My 5 year old son has been sexually, physically, emotionally abused by his father. He made several disclosures about his abuse to police, therapist, medical examiner etc. case was dismissed by CPS because of no physical evidence, which in 80% of cases there isn't. He had to go back to his father who revictimized him, threatened him, brainwashed him not to speak up again. Father is a psychopath and a very skilled liar, even trained professionals fell for his lies, he plays the victim using child custody dispute to discredit his crime and make authorities believe i made this all up and coached my son to gain full custody and everybody believes him. My son suffers serious psychological disturbance by this and nobody helps. I spent over 70000 to try to protect him just to be told if I keep bringing up the allegations my son will be taken away from me too. This is insanity!!!!!! I have to watch my son burst into tears on regular basis when he has to go to his father for overnights. I hear him praying at nighttime before bed: God please help me so my dad wont hurt me anymore... im just dead inside I look into his eyes and see the hopelessness, he asked for help and I couldn't help him...how do you live every day with that ...REPORT COMMENTS

First complaint to children services when my daughter was 2 was dismissed and not even investigated. They said what was said and done by my daughter was insufficient. Now 3 yo and has verbally detail stuff coming out of her mouth on what her dad is doing to her, yet he had partial custody and they can't stop him from taking her and keeping her over night!!!! This is crazy and so painful. These laws are not protecting children!! There giving rights to people who don't deserve to have them!!!!! Funds are not there and still owe previous lawyer custody battle. Each time in court he plays the victim and is very good with the gab.He works for the prison and knows the women in the court house and in domestics. He went 1+year extending and fighting to even pay on his arrears. Each time I am asked to reconsider. I freeze in court and so shocked to be there I don't speak well Or miss important facts and details that should and need to be mentioned. He has used our daughter from day 1. He manipulates and feeds her negative things about myself. I have swallowed alot for my daughter's sake and trying to stay neutral and keep quiet just for her. He knows this And loves that. He has violated the court order many times but always makes up excuses for it, and again I'm in such debt already I haven't been able to go back to court. I keep my word, wether there's a court order or not. I look to my daughter's best interest. He does not. Please someone help. It's bigger then what I've revealed here. Thank youREPORT COMMENTS

My daughter has experienced neglect and abuse from her biological father and he takes me to court over and over . She is 12 and scared of him does not want to go with him or be alone with him and everytime the judge makes me out to be the awful one even though I support her in everything ,financially and emotional and he is unstable . Moms need to be stopped being made bad guys when we are just protecting I am tired of this alienating nonesense he has two criminal records ..REPORT COMMENTS

This is happening everywhere, I live in Oklahoma and for 6 years I have been battling for my child to be removed from her fathers home. I finally was able to get a new judge who immediately removed her. She is now thriving and being a little girl. How can we change this across the board in every state? Utah Judge Charlene Barlow just denied protective order for my 15 year old son. Police report filed and DCFS substantiates claims of abuse. Yet he must return? I was not allowed to speak my mind. The attorneys asked all of the questions. I was not allowed to say what my child told me and when I tired it was overruled as "heresay." There are still criminal charges pending on ex, but child being forced back. I live in VA. I became angry and wrote distasteful texts to Ex. When I found out he punched my child in tinge nose and when the bleeding didn't stop wrapped packing tape around the nose and mouth and then proceeded to dunk his head under water. I have lost my faith in the justice system. I need to fight back what can I do?REPORT COMMENTS

I have two boys that have been sexually abused by their mother and they have stood up to her and accused her to the police. She has also been accused of rape by another fourteen year old child but nothing has been done to her. Infact the courts and police have made this about me trying to keep custody and alienate my childre from their poor helpless mother. Would you drop your kids off to visit an accused child molester and rapist, does something else have to happen to my kids for the courts to do the right thing...please help.REPORT COMMENTS
