There is no justice in our courts for our children! I am a father of 2 . My son is special needs and was abused by his mother suffering 2 fractures a black eye when he was 2 . My daughter sexually abused by mom's new husband according to her therapist but cps ruled inconclusive. Daughter has not seen mother in 2.5 yrs because of fear. BUT today a judge removed the monitor to my son's visits with mom even though my son is almost non verbal and knowing that therapist do not allow daughter to see mother because of all the trauma that's been reported. Our children deserve better then to return back to the hands whom abused them without being protected. It's happening to my daughter. My daughter has been suffering from behavior and emotional issues for the past couple years. My child's father is not involved unless it's his visitation time, no calls no concerns nothing. Last year my daughter disclosed her fathers severe anger and drug use he admitted it and the courts did nothing. Fast forward to April this year after having a psychological break after a weekend at her dads I take her to dr she had a uti and they referred her to therapy for her behavior. At the end of first visit with therapist she talked to me privately said red flags for sexual abuse.the next day my daughter was depressed I asked her what was going on and she disclosed her dad touched her bad wagon her butt. I reported it, so did 3 others that week. The following week I recorded her giving details which is now the cops way of saying I led her to say it. She still is telling her therapist and other people her privates were touched and describes grinding ride motion on Her dad. She denied it with police and dhs because she was scared to tell them , they say it's odd that she refuses to tell them so it must not be true. She us suffering from dissaciative identity disorder also from the trauma which the police be dhs disregards and still think we are making it up. So my child was forced to go to her dads after him knowing she told. He wAs extremely mean to me and now I can't help her now he's threatening me for custody.how is he the victim how is it me doing what's right makes me the bad guy and now my daughter is forever traumatized and scaredREPORT COMMENTS
