The child support I been paying scent my boys were born now they both over the age and still trying to catch up my child back support but what can I do when job lay you off and any other job I get their taking all of my checks even if I get a second job the support office takes out of that check also I can win even if I been trying . I put child support on myself because my life mom wouldn't me see my son's back in the day now 1 is 23 years old with kides of his own and working and my other 20 years old with kides himself and I still paying supposed for both I haven't seen my income tax at all in all these these years and both of my son over the age limits and they both working my younger son stay Ed me all these year and I still have pay child support. Now what scent do that make. Texas is very bad on keep up with the payment but tasted to collect out of your check, the courts don't care they just want to put good dad in jail behind being behind. I do what need to be done for both of my son even when they have their own family's I still pick up where they can't do themselves.This must stop help please help us this reform must take place .For all the father paying back support and don't have money to even support their own family's any more because taking care of another women who's kides are grown and been out of her house for years now that back child support must be stopped it hurting alot of good father's for the last two decades this been going on their child in their 30 and their fathers still paying support it must stop I can even get my driver license because of my back and their stopping me from getting other jobs because of this please stop thisREPORT COMMENTS

I love my boys. The child support is just too much. The 30% of my paychecks that go to child support makes it difficult to raise my two other boys that live with me full time. I also have a step son that receives no support at all from his biological father. My wife and I are struggling already. Why does child support have to make my life so difficult. The more I work the more screwed I become. While the ex lives with her parents and works when she feels like it and give her free money so she can go on mini vacations when it is my weekend with the boys. This needs to be reformed . Please help me. I just got all my taxes taking for child support. When I work they take most of my check so I have nothing to live to pay or eat. They also stop me from moving forwards and getting job or careers because of my license. They parents don't let me see my kids but I have no money to take them to court because of child support. This is ****ing me off. I have a drug head mother of my child. Another one who never have my daughter always out and letting drug dealers stay in her home. Another one that sells her body for money go out of town leave my son with people and call me to help her get back to him. This the American dream. Punish all males white black or others just so we struggle and die inside everyday. This******need to stop and ends now. If not then I will take matter in my own hands and America won't like it. They put these magistrates( court appointed devil's)...No even a judge.. then u would think to appeal the situation and the judge themselves would see things as they should but unfortunately they can't. Modern day slavery for men .. not to say women aren't on CS. They all work together... I'm a better rather than any magistrate or judge. They never see their own kids. They put it on someone else while they judge people with less power. But the day will come when they will be judge. And I hope their sole burns in hell... I hate talking about my case but I do know it works against my child. Unfair practice. Reform reform. Help the kids. Stop destroying families. I'm the first generation child support payee. No my father that I only seen about 5 times. Not his father I never meet. Or my father's father and so on. First generation... know my kid. I know I'm a great father even with having less resources. I just recently had my child support increased $400. They never even considered my household bills. I work 3 jobs and it's not fair that if she finds out my income increase she can get an increase. I'm working trying to continue to pay my bills not give her a raise everytime I get one or better myself. Child support is outrageous and far to reaching. People are being sent to jail. My income always varied and they took the highest amount I ever made. Now lowest amount I pay is 37.5% to more than I made for the month. I been been calling child support office going on 4 years now. Because 4 years ago they let the state I live in take over collection and pay the state I use to live in without notification. So I kept paying the state I lived in for 3 months. So for the past 4 plus years they been reporting I am 3 months behind to my credit and etc. I just spoken again with child support office. They call the other state and find out that I didn't owe it. But they always went back to the same lie. We need to wait for a fax from the other state. That hasn't shown up at the general attorney office or child support office or the state I used to live in I called them and they said they sent the information to the state I live in now. So pretty much they get to ruin my credit. They stopped me from tagging my car. Over a bill I already paid four years ago and they refuse to do anything about. We all are remarried. We all have started are own families. We should be able support our own houses. This is just a way to encourage women to have multiple father's to collect a free income. People do not stay single. If someone has never made a dollar in their whole time on earth. How can you just make a fictional number up as their income. Child support is anti family movement created to destroy homes all in the pursuit of child support. Remember back in the day you get a girl pregnant you marry her. Now she goes have five babies daddies. Than gets a big house with her new husband that makes minimum wage. They live it up. Never drug tested or anything. Do you really believe anyone is spending 300 a month on a child. I talk with my child and he says he lives with his grandma and has nothing to really do with his mother ever. But she still tries to modify it to get even more money. Out of the thousands of dollars in sent her. She did take him to a small theme park during off season while she went on vacation with her other children and husband. A husband my child don't even know the last name to? Personally I think families should come first. So if a person is married . They should be able to take care of their children. If I went and got a regular job. I would have to pay 36,000 in day care expenses every year. Most day cares will not even watch one of my daughters because of a medical problems she has