Not only DYFS, but the Family Court Judges need to be made accountable to see that their orders are signed and that those orders are carried out. Iam going through a lengthly case of a year n 3mths n I have complied with dfys with everything n because of our nasty weather n the kids off from school I missed two app n not only that we chose the kids n to comply then going to work which led to losing our housing which we have family n is temp until the judge that took my kids feb 6th was also the judge for my childsupport case n well got my state help put on hold for a couple of months n obv didn't realize who I was this is bull n my kids r loved n well taken care of n dfys has been in our lives long enough to see that now they been screwing up n I attend to do what I can t get my 4 kids 12, 7, 3, n 1 I don't deserve to have them taken n dfys is suppose to help u but it's a crock is their anyone that can give adviceREPORT COMMENTS

False allegations put on me, and their process is backwards trying to force me to do things I should have done 5months ago that are now completely irrelevant. I need help. I am homeless because of them and cannot be with either of my children because a drugged up family member used them as revenge and she had a prior case in the same year with her ex pounding her windshield out with his fist while he was drunk in the car with her kids. In addition, to all the complaints I have one on my own. It is not fair that teenagers use DYFS as a way to get their way. NOt only are these actions wrong, but once its on DYFS the parents name stay on the DATA Base. This is Wrong. And something should be done. There should be a Pre-Assesment stage prior to making this information available in a system. Why should good parents pay for the ignorace of many.. Something needs to be checked... Let's get it right. There should implement other steps before DYFS becomes an option. Ofcourse, this is on a case by case basis.... Please we need change..REPORT COMMENTS

why does dyfs over look things like a 14 year old always cursing to children placed in his mothers care and this same 14 year old boy not getting testing done that was suppose to be done back in 2008 when he was asking now ten year old to see his ***** and this same 14 year old today talks in front of my children in his mothers care about her boobs and private parts along with watching porn, taking kids to his room with music blaring with his door shut and nobody ever bothers to get off their asses to check the child. also how can dyfs place children in a home when there are only a 2 bedroom house and you got a total of 10 people living in it and how the hell is this safe and beings that the husband was a firefighter you think he would know better. NEW JERSEY SUCKS!!!!!! CAMDEN NORTH DYFS just ripps happy healthy families apart, all so that they can get paid good. Two kids.it was pointed out two urs now my daughter may suffer from being a pathological narciss parent aleianationi am not a professional medically trained but by researching on this idea her having these issues.yes my daughter has every trait.Please how can I get help for my g kids THEY ARE NIT SAFE IN THE HOME WITH MY DAUGHTER! she's been able to twist this open case to where..ITS ALL ME THATS THE PROBLEM .SHE GOT KIDS TO LIE ALL THRU THIS CASE. EVEN TO WHERE I FOUND MY 8 YR OLD AUTISTIC G-SON locked In side the family truck in back seat at 5:30 pm 24ºdark he had only a short sleeve shirt on! Truck was parked in the driveway I herd him screaming and kicking..as I pulled up and got out of my car. I thought mom was in truck too .but I opened back seat door only he was I. Tru k crying he saying mommy sd she was coming bk to help me but she never did babylocks r on &I can't get out! I put my coat around him helped him out of truck walking up to house we see mom in kit window at sink tbe outside lite was off the door was locked she opened door but aafter we knocked on door a few times. Door opens into kit she really had nothing to say when I asked wats up y was kid locked in truck? She was in house long enough to warm up and was cooking my g daughter who also was in tru k when they came home was allowed to go inside with mom.she was warmed uptoo..end result. IT WAS UNFOUNDED!!!! MY DAUGHTER twisted up story in kids head b4 dyfis interviewed him!REPORT COMMENTS

