Below you will find documentation of issues that need to be addressed with this case. I was trying to be seen to get advice as to the most appropriate way to have it articulated, seen and dealt with without being dismissed or used against me as unfair etc. This is how I found out about the hearing, as to this date, I have not received a copy of the order to appear for a hearing. The attorneys brought up the inconsistencies of ex-parte to have it fast tracked and why I have not been mailed or emailed a copy to be able to comply with attending the hearing. Given the timeline of manipulation, deceit, defamation of my character, the attorneys stated this was another attempt for Michael and his attorney to victimize me and again utilize the opportunity to again legally kidnap my son from me. This is to assure you that I am not trying to be noncompliant. I am not trying to deliberately refuse to work outside of the courtroom for small issues. This is a safety concern. Attorney Jeffrey Blackman stated that I was to never go outside of what the courts ordered. Just like a restraining order, the court orders were to be complied with exactly as stated. Given the safety issues I already have that Michael Allen Moreno is my rapist, has already attempted to kidnap my son (this is how he removed me from supervising visits) it is in my sons and my best interests to follow court orders exactly, because if he were to kidnap my son I could not go to the police for help as it would then not be able to be enforced as the court orders are not there to say my son had to be there at a specific place and time etc. I was told today that due to pattern of practice judges utilize this against the parent for not working outside the courtroom and in simple annoyance of having simple matters brought to the court room deliberately take the child from the parent and give them to the other parent. Hinderaker and Michael Allen Moreno know your behaviors, your ticks and pet peeves and Hinderaker notoriously through my case has played every judge on their annoyances and utilized that in her favor for unfavorable judgments against me. I apologize if this is one of your issues and I want it known that this is not me being noncompliant or defiant and I want it on the record. I have a child that made a allegation and all the clear evidence was there. My child was diagnosed with the highest level of PTSD and after one year of therapy we had no other option to start meds. The kicker the abuser was a blood relative who took us to court and because they employed a county prosecutor to represent themselves in a " good old boy, I make the law here district" the judge with out any substantial evidence just hearsay believed this person who has accused me of parental couching. I have so much clear evidence but it's useless if these judges don't allow all evidence from all parties. Our attorney who did withdrawal after three years also mis represented his knowledge and practice of law and the judge allowed it and even used him as a appointed attorney for a family case knowing he was not practiced in this area. Just because he was a Ada in California doesn't show on Texas board of any other state license or practices under his bar #. Also now cps is telling us that the parents can be homeless and it's not enough to remove a child. So now it's a privlage for kids to have a good sound home. This abuser has laughed at this system abused it and even committed perjury to the same judge. Difference is attorneys and judge are best friends and all attend the same Catholic Church. Hmmm conflict. Now as I can only hear from others and cry for my child's suffering the worst part is this person took the meds away and the PTSD voices and harming one self and others has been broadcasted on a social media by abusers other family members and friends. My baby was told to look me in my eyes at a supervised visit and tell me to leave but the child couldn't instead I got a big hug and a I miss u and then I was giving a or else. Only my other two childeren who are not related 100% but half and step but was clearly called my child's brothers was allowed to visit or she was going to take my baby and leave.... I haven't seen my child since and even a state diagnosis and clear physiatric evaluations by mhmr goes unseen because cps and the judge refuse to care. The county attorney even tried to go as far as to tell me I needed to leave my spouse. The judge won't listen to me... Now my 7 year old who has sever anxiety, stage 1 PTSD and sees imaginary things but to her are real lives with her abuser. I have people I don't know sending me messages over face book telling me that my daughters in danger and no one will help my child. 2 suicide attempts one during school hours in a art class with scissors no less and threat of another attemp. I feel so hopeless, I truely am starting to believe that no one will ever believe what my child who is a victim says until she's six feet down in a expensive box. Open ur eyes I am now trying to find a accredited company that will preform a lie detector test and when I recieve my results and have the money for a attorney I will be fighting harder for my daughter but possible law suit to everyone who purposely ignored my chREPORT COMMENTS

I've watched my kids be victimized for 3 years after they were taken for me to be split up and passed from one abuser to the next. Now they are with their fathers family and they are being sexually and physically abused. LCCPS nor the guardian will listen to us, having my five year old daughter look me in the eyes in pain scarred that she will get stomped on by the babysiiter, or have her hair pulled, or a fork shoved down her throat causing her to vomit and nobody will help me save her. As a mother my instincts are their safety yet I can't save her life... I'm dying more and more everyday. I can't take this feeling anymore. My children and I are victims of a malicious psychopath abuser who has finally, after 5 long years of attempts found a way to get custody...by falsely claiming I alienated our children from him. I raised these children alone for 12 years, and never once was even accused harming my children in any way. We now all suffer PTSD from this monster and the entire court system that continues to allow him to stalk, abuse, harass, and terrorize us any way he wants to. We are heartbroken, afraid, broke financially, and have lost all faith in the "justice" system. Parental alienation is not a