END DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME

Messages Sent So Far
Please stop the messing with our schedules. It's an antiquated practice that only aggravates people. As it is Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgina Islands, and America Samoa do not participate in this practice.

When can we end daylight savings time? Can we vote on it? Let the people decide. Can we move it a half hour and call it quits? Please, someone take interest on this subject and make a change.

It gets harder changing back and forth the older I get. If we are saving energy let's go year round with Daylight Saving Time. If we are not saving energy let's drop Daylight Saving Time!

There don't seem to be any benefits to Standard Time and definite hazards to changing back and forth. Please stick with Daylight Savings Time year round.

The whole reason daylight savings time was invented was to help farmers, but they don t like it either because it throws off the milking schedule.

Causes disruption in sleep cycles, is not cost effective, more physiological issues with time changes. It is time for this antiquated practice to end.

I agree: Please end DST. This is a dangerous practice no longer applicable in modern day. Research has proven increased health issues and accidents as a result of this antiquated and dangerous practice. The sun doesn't even rise until AFTER 7 AM! My main concern is the safety of our school children standing in the dark while BOTH getting on AND off the buses as a result of this dangerous practice.it is most dangerous in the early morn8ng hours that these children are out in the cold IN THE DARK waiting for buses. It is espescially problematic for those states midway to North in the United States. I thought our children came first and their safety was paramount. Stop this ridiculous useless and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS practice. It serve absolutely NO PURPOSE but to endanger our children. This became most prevalent and obvious when some idiot decided to EXTEND what was already a very very bad idea. So now we can endanger them even more. Stop this nonsense-- once and for all!!

I am so tired of the time change. It's a shame that Congress will not listen to the American people. No one likes the change, yet they will not oblige.

Please, Let us get civilized and leave the clocks alone. It's either standard time, or the supposed daylight saving time, one or the other. Let's make that choice and leave the clocks alone. We humans don't need this disruption of circadian rhythms. Mother nature does a splendid job at increasing daylight in summer and reducing it in winter, as it should be. so leave it alone, and let nature dictate our natural rhythms of life.
