I'm all for helping defenseless children, but to take a child from a happy home is ludicrous! Why is it the children that need to be saved aren't, but the ones that are happy and healthy get taken? I realize that isn't always the case, but it seems to be an increasing thing with these divisions. Children getting abused and cps or that states version being called multiple times and nothing happening, then when said child is beaten to death...all there is is an "oops" "sorry we didn't see reason to take a child from the home at the time"....is that all their worth? Then parents that are legitimately taking care of their children get them ripped from them? My sister got her daughter removed from her care as a result of slander. When she was supposed to get her back her caseworker was out of time. The case worker hadn't informed her of that little detail. The morning after my sister committed suicide from thinking she'd never get her child back her caseworker graces us with a call to inform her that they were sorry she got taken everything was fine and she could have her daughter back. She also informed us then that she was sorry she hadn't called sooner, but she had been out of town on vacation. A friend has recently lost her girls behind the same slanderous lies! When will this end? Can you not distinguish the good from the bad? When will these children's well being really count? When will "oops" no longer be a required statement? They don't have hearts they just want to steal your kids and sell them. Hi my name is Jessica Delaney me and my husband and family got my daughters taken away October 20th,2014 stating they were abusing and neglected by the reporter who was my sisters bf Justin mchugh they were never not clothed fed or taken care of they always had diapers or anything they needed last I checked its not illegal to be a bad housekeeper nor is it illegal to have a beer or two to unwind my daughter trish was in 4 dances classes three cheer practices and Girl Scouts and Sunday school after my daughters were taken from my care and we had court a few days later the judge said Joelle got Mrsa from my bedroom when that's not how mrsa is contracted mrsa is contracted by coming into contact of someone's bodily fluids who has it and we all went for drug tests I did my psych evaluation now I'm going to sodat for substance counseling but dyes is not following the court order the judge ruled my husband can have unsupervised visits with our girls and nowhere in the court order does it state what he can and cannot do with them or where he can take them as long as he is present I'd love to know what safety concerns stupid dyfs has other than a wood stove what do you think people used to do in the 1800s to keep warm and keep there kids warm they had warming pans and fireplaces and very thick blankets but now of all a sudden it's 2015 and a wood stove is a problem? Not everyone heats with central beat and air I hate to tell you my children were perfectly cared for we had our routines I would wake up my alarm would go off I'd go hunt down trish some school clothes if my youngest was still sleeping I let her dressed trish for school we watched about 20 minutes of tv then went out to the bus if Joelle was still sleeping after trish left for school I laid down for a bit longer til she woke up then if she was wet I bathed her put on clean clothes and we had breakfast then we watched tv did some laundry and waited for sissy to come home from school depending in the day and time of year we usually had cheer and dance she had cheer 3 times a week and games on Saturdays Tuesday was tap and ballet Wednesday jazz and Thursday hip hop class and every two weeks was girl scouts and she had Sunday school every Sunday from 9:45 to10:45 am she was a busy girl so my daughters were always cared for so id love to know how you believe someone who doesn't have a leg to stand on and is the biggest drug addict I know but you can obviously see other than a dirty house they have nicer clothes than I do which is now clean by the way and maintained and I didn't know it was illegal to have multiple pets cats or dogs plus dyfs ruined my daughters birthday we were supposed to have a party for her over the weekend she knew about it now all of a sudden cause they were at my house? We have to go back to having supervised visits? Why not follow the court order huh? Maybe go read it they gave my husband no restrictions about where he Could or could not take them I think I've told my storREPORT COMMENTS