diagnosis, it is not often proven in any way in the courts of this country, and it is used by hundreds of thousands of domestic/child abusers to easily get custody of children who are traumetized for life by the abuse of the abuser and the abusive court system. My children now trust no one. Everyone has let them down and lied about what's really going on here. There is a huge cover up of the abuse going on in cases like ours. My children's fears, concerns, victimization, and abuse are completely ignored by everyone...the guardian ad litem, the judge, the opposing attorney, the children's therapist, the county prosecutor, CPS, etc. The ones who pay the highest price in these cases are the innocent children who are ripped away from their loving, protective, nurturing parent and forced to live with an abuser. Please, for them, end this court abuse now! Gardner was a pedophile who killed himself after coming up with this unrecognized syndrome of parental alienation. My son is now threatening to commit suicide himself. My ex, who now has custody, has strangled my son leaving marks and thrown down my daughter, causing head and neck injuries. Ignored like everything else.Thw guardian ad litem told CPS and the county prosecutor to ignore their abuse claims. Please help! My children are in extreme danger! What if these were your children or grandchildren? One day it will likely happen to them, because this is used ALL THE TIME by abusers to get custody. My children and I, as well as hundreds of thousands of others are depending on you to do the right thing. I believe from my experience, it is the courts fault why children continue to get mentally and physically abused. The court in no way, shape or form knows what best for the children. The court allows the kids to be mentally abused from my personal opinion.The court never listens to me. The court "ignored" the children's testimony of abuse, ignored my testimony of abuse and made the abuser the "primary caregiver". My children want to run away or commit suicide. Nobody will help them. They are forced every other week to be with their abusive father. This past Monday night their father choked Mark (10 year old child). The court appointed a "parent coordinator" and she basically doesn't believe my children or me. She instructed the children to "get along" and "find solutions" while at their father"s house. The court system is so wrong. My children will end up with permanent psychological damage due to being forced to spend time with "their abuser". DHS is involved but are doing nothing. DHS told me verbatim "until there is a large enough bruise or broken bones we can't "prove abuse". When you three children telling you they are being abused there is something going on. 20 years ago I worked for DCF, 2 children in my case load were placed in what appeared to be a good foster home. I picked the children up for a supervised visit with their mom, on the way back to the office the older child tells me that when our foster mom gets mad at my little sister she puts my her in the basement in her high chair and turns the light out and then closes the door. I reported this to the foster care finder, I told her we need to get those kids out of there she told me, I'm sorry we have no other place. So we take them from the parents, pay a foster parent 1800 a month to abuse them. I walked out and never went back. Now to my worst nightmare - I am terrified for the future of my grand children. DCF should be demolished, it's just a big bad retread that serves itself. And judges.....aaaahhh...worse than no comment shameful.REPORT COMMENTS

I am going through this with my sister, she has 2 children 9 &11. Her husband is in jail again, and she chooses to abuse drugs and neglect my niece and nephew. My mother went to pick them up a couple of weeks ago, mind you we have had them pretty much since Christmas, at my sisters house and she was not there again, but there were several drug dealers and people abusing drugs in the house with my niece and nephew. My mother called 911, they sent cops, the cops told her just to take the kids, but the people were not arrested. DHS was called, but of course after a couple of days they told us to give the kids back if my sister wanted them. DHS and CPS said we do not have enough evidence for an emergent custody order, so we have to give these children back to a mother who is hardly home with them, and when she is home she is abusing drugs with her "friends" inside the house. My niece and nephew cook for themselves, and have missed over 16 days of school, because she will not get out of bed to put them on the bus, and they are both failing AGAIN. My wife and I are facing this personally. I have 4 amazing step children that are being emotionally terrorized, and abused by their biological father. We have spent thousands in legal fees, counselors, G.A.L. investigations all providing proof of the abuse. Their father Glenn Gaither, continues to be able to freely see them because as we have been told many times, He as a father has rights to see his children and the kids have no rights, even while being abused and all that can be done is to keep the kids in counseling to help them "cope" with the abuse instead of doing something about it. this is a sick system that needs to be stopped.It is so heartbreaking. They cry when they have to go, cry when they come back, pee the bed after visits, be so stressed out the get sick. Verbally announce their hate and disdain for him. Hearing how the wish they would never have to see him again and tell us that they hope he runs away or dies so they don't have to. A child should not have to go through this. What gives our family courts the right to make them. I started a closed fb page for all that want to join and share and maybe keep working on some type of resolve for this. What a failed system we have that is more concerned with the rights of the accused offenders than those of their victims. How sad this is for the children to have their abusive biological parents' rights observed over their own God given right to be protected from harm. My son continues to be forced into this. He was 12 months old when the physical abuse left abrasions across his bare buttocks. He was 22 months old when the police forced him (literally screaming for help) to go with his absent father of 10 months due to a lifted restraining order. He was 23 months old when I was arrested for contempt, without a warrant, when I had a full stay away OP.
