I would like to state that a law was just passed Feb 2012 in NJ that states drug abuse during pregnancy is not a form a child neglect nor abuse, although my newborn daughter was taken right out of the hospital because of opiates in our system. Even though my obgyn knew and I was carefully monitored, they still took my daughter. After that new law was passed that substance abuse is under title 30, dyfs and the court did not give me my daughter back, even after completing an intensive outpatient program. Your workers drive talking on the cell phones, speeding like a volcano is behind you and these are the people transporting foster kids? Its all about the money, its an economy booster for the state. Congress dyfs not only lies but they also have a doctor on there pay roll. I can prove it. Dr.Frank J Dyer who is in termination cases. Is doctor fraud. He used to do social security cases. He stopped because his report where found 2 be inaccurate. Also this doctor teaches judges how to terminate parents right. There is proof. This needs to atop now.REPORT COMMENTS

DAG Hanselman Submitted false and changed paperwork--The Judge wouldn't let me speak**He had all Original paperwork that was certified to him--Yet would not let me speak. DYFS is Corrupt--lies, changes paperwork; medical records; school reports--Falsifies documents then submits them!!! The DAG and Judge are EQUALLY CORRUPT---you call them Officers of the Court?? MY NEWPHEWS HAD BLACK EYES BOTH AT SAME TIME MY BROTHER GOES TO VISIT TO SEE HIS SON'S SHOW UP WITH BLACK EYES THEY TOLD HIM THAT OLDEST SMASHED IN TO POOL TABLE, TRY SAYING YOUNGEST DIDN'T HAVE ONE MY BROTHER HAS PICTURES AND BOTH JUDGES JUDGE WHITE, AND JUDGE SMITH BOTH REFUSED TO LOOK AT 8X10 PICTURE MY BROTHER MADE FOR THEM. MY BROTHER COMPLETED DV CLASSES CHARGES HE WAS NOT GUILTY, THEY LOL THEY TRYED TO SAY HE USED DRUGS SO THE BLACK MALE YOU EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GUILTY OF ANY THING THEY TELL YOU CANT HAVE KIDS BACK TIL DONE. SO MY BROTHER DID IT ALL WENT TO HAND THEM COMPLETION CERTIFICATE THEY SAY DIDN'T MATTER, SAID NEED ANGER MANAGEMENT, HONESTLY HE HAS EVERY RIGHT AS USA CITIZEN TO BE ANGRY FOR 10 MONTHS JUDGE KEVEN SMITH AND JUDGE WHITE HAVE ALLOWED DYFS TO TAKE HIS SONS FOR KNOW JUST CAUSE THEY HAVE NOT 1 OZ OF PROOF HE DID ANY THING THAT WAS ALLEGED. DYFS PLAYED THERE SELF CAUSE AT VISIT'S DYFS KEEP'S NOTES THEY TRIED WRITING BAD NOTES THEY MESSED UP. CAUSE MY BROTHER RECORDED EVERY VIST NOT ONLY THAT SOMEONE ELSE IN BUILD WAS TAKING NOTES AND THEY DON'T MATCH DYFS NOTES. WHO DO YOU BELIEVE DYFS OR PUBIC SERVANT AND KIDS ATTORNEY'S INVESTAGATOR AND WHO SUPERVISED THERE VISIT AT THERE HOME . THE INVESTGATOR FOR KIDS ATTNORNY SAID THEY ARE GREAT AMAZING PARENT'S SAID HOLE VISIT WAS HAPPIEST SHE HAS EVER SEEN KIDS AND SHE SAW THEM MORE THEN ANY ONE AND SUPERVISOR JEN SAID THAT VISIT'S WHERE GREAT THE WHOLE TIME KIDS SAID I LOVE YOU WHEN WE COMING HOME.