I too am in a situation almost exactly the same as yours because of their lies. Did you know that dyfs/dcp&p are given imunity when they lie ? It's true ! They are in fact trained to lie soo they can drag another poor unsuspecting SOB into the legal system which infact creates job security for themselves while generating revenue towards the judicial circuit. I can't post details of my case , but I can surely tell ya that I fight back against them every chance I get because I'm a fellow brother biker that won't tolerate dcp&p to bully the parents and deprive the children of a proper life whit their loving parents. No child should be placed in an ugly foster system if there's no abuse or neglect. Just recently a 2 year old toddler just accidentally shot his mother with a handgun that was in her purse . Now they're trying the toddler as an adult :-( It sickens me that a 2 year old will now more than likely be given a prison sentence. Who the hell is allowing the judicial system anyway ? It was not fair that they were taken away Monroe Twp cops lied n said there was marijuana use in her house which was a complete lie.they use said dyfs took our kids do to drugs being found but there were no drugs in her house nor did they find any drugs. Then dyfs told me they took our kids bc of our stories were inconsistent with one another wen I only told dyfs one story n everytime I explained Wat happened to someone else it was the same exact story from day one.dyfs is unfair they play dirty n they try to get over on everyone all I wanna do is get my son back home were he belongs.plus they madey friend sign a paper for an emergency removel to take her kids but I never signed a paper for them to take my son n they said since I was in the hospital couldn't sign it but just a few later I was at there gloucster east office asking them y they took my son.n I asked them for the paper to read since I wasn't able to sign it n they said there's no need for me to read it or sign since my son was already in there custody but I never gave them permission to take him out of my custody..don't get my wrong but there are only a handful of good dyfs.workers who actually care n then there's 95%,who dont care all they want is that pay check.just like my worker they changed my worker over 2 weeks ago n the first time i talked to her was the other day she never once tried to contact me if it wasn't for me reaching out to her I probably havnt have even talked to her yet.these people make me sick.REPORT COMMENTS

My kids were taken from me over something they were not even involved in! My kids were safe and asleep, andiI had to wake them to take them to the police station, where the said, and I quote, "We're going to get these kids out of here and into some foster homes", all because a friend of mine was hurt, and we called the ambulance. The cops that came, from Williamstown Police Station, insisted they smelled marijuana, which is completely untrue, instead of worrying about getting my friend immediate medical attention! Not to mention, there wasn't even marijuana in my system. These cops just hate me, and on top of that, the ignorant... B, let's just say, Jessica Gangemi, lied to my children, and had her very upset! Upset that she could just lie to her like that, and I, as her mother, am infuriated that she lied to my baby! If she can't be honest with children, she needs to find another job, she didn't even TRY to console them! Ugh, and then all the LIES added into the paperwork! They took my babies just before the holidays... I have raised these girls from the age of 19, I am now 29, and my girls are 8 and 9... They've never slept out except at their grandmothers house, and I don't feel as though they should've been taken to begin with. My kids know that they are safe with me... I'm so mad about all the lies, lies, lies! They deserve to come home where they are comfortable and safe. I have been extremely complient and I'm getting really irritated with their stupid games. These are human lives you are playing with! My God! And at that, may God bless all these other children suffering for their parents for no actual reason at all... Something has got to be done about the scumbags that work at dyfs. Thank you to all the workers that have been honest and helpful, but please get rid of the liars! I don't know if they are getting commission for every child they take, but they need to keep in mind, that its a human life you are messing with. And the bond between a mother and child is not something to be played with. You are messing more kids up, rather than helping them... Smh... Dyfus removed my son (11yrs old) two months ago and placed him with my brother. The reason for removal was that there were a few episodes where he hurt his sister (7 yrs old). So they removed him saying my husband and I couldnt keep our daughter safe. While that was traumatic enough\, this past Monday we went to court under the impression that is was for visitation for my son. Well, they tried to remove my daughter as well, saying she was being caused emotional harm from the stress in the house of my sons removal. So they remove my son, cause stress in the home, and then want to remove my daughter because of the situation they caused? How in the hell does that make any type of sense. The judge didnt go along with this and we still have our daughter. They keep telling me I'm too emotional, HELLOOOOO, I had my son removed, how the hell am I supposed to react!!!! My husband and love our children more than anyone can ever know, we do not hit, and barely yell at them. My daughter is a sweet precious thing with a heart of gold. My son has ADHD and we tried many types of doctors to help him. Their evaluations have recommended family counseling. How are we supposed to get family counseling without our son!!! Dyfus is saying we minimized what our son did. If they had a better idea they have yet to present it to us. Removing him is not the answer. Should every child with behavioral problems be removed from their parents? They have gone too far and are destroying our family. We desperately want our son back. My daughter cries for at least an hour after each visit with her brother because she doesnt want to leave him. They are causing my daughter unneeded stress! The fact is, my two children really love each other and get along extremely well. They need to be stopped, and soon. Dyfus is a broken failed system that ruins families.REPORT COMMENTS

