Unfortunately, this abuse is only one manifestation of the tremendous harm brought down on children by our 'great society.' The manifestations are so numerous, beginning at conception, it's a wonder kids survive. Many don't of course, and the US is one of the worst in the world in infant mortality. One of the worst assaults is toxification (poisoning) from many sources including industrial chemicals, food chemicals, medical drugs, electrosmog, and vaccines. But then kids survive these threats only to turn around and become subjects of the systemic psychosocial disease we're talking about here from a socio-political structure laced with satanic child abusers and pedophiles itself. This is the underlying scenario resulting in cases like this. And how about the case in NYC where institutionalized orphan kids became guinea pigs for testing experimental HIV drugs. Spiritual bankruptcy and illness run deep. The very network that's supposed to help is often the biggest threat. -

Why can't anyone see that the only reson abuses men want to see see there kids it to abuse there mother!! I can not sleep at night knowing that one day that court is going to make hand my baby girl in to the hands of a cold blooded killer!! Then what happens when he kills her?? Who will be blam? And what happens to me (the mother) that did nothing but love there child? There is nothing ok about this world men like this need to go to priosn and have all rights to there kids!!! We were victimized by this broken system which protects and supports attorney, judges, and their hand-picked therapists. Child's counsels refuse to represent the child, afraid to cross the judge, and taxpayers pay when parents can't. Judges are not trained in child psychology, and this is not even considered in the DSM. Children cannot be removed from their parents by CPS for such a subjective accusation. We need child development experts working in our court system. Currently there are none and the courts don't understand developmentally appropriate practices and children who developmentally can't handle the separation from their primary parent should not be with the other parent more if it is not appropriate for the individual child. Children should not be age graded as to what is acceptable to the courts for them.If the other parent has more money or is doing what they are doing to hurt the other parent the courts don't take into account that this too is damaging for children. This is a very REAL problem with our society and our court system. The courts are forcing abused kids to be with the abusers, even after hard evidence is provided. We try to protect our children and the judges say, "parental alienation". This is WRONG! Before Dealing with California Family Court Services, I was of the belief that buying your children from the court was not acceptable. I was wrong. My abusive ex-husband/ absentee from years 2-4 father came back with a heavy pocketbook, and quite literally bought back his custody under the guise of PAS.REPORT COMMENTS

I am fighting this at the moment. My ex husband has been leaving bruises on my three year old daughter for months. My daughter has told her therapist, the caseworker, the detective, and all my family members that daddy hits her with a screwdriver. As time went on I learned to take pics, but now the detective said since they don't have her face in them and just the bruises that they can be thrown out. I am refusing to allow my daughter back to her father's home w/o my supervision until I am told I absolutly have to. I guess I will be in contempt of court for trying to keep an angry monster from attacking my innocent little girl. It's ******** and should not be allowed!REPORT COMMENTS

This problem is NOT new. 20 years ago my then 4 year old daughter told her private therapist, the court appointed therapist, her doctor (who verified by exam) and myself of the horrible abuses by her father. Though all agreed he was abusing her, the judge thought otherwise, accusing ME of abusing her by trying to alienate her from her father. I lost ALL custody of my daughter while he was given full custody. She and I were allowed only 2 days a month together and I was threatened with jail if I took her to a doctor or therapist again. The abuses continued until a child advocate from CASA stepped in. She was appalled to find the reports of abuse had been dismissed by the courts which allowed her to get the case reopened. Finally the new judge listened but my daughter was severely emotionally disturbed by the time was placed back into my FULL custody. Due to her emotional state, she could not testify against her father in court and he walked. He remains a practicing medical provider. Despite therapy, my daughter continues to deal with the emotional and physical trauma inflicted by her father. She now works at CASA assisting other girls who are suffering much the same traumas she did 20 years ago. YOU BET I'M SIGNING!REPORT COMMENTS

The cycle of abuse is helped by the courts. Once the kids "rat" out a parent, they rarely do again out of fear and their own safety. I keep being told I must find "common ground" with my abuser. So I am to lower myself to spitting in his face, swearing at him in front of the kids, not doing homework, showing 4 year olds JackAss2, showing 7 year olds "r" movies...?? because I can't control him to come to common ground with me. It is sad. And very trying. But I won't give up. Hopefully justice for my young boys will be around the next corner.REPORT COMMENTS

I know first hand about having to be forced to let your children see an abuser and a drug user. I agree that no visitation should be allowed to a man who was physically violent to the mother in front of them and constantly uses illegal drugs and drinks almost everyday. As of now, he is not allowed to see them due to this fact, not to mention he is a flight risk and stated he would take them to Mexico where I would never see them ever. Men like this have mental problems and other things wrong like a screw loose. It is such a shame the court system thinks they know what is best for your child. I hope that things will change. I am fighting for my children because that is what mothers do. They protect them. But courts do not understand this when you get upset, emotional, or even have an attitude about the court ruling that they think is fair.
