My children are forced into the hands of their abusers kicking and screaming, how can this possibly be in the best interest of the children. y 4 year old grandson reported to me that his older siblings 15 + 17 have been sexually abusing him by having him hump them and being humped by them. he very graphically described for me how he gets a boner and stuff comes out of his pee pee while he is on top of his sister and the brother is humping on him. we reported it to CPS got a restraining order and the father and the other children are categorically denying this happened and CPS is saying they are not going to do anything about it I don't know what to tell my daughter anymore to protect my grandson my heart is breaking I don't know what to do I don't have money for a lawyer. GPS is saying that they don't see anything wrong with the sexually graphic pictures that he has been sending my daughter of her son over the past year I don't know what to do he's only four and he's describing to me how he takes off his underwear and says he really Doesn't want to do it but he just does it anyway because she really wants to.REPORT COMMENTS

A parents natural instinct is to protect their child. When a loved one hurts a child, and the mother takes measures to protect an innocent victim, she is painted as being malicious or vindictive. The same system she pleads to for help, returns the child to the abuser. The system across America is built to turn abusers into victims and victims into victimizers. If one does not protect their child, they can be brought up on charges for "failing to protect." But when they do protect, this blind system turns on them. The harder one fights, the more they appear as being the perpetrator. This needs to CHANGE!! Lawyers for these kinds of cases cost $5000 to $20000. Money spent to protect a child that could have been used to help a child in so many other areas. The system is an epic fail. Child abusers should have NO rights. Compromising the rights of an innocent child for the sake of a monster is criminal in itself. Our system, our broken system, is abusive to children. It is designed to cause more child abuse by telling the victim that what happened to them doesn't matter and that the perpetrator is above them. Pay attention and take action.REPORT COMMENTS

my sons father choked my 16 year old son and hurt him he has custody of him and when I took my son to our court house to get him protection of abuse order the judge denied him and is making my son return to his father custody. I have been divorced for 13 years from a narcissist. I have been to court countless times to protect my children from their abusive father KIP A. WOOD but Commissioner Joseph R Schneider of Benton County Superior Court orders them to return to the abuser each time. I have letters from father's second ex wife pleading not to return these children to Kip Wood,letters from children themselves,letter from stepfather of 12 years ,letter from his own Aunt, Highschool counselor, girls friends parents and letter from Dr./Counselor that dad needs to learn how to parent . This all has been reported to CPS and today at 6 pm Jan 3 rd 2016, I will have to force my children for the 4 th time since April to go with the abuser or I will be held in contempt again. In June of 2015 I was held in contempt for not physically putting my teenage 17 and 15 year old daughters in the car and forcing them to stay with their abusive father. Commissioner Joseph R Schneider of benton county superior court stated it doesn't matter my job is to follow the court orders no matter what! I responded, My job as a parent is to protect my children no matter what. My ex husband has failed drug test, spousal abuse arrest, I do not have any concerns from anyone on my parenting, he doesn't have one letter against me and the girls still have to return 1/2 time with this narcissist. Commissioner Schneider has refused to speak privately with these girls ,Kips own attorney has said these are very good girls in court and then turns around another time in court and says they are just trying to get their way. As of October 14 , 2015 Kips attorney has refused to represent Kip any longer,this is the second attorney that has stopped representing Kip. Now I'm susposed to go to mediation on the 11th of January to discuss him wanting more control over joint decisions, this man has ruined everything exciting in his daughters lives from prom to taking drivers education classes. My now 5 year old grandson is still being physicallybeing abused this has been going on since he was 3 years of age.dhc/CP's does nothing to help stop the abuse/neglect.The most recent abuse a deep gash on top of his head which ripped /tore the skin to where the skin had to be glued back on.black eyes, fingerprint marks on his throat this happened dec 14 or 15 2015. October 2015 this child was beat up really bad his face was bruised.teeth marks under his bottom lip.This defenceless child is malnurtioned, dehydrated.The child has stated on so many occassions he does not want to live with his dad or step-mom.he wsnts yo live with his nanna. Children do not lie about sexual sbuse! My child has told and even showed numerous social workers, therapists, reported abuse in a forensic interview, testified to the abuse and yet she has been ordered to return to the abuser with unsupervised visits. The harder I fought to protect my child the more I was frowned upon by the courts, child services, etc. The abuser(s) somehow came out to be the victim in the process and I am wrongfully accused of "coaching" and the finger is pointed at me instead of the abusers! Even after my child testified to the abuse and denied all questions of being coached during cross examination the court still does not believe her and it's at their discretion to do whatever they want. The system ultimately works against the child and works for the abuser and his rights. Animals have more rights than children!REPORT COMMENTS