a urine control issue. Plus I have two children in speech therapy. So I have spend time reading with them everyday. But our kids don't matter. Our credit doesn't matter. People can claim they take care of children they rarely see. Let's make America great again. By putting families first. People should never go to jail over debt. You shouldn't make restrictions that cause people to make less. Like taking away their dl or not letting them tag a car. That just cause people to drive around with none and no insurance. We should just abolish the child support system. If you truly want economic growth let's get rid of the child support all together. We already have spousal support. I couldn't agree more... Child support obligation should be based upon; 1. The income and expenses of BOTH parties 2. The family size and obligation of both parties 3. Total debt of both parties 4. Drug testing of the recipient of the child support 5. Employment status of BOTH parties. The recipient should NOT be unemployed or at the least have a timeframe requirement to gain employment or forfeit the right to child support. 6. All court cost, attorneys fees, filing fees, and\or any other fees in regards to the said child support case should be equally divided between the two parties. 7. I don't think this should read fathers. I am a mother. My ex and I have 50/50 custody, however I usually have her 55-56% of the time. He quit his job to make less money and keeps taking jobs to make less and less money. Our court system keep adjusting the payments so I keep having to pay him more and more. Pennsylvania doesn't consider income minus expenes. It is the sum of the two income to determine the amount that should be spent on the child. Then a ratio between the two incomes on who pays more. Before child support is started, there should be a DNA test done on each child (regardless of who is on the birth certificate and whether the parents were married or not). There are mothers that will make the father falsely believe that they are the father simply to collect child support. Day care expenses should be proven with a legitimate receipt from a Daycare if any ...NOT a notarized statement. The custodial parent should be randomly drug tested every 6 months. Child support offices should provide equal representation to both parents for custody, visitation and child support issues. The child support money should be taxed on the receiving end, and a credit given to the person paying it. Some people get child support that is larger than the take home yearly income of whole families. The monthly child support amount should be capped, why do some people get 50 a month and others get 50,000....that makes no sense. It should be a flat rate, enough for the basics. Yet the state of NH just slapped of in the face by increasing child support for this one child half time. $1,500 a month, while inputting NO income to the mother who has multiple college degrees. She is deliberately unemployed and underemployed. Plus, under federal standards I am the custodial parent! Discrimination is very much real!...I've payed my child support, and fulfilEd my duties as a parent to all of my children, because it's a morally right thing to do of a loving parent...over payed child suport, have been over garnished double the amout, due to enforcement errors and or doing poor job with case information. After being over charged for years and payed in more than double the amout of contract...they say not going to reimburse me...say they give me credit!..but im still paying the same amout I was paying until child has graduate, plus they allowed the other parent to keep checks that they knew wasn't rightfully there's to begin with!...I've nearly lost everything due to this, and could not get anyone's help. And I am a great father...the guys that pay time, gets the worst end, while the guys that dont, when the child gets 18 or graduates child enforcement dismiss there case and doesn't make them pay!!!...this is a fact!!!, plus a parent who pays child support, should not have there case going through courts where they don't live period!!!!....there is no equality or justice MEN, that pay support, or no one to turn to to seek help when, you find you are being railroaded!!..it's obvious,...just look at how the child enforcement help hotlines and contacts are set up!!....only for the custodial parent!!....this is a issue that needs to addressed!..childsuport should be divided 50/50, between both parents and all expenses.even travel expenses for visitation.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a single mother who works full time, i pay my daughters father even though we have joint custody, and also have another child at home whom i fully support alone. I am in charge of all travel to see my other daughter every weekend who lives an hour away and pay for it gladly as it is well worth it. I fell behind a few times and each time am dragged into court, i am a good parent, but life does happen! I agree with all these fathers, if you are trying to put people in jail over falling behind you are not giving that child a fighting chance to have two parents, you are degrading people instead of lifting them up to help the family. Please, please make a change! Europe has an amazing system in place which could greatly benefit our country as well for those who fall behind, they actually help both parties. Child support should be like an expense account at work. You make purchases for the kids, then get reimbursed for those expenses. I'm personally tired of hearing "it's my money, you have no right to ask what I use it for" when my ex contacts me for money on top of what she already gets to buy anything. Second, it shouldn't be tax-free for the recipient. Sure, I know the argument that if it were taxed then a bigger amount would be needed, that's BS. Lastly, how is one kid worth more than another? Depending on income, how can one kid be worth $200/month while another is worth $2000/month? Shouldn't there be general guidelines about the costs of kids vs a strict "this is your income" calculation? When it's a 50/50 parenting agreement and both sides are doing their share, there's no way it should cost one parent thousands every month.REPORT COMMENTS

I think if both parents provide for the child(ren) then neither parent shold have to pay the other for any sort of support. In my state, the women want to boast that they are independent, but crutch themselves on government assistance and support from the man. I think if i pay just as much for child care, clothes, food, a place to live, school supplies, ect. Why should i pay her to have the same things. I work hard for my money and i dont mind paying the support at this point, but my question is why should i have to if i support 50% already as it is. I would like to see this added.