Hi all, at the beginning I would like to mention that I'm a dyfs worker and would like to apologize for all the awful and heartbreaking events that happened to you because of dyfs. I want to clear some of the misconceptions people have about the system. The system is not corrupt but extremely outdated. The same services are offered to every family that gets involved with dyfs. Unfortunately the agency greatly bases their decision making on old police reports and other checks they do. This should be changed as time goes by and people change. Another issue that so many of you stated was that case workers lied and were unfair with the families they worked with. Please be mindful that workers have to follow their supervisor's directions. If the supervisor is unrealistic and unfair that's something the agency should improve at. I' ve met supervisors who I couldn't believe they are able to make decisions about families. If a lot of workers would be encouraged to speak up about these practices then the agency wouldn't be as crooked as it appears to be, however, the workers are afraid to speak up because then they are triggered and labeled and in some cases set up for failure and either fired or quit. What the agency should do is have better, humane, realistic employees. Better supervisors who actually care. Overall the mission statement is right but the staff and policies should be altered.REPORT COMMENTS

I had my parental rights terminated an my 2 sons an my daughter were adopted to a Foster family who could care less about them ( just in it for the money) I spent a year completing every parenting class, counseling, , I.O.P for a medication a doctor prescribed me when I had surgery done on my shoulder " witch I had Prof " of an made no sense why it was a problem! But when I completed a class they had me do 3 more after that an they gave me no consideration in giving me my children knowing how hurt an sick my kids were being in a strangers home unable to talk to me an supervising my visits like I'm some kind of animal. LIKE I CANT TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS when I went to trial a doctor WHO DYFS HAS ON PAYROLL made me look like I'm a bad parent an I don't deserve my kids! They sat there with this crooked judge WHO PROBALY IS ALSO ON THEIR PAYROLL, terminated my rights an my FAKE PUBLIC DEFENDER did nothing didn't even make a argument in my behalf! THEY TOOK MY KIDS RIPPED MY FAMILY APART AN TRASHED MY KIDS LIVES FOR NOTHING OVER SOMEBODY MAKING A FALSE ALLEGATION ON ME! My son was kidnapped by these people getting off his school bus to go home after school. After finding out I go to get him released to me and they won't release him because of someone saying I use drugs. They never questioned me or even tried to contact me about these accusations nor did they try to call me after removing my son off the bus. After they had him for the two days I was allowed what they consider a trial. It's not the standard kind of litigation trial you can imagine. You'll be giving a copy of the complaint 15 minutes before entering the court room. If you can't afford a lawyer, they have a public defender available that you will never talk to until 30 minutes right before your trial. I qualified for a public defender but they only had the 1 there that day and she had to represent the childs mother so I couldn't get any council before it. Everyone talks at the same time. They don't plea their case and you rebut. You have to cut people off in mid sentence including the judge. I was brought up and told that is impolite and to never interupt someone speaking. But I wasn't going to sit there and let these people have my son. To make a long story short because of their lack of evidence to the hear say, I was awarded custody of my son again. This is the only system in America were you are actually assumed guilty and must prove your innocence. I now have to comply to 3 different drug test, 1 urine and 2 hair test, because of something someone obviously told them with the intent to hurt me, my son and everyone that really loves and cares for him. While my son was in their custody he was giving a physical medical exam without a parent, integrated without consent and forced to miss a dental appointment I previously scheduled. This needs to stop. It is nothing more or less than kidnapping with no intentions to keep families together. They fought tooth and nail to keep him away from his mother and myself, his father.REPORT COMMENTS

Hello my name is Jamal and I'm a very upset father the homewreckers (dyfus) took my baby girls 16 months ago and mom and I have completed every class they have put us in and now they have my kids up for adoption and the foster mom is a friend of the family on moms side and her best friends are dyfus.workers and her one friend is higher up the chain then my case worker's supervisor and she is doing a lot of damage to us getting our girls back they are going into our case file and adding things in our case that wasn't there before and we go to trial next month and we may lose our babies to this lady b/c of the people the foster mom knows and its not right thus is out ragious and we need help and someone to step up and help up we are dealing with camden county dyfus Camden southREPORT COMMENTS
