False claims have been made against my family and DYFS agrees unfounded but they keep showing up at my house 2 referred by the same person. The claims make absolutely no sense. My son has a disability and on medication. We have it tough enough dealing with his medical issues. Our rights are being violated and our lives including his keep getting disrupted by these people. A penalty system needs to be established for people that abuse this system. They have been out with 6 different cases opened on me in less then 5 years and now they look for any little thing that they can to open a new case. Like this month had to take my youngest to the hospiital because of him running a fever and his dr office only has a pediatrician dr that is only there on Friday's so ended up having to take him to the hospital well the dr there called dyfs on us because he is 3 months behind on his shots but he has been getting sick 2-3 times a month for 3-4 days at a time and you can not get shots when you are sick. The dyfs worker Dana came out to "investigate" and not today since she hasnt been returning our calls i called her supervisor and told her how we have left 4 messages on her invoice and she hasnt returned our call and to find out Dana has been lying to us by telling us that there was a case being opened on us dor 30-45 days but can go on longer if she wants it to well the supervisor tells me NO there is not a case opened agents you that all it was, was an assessment to find out why he wasnt up to date with his shots... Now this is what i like to know! How is dyfs aloud to come out because my child is behind on shots? The last time i checked there wasnt any law saying that my child had to have them shots! Since when is dyfs aloud to just come out on somethig that is perfectly legal and harass my family and i? Dyfs needs a class action lawsuit brought up agents them! Weather or not a class action lawsuit comes about I am going after them for what they have done to my family and me!REPORT COMMENTS

Its not right what they are doing to people and its not only in new jersey its evey where dyfs takes kids that are being taken care of but lets tthe ones that are being beat to death with the parents even the parents that give their kids drugs and******dyfs lets them go thought dyfs was there to protect the kids yeah right they want to distroy kids and put them up for adoption ........they need to start taking kids that really need tobe taken not the ones that have every thing and that are being loves and cared for ...........dyfs is so damn messed up its not funny they door my nephew for no reason at all then failed to tell his mom that he was sick they waited alittle over two weeks to tell her ......dyfs needs to be stopped and stopped nowREPORT COMMENTS

i actually was the first to get an email back from the us senate today. Said he was going to respond back to my email shortly after reading!!! They took my son on complete FALSE alligations- Accusing me of drug use and out of all things! Prostitution, which I have never been involved or neither charged with or in any case has ever been in Mix with prostitution! All because I made a few unfriendly acquaintances. I have proven the drug allocations wrong! And prostitution? How do I even go about this one? Please help me to get my 10month old son Joshua Beaton back home to his MaMa where he belongs!!!!!! I cry all the time- this. Is NUTS and should NOT be aloud to be done so- and to think- my son was yanked out of my custody! So matter of factly- and so lightly. Before it was even investigated. Its sickening to know that kidnapping can be so legal! This should NOT be taken lightly. Us families CAN NOT get the time back that we all have lost with our children. Who do I turn to? What should a Mother do? Help me please!!! Anyone??? Please if You have any legal aid or advice please- I am so sickened and heartbroken over this whole thing!! They took my son who WAS NOT in danger. His grandmother was watching him because i was sick so I didnt get him sick. I told that to the worker when he came out because i had one referral. ONE REFERRAL. The allegation was false and the one allegation was proven unfounded. They took my son from his grandmother (paternal) because she had a case open 33 years ago. What crock that is. They told the grandmother that he appears to be well taken care of. But put in court papers neglect. They called me and told me they were placing my son on the phone while at the grandmothers house and I said why are you just placing him instead of letting me get my child and they said u don't have stable living arrangements I told them that I do and they basically said we don't care we are placing your son. On february 3rd they called me to tell me my son is sick and is being treated for RSV. Then they stated that they forgot to tell me my son had RSV since the day they took him as they claim and it was left on my voicemail. But they are now treating him and he's highly contagious. Um if he's had thia for 14 days why isn't he in the hospital he is only three months old and why wasn't I notified about my son sooner. And why have they been neglecting it and why did they put my son in day care around other children when he's highly contagious. My son had no problems since he was released from the Nicu as per his doctor with visits. His paediatric doctor stated he's healthy and to keep doing what I'm doing. So apparently I do a better job in raising my son and take better care of my son medically wise. But your stupid government agencies removed my son that was NEVER in harm in my care. My son gets taken and he's neglected way to go congress with you screwed up DCPP agency in NJREPORT COMMENTS

I have a dyfs case... i cant go back to work with kids so i haave no income the recently drug tested me and it came back negative and they never check my house of any of the alligations but now telling me my case is going to court because there is an evironmental saftey prob but it would not be one if i could get back to work so i can fix the house hold issues... yet the girl next door hasnt had lights or gas to cook for 3 years and she boxes her kids in the street and always knock on my door to feed her kids smh but i'm being labeled unfitREPORT COMMENTS

Although there are a few good dyfs workers left the system is falling apart i have dfys partial involved in my life not sure why anymore. Sadly my sons biological father is a pos abused them uses drugs hardcore and when i called on him they refuse to open a case but cause i took my then 4 yr to er cause he got injured and is accident prone possibly has adhd they want to be invovled thank goodness im taking me and my sons awy from this ****ed up state. Something needs to be done when these asses are needed they arent there and when they dont need to be ohhhh look who wants to be all involved. Ms lisa brown a retired dyfs worker is right when people are allowed to have to much power they abuse it. We spent 2 years battling with them to get my step-daughter from her drug-addicted mother. The mother was allowed to refuse a drug test SEVEN times. When she finally was forced to do it, it was positive for cocaine use. Even after that, it took us another year - and lots of money - to get my step-daughter taken from her. These folks DO NOT have the best interests of the children in mind. The case worker was hell bent on protecting the mother. She avoided calls from my husband and even told him to stop calling her.REPORT COMMENTS