I rushed my son to the hospital because he might have gotten into some medication unsure i rushed him to get blood work and monitored the urine and blood test came back negative for anything he has been medically cleared but cps in nj is forcing me and my wife to take drug test and that if we do not cooperate with them they threatened to take our children. We do not do any drugs but i am unaware of the reason they are involved and trying to rip through my life! I did the right thing i was unsure so i took him to the hospital since when does taking him to the hospital warrant child services to require a drug test of the parents?REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS is currently destroying my 4 children's lives. My children were taken from me TWO years ago due to the fact that my wife and caregiver had a drug problem that was hid from me very well for a while. Eventually after I got over the denial phase I relentlessly tried to help her over and over with no success. I have seen my kids and never missed an opportunity with them even though my wife was the only one DCCP cared about reunifying the kids with. She was far too gone to come back to care for our children. I was only given the opportunity to get my children back after my wife (altough we were separated for years now) passed away in April 2014. At this moment (well 6 months later) they have given me 2 of my children back (who have been through extremely harmful situations in their foster home which they could tell you themselves!)and no I am being put through the ringer becasue the foster care mother who has my other 2 children (they have been separated 2 and 2) wants to adopt them!!!!! This is extremely unethical and damaging to our entire family as if they haven't been through enough!!! I am at witt's end with this situation. I am not a drug addict! I am not on welfare etc... and I am desperate ly trying to bring my family back together again. My two children that were returned to me are in a new home, wonderful school system, and are living with me and my fiance in a loving and caring atmosphere. I just want them to be able to function as normal children but the system has majorly affected their mental states! Not only did they separate these children from their mother and father which also resulted in their mother's passing, but they have separated older sisters from younger brothers and broke up our family even worse than they had to. I understand some situations need DYFS to step in but the protocol in the system is flawed and something needs to be done because at the end of the day, GOD is the judge and 90% percent of DYFS employees should beware of this fact and take it seriously. It is a daily emotional pain that is a hole from within you, Governor Christie. The only escape from it is to try to fall asleep or somehow distract yourself. You could try to do the same thing if you were brutally wounded, unfortunately you will still feel the pain lurking beneath constantly every day. It is traumatic and shocking, Mr. Obama, that such a system can be spoken of in your speeches but completely permitted to twist every law under the Constitution of the United States simply because its still being "overlooked". Perhaps if some of the wasted money that goes into the foster system could be decreased then there wouldn't be such an obsession with NJ "dyfs" to confiscate everyday parents' children. My kids where taken from me for me not answering the phone for taking two days to take a drug test n for falling asleep at my drug test. Now I just had a baby n due to someone/something not being clean during my c section it caused a deadly infection and almost killed me. I had an emergency surgery where they cut my stomach open n found a abscess N took out 900 cc of pus I was hospitalized wit a tube draining pus out of the side of my stomach n a tube down my nose that also went into my stomach draining my stomach. I had the flu n a fever I also had to get a blood transfusion. A WK later after taking care of ,y 3 n 2 yr old all day went for the test n it was packed I waited for almost two hours o couldn't keep my eyes open. This dyfs worker came that night to take my kids make a long story short my sister got them after my mother n I having to leave. I went to court n they remained with my sister the worker didn't contact my sister till she was at her front door tonight to take the kids from her cause her bf had a break down in June. Now cause they have a kid together he offered to leave for my kids to stay but they have a kid together so that's the reason he couldn't just leave. They wrongfully took my kids from me n now my sister pls someone help any info I can get would help my sister is going for custody n emergency court hearing tomREPORT COMMENTS
