sometimes I wonder what country I live in. I urge Congress to act immediately to stop legalized child abuse by investigating and providing oversight.REPORT COMMENTS

Judicial abuse has indeed become the new face of domestic violence. The crimes that are committed by judicial officers and their appointees are America's darkest secret. Worse, the stories of what these people do to children and protective parents are so unbelievable that the media frequently tells us they don't know how to make them believable. Isn?t one child?s avoidable and senseless death too much? The ?system? allows the sacrificing of a child in to the hands of the abuser to continue, to only a lethal end? How many times can the powers that be, elected officials, body heads, the courts, attorneys, minor?s counsels, and so on, simply write-off the value of a child?s life with stale and inhuman statements such as ?the system failed that child (or family)? and/or ?that child fell through the cracks in the system? - over and over. Isn?t one too many? At the end of the day do these people feel that they did right for the people? The constitution of these great United States, states that children are people, and not sub-people. Children have rights as a person, but are treated as possessions. These are not dishes to be fought over during a power struggle in family court, and if one breaks - oh well, it?s okay. Of course not. Children are people and more so, people who carry hope to be the future, unlike those that have lost hope and write-off each death with a one-liner. Should ?the system failed this child? be etched on the grave marker as that life?s final end? Of course not. How very sad, and with hope I sign this that change happens before those desensitized robots, who vomit up their non-excuses, stain society any further.REPORT COMMENTS

The judges are not speaking to the children although many are teens. This causes a suppression of evidence. The psychologists are bleeding the families dry rather than allolwing the children to speak directly to the judges.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been in family court for 11 years. I have 7 more to go until my child is 18. I have spent over 450 thousand dollars on every professional imaginable. My child is suicidal, his attorney and the special master won't even speak to my child. He is abused over 50 percent of his life and has been for several years. While there ARE laws to protect chidren from abuse the players with power in family court violate these laws daily. They all have immunity and so there is no accountability and no recourse for our children. The more the parent trying to protect the child raises concerns the higher the chances of losing the child rise. PLEASE HELP!!!! Countless children are suffering - some are dying. This is going on across this country! PLEASE!!!REPORT COMMENTS