my son received four staples to the back of his head at the hands of his father and the judge DENIED a permanent protective injunction against his father stating that I "failed to provide enough evidence to deem my son was in imminent danger" even though I showed the pictures of injury. And ordered that the "time-sharing" continue. My son HAS to go back to his father's house today. CPS can't over ride the judge's orders and no one can help us. So, what? now, I'm supposed to wait for this father to hurt him again? I have to wait for my son to call 911 to help himself? What kind of judicial system do we have?REPORT COMMENTS

I am currently still in my abusive marriage for fear of my husband getting unsupervised visitation or worse-custody. I am a stay at home mom and have devoted my life to my kids. My twins boy/girl are 20 months old. Thankfully they have not witnessed physical abuse to me yet. They have witnessed several SCARY rages of verbal abuse, he's like a tornado. Screaming profanities, lunging at me to scare me. Counselling has made it worse. They are so scared, sad and confused. They love us both. I don't want to keep them from seeing him but NOT alone. He is a cruel father. Yelling at them for crying when they are sick, etc. When they were 3 months old I left them with him in a different room, to do housework. I came back and caught him masterbating on the couch with my daughter wide awake staring at him propped next to him. He said he thought she was sleeping. He was molested by his stepdad (who he also has started to act like since they were born). Stepdad would masterbate to porn in front of him. I wanted to believe he thought she was sleeping. My gut now tells me he was trying to get her used to seeing this and think its normal. I haven't spent 5 minutes away from my kids since they were born (other than to shower 1 maybe 2 times per week) I would love to shower daily but don't trust him. I could go on and on about the alarming scary treatment of the kids, and that's in front of me. One of the first red flags was when he screamed in my sons face at 3 weeks old, 5lbs (premature) to "Shut the F up" as loud as he could. He looked as though he was abou to shake him. My kids can't even talk yet other than a few words. I know this is emotionally unhealthy for them and me to stay, but I am TERRIFIED of the courts giving him unsupervised visits. So to protect my kids we all must stay for now. At least until they can talk and tell me if he is abusing them. Reading other stories I see THAT may not even be enough. It makes me sick to hear that children have told counsellors etc of abuse and they still have to spend unsupervised time with an abusive parent. So now what do I do? Tolerate his ever escalating abuse of me and my sweet innocent babies so I can be there to protect them as much as possible? PLEASE CHANGE THE LAWS!!!! Protect the victims NOT the abusers!!!!! We should enact the "Cinderella's Law" like the UK has. If not my son will grow up and abuse his wife and kids, and my daughter will be another victim. The cycle needs to stop. At 20 months old aftter an explosion they have nightmares, my normally sweet son hits and kicks me. He bullies his sister. She is bigger and stronger but already lets a male mistreat her. It all makes me sick. FIX THIS BROKEN SYSTEM so I can get my kids out of this hell they don't deserve!!!!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My child 2yrs old , cryed evertytime his fathers take him , he has been sexual abuse , he told me, please mommy no , no pappy, my heart is brokend i dont know what to do to protect my child, he is only 2 yrs old. i went to court today for the order of protection and the jugde dismiss the case, because no fisical evidence where provide.
