"Family" Courts force abuse and toxicity upon children across the country, not just California. Judges who are biased and opinionated change the lives of our upcoming generation... and automatically assume an adult child is somehow being rebellious when they choose to keep their own children away from their parents. We need Parental Rights highlighted in the Federal Constitution (Please vote to pass the Parental Rights Amendment!!!! See more at ParentalRights.org) Third Parties and Blood Relatives do NOT EVER trump a fit parent's decision - Oh WAIT... FAMILY COURT ALLOWS THIS. Despite me having a domestic violence restraining order against a third party blood relative, the judge granted unsupervised visitation with my son... whom she also abused. I am still fighting a case in Wisconsin and I live in Florida FIGHTING TO PROTECT MY CHILD WITH NO END IN SIGHT. -

Columbia County Georgia courts are allowing my child to be abused by a military Retiree Brian Keith White of Grovetown Ga. Theu abuse my child in an effort to use the child’s mother as an advocate and have no concern about the well being of the child or the child’s mother. They have allowed my child to be abused in attempt to use a person as a slave. They also will put you in jail for letting their organizations know when their residents are physically abusing your child. They also feel as if they have the right to use another’s education or work experience by abusing my child and sending me photos of my child being abused and neglected. I am not in the child care area and when I am forced to interact with people who harm my child out of fear for my child’s safety I am being sexually exploited as the mother of an abused child.REPORT COMMENTS

Northampton County Children and Youth in Pennsylvania does not help children. They help the abuser get custody and unsupervised visits. They disbelieve the child and parent trying to help them. They ignore repeated contacts by doctors, therapists, and other mandated reporters. Just like in the Sandusky case, they fail children and say mom is crazy. Like Tutko case, they are failing. They are failing my child right now. My child's physical abuse, sexual abuse and death will be at their fault. Tutko and Sandusky case has not fixed Pennsylvania's Children and Youth Services. Northampton County needs an investigation into their cases, both past and ones happening right now.REPORT COMMENTS

Yes I have my daughter her father has a domtic vilnolens record and family court gave my daughter back to her father to live. They won't give her to a loving mom that has a low IQ and that's all she has this mom did nothing wrong in this case.
