I have been fighting the courts for 3 years now to protect my six year old son i was given sole physically custody but my son's father get visits and over nights after knowing he has abused me and our son and is still doing it today my son is forced to eat very nasty food and told he has to call his father new wife mommy or he wont get nothing to drink there is tons of other things also i need help to protect my son before he kills him.. It is a chore to get my child to visit with her biological father. She doesn't understand why she has to go and visit him, per a court order, she is FIVE!!! She doesn't understand why I can't call and just cancel it or give him a NOTE that says she can't go. She doesn't understand that mommy cannot protect her from being left with other people because her daddy has things to do, even though she wanted to sit and color a picture with him. She doesn't understand why nobody will listen to her or give her a real reason as to why she HAS to go! My five year old wants to know why daddy always yells and shuts her door and won't let her call her mommy. She wants to know why daddy is married again to someone else, what happened to my other stepmom... ( yes, two marriages within one year).. Isn't this emotional abuse... does this not count?? She comes home with bruises on her bottom, won't speak hardly at all until the next day, Her biological dad used to be a Police Officer, although terminated from two different departments, has a current restraining order against him ( to stay away from me) but they won't add my daughter? How does this happen? It's always an excuse to give them "another Chance" or in the courts minds, a REAL reason to add her, well, I'm sorry... I don't want to wait for a real reason, if you have a reason to put one on for me, then you should add her automatically as I am an adult and can semi protect myself. I can't even protect her because they "the courts" allow her to go with him!REPORT COMMENTS

I believe the reason this occurs with such alarming frequency is that men in positions of power in the Court system place themselves in the other man's shoes instead of their children in the children's shoes. I think if they switched their point of view and checked their own misogynistic attitudes towards women at the door of the courtroom, many more babies would be safely with their Moms instead of being forced into sexually or physically abusive relationships with fathers that use them as a vehicle to inflict pain on the Mother for leaving them.REPORT COMMENTS

This is not to brag but to warn women as it happened to me it will happen to you.Until we stop the money that we provide for our Courts rest assured we are doomed when it comes to custody. I was wrongfully labeled an "alienator" by a Sac Co private mediator. This led to a FCS mediator to terminate 100% custody of my 8-year old daughter. My child was/is traumatized & we have not received justice. My daughter's minor counsel refuses to advocate for her rights & wishes, which are to be placed back into the home of her mother & lifelong caregiver. When will this end? America knows and sees the horrific truths and terrible consequences of handing children over to abusive parents. Our system is devised to render them helpless to intercede. Many judges are just political animals. The "Just Us" system in this country desperately needs revamped. There should be mandatory psychological testing for want-to-be judges and if THEY are not found fit and capable of protecting our children from abuse THEY should be disqualified from running for office.REPORT COMMENTS

Our 4 very vulnerable g-children are in need. The system DID make a huge mistake. These young lives have been failed by WA state. When the AG says get an attorney and sue- is that what to do?!? When our little loved ones are still falling so hard. The molesters have more rights to the children and too protection. Put the McDonald kids in your prayers. The courts do know. The GAL failed never meeting the children or us. CPS botched the investigation -all let go/fired. Cps worker says close them down now with tears in her eyes. She had just gone to another funeral of a 4 year old. The risk taken by the states makes me agree with her. The children pay the most. Sometimes with there life. A risk no one should take. Where is my taxes when I needed them the most? My taxes is/was misused by the whole entire legal system of NH. I sought help from the Nashua Superior Court when my life & my son's was in danger.The same court who said that there is abuse,deceit,& fraud in my Annulment decree is the same Court who finally awarded my son to the perpetrator.Don't rock the boat Cecilia or the Court will yank your custody.I did rocked the boat & 6 months later I lost the custody of my son.To the Judges,pick your own size.They never get satisfied with what they have done to me,the stalking just gets escalates. Too late to back off now.Got nothing to lose.I am a victim of human trafficking in NH, the fish that got away. I have the list of names who are involved in rigging my son's custody. Family courts allows those who have in the past to continue to intimidate, harrass, threaten and batter to have a legal means to exercise these tactics.
