dyfs came last yr 2017 because my son was not in school, he's disabled and dr note said he can be out till end of yr. School STILL called dyfs and dyfs said go back to school or we will take you away,DISABILITY or not!! So he was FORCED back.This yr he was out again we asked school for homework they ignored our calls for 2 wks and called dyfs again,these "people " meaaning dyfs didnt even know my son was disabled! They told me school said I was "mental" and they believed it too,I have MS,its NOT the same thing.They were able to come in my home because they failed to tell me there was a court hearing that morining to discuss this and I missed it cause they never told me so the judge ruled in thier favor.Now trying to take him saying Im unfit with my MS.WOW!! MY disabled son depressed and feels like its his fault.Anyone help me??? There are kids out there that reallly DO need help and theyre wasting thier time going after loving good people like us,they need to be STOPPED!! -

I was approached by dyfus because the police, no matter what, according to a child, contacts dyfus? I was the mother; my child was only 16 and going thru a rough time, thinking my husband and I were going thru a divorce! It never happened and my gun was taken away. New, never had a bullet in it and my license was taken away. Why didn’t anyone call me, his mother, to explain that I was his mother and my son and I were so close! He graduated from Rutgers and has a great job and a wonderful girlfriend! I was always so very loving and worked only for my son! I don’t know how this could have happened to me. I’m originally from NC! It was so insulting as to how I was treated. I did not deserve the treatment and really had a hard time understanding these people! I love my son and I’m his mother and I have never done anything to him to deserve this treatment! I’m still perplexed to what happened to me? My caseworker submitted her report and recommendations to her supervisors and they forced her to completely change it in order to portrayed me and my wife in a highly negative manner. This is just a small drop in the bucket of the corruption that goes on there. I have audio recordings of excerpts of her original report, and her stating that her superiors forced her to change it. They kept the case open for two full years, only for the allegations to be unfounded.REPORT COMMENTS

Yes DCPP( DyFS) does this and more. This is the current method to get kids They coerce a meeting with the parent and children away from the residence to to avoid civil rights complaints of intrusion and invasion. Often offering money and housing or whatever is desperately needed. They prey easily on people who are impoverished or homeless. Then they take the children on whatever ground they can perceive. These are the case-workers, who are immune from perjury. Next, once in court-they settle the parent with a novice attorney with No experience with DCPP cases who has no brief whatsoever-Utterly wet-behind -the ears)-No due process is impossible for the parent who is by this point bereaved at the loss of his/her family. The court proceeds by English court doctrine meaning: Guilty until proven innocent, depriving the parent from any defense or testimony. Next, all hearsay evidence (coerced by psychologist from the children) comes from the Law Guardian who is supposedly representing the children, but in fact representing the DCPP. Next, if allegations are disproved, the game is not over, DCPP will go on the make sure the parent loses his/her job by arranging and manipulation child visits during work hours, causing more financial hardship to already impoverished and grieving parent. Next step: Once the grieving and now "poorer parent" is not able to hire the proper attorney to fight the case, he/she is despondent. The tactic is to get him/her to agree to only some or no visits, while telling the children (via psychologists hired by DCPP,) they have no hope and demeaning their parents. No kid wants to hear that. It makes him feel that he is no good. Fire these people. Next step: going back to court with a title 30, Meaning that the court must act in the best interest of the child, even though the original charges have been disproved. At this point, the children said they want their parent, but the court through all of the tactics and manipulation now have the right to keep the children based on their assumption of best interest of the child. So by coercion and deception and destruction of the parental financial means, they claim other stuff that was generally caused by the whole ordeal or the poverty that precipitated it, caused by agencies" the failure to address an attend the real issues of family health and integrity, ie. success. We are appalled at the statement "400 kids will not sleep in their own beds tonight " as proclaimed by CASA, (Like that's something to be proud of). Statistics show that only 20% of children takes are real abuse cases, 40% are questionable (poverty may fall into this category) and last is the 40% the agency calls"throwbacks", nonchalantly. We also know that any kidnapping of anyone is psychologically damaging forever for anyone. Generally it is a federal crime. This calculated attitude of children taken as numbers in a system is MANIACAL The whole scheme is foreboding , sick and corrupt. Especially corrupt when you add the $2 billion in state revenue. all the adoption agencies, state employees, attorneys, grants and donations-.---------All with the public beguiled by the "supposed saving children" when actually it's 80% failing families. I had a family member who took out kids for the weekend my wife and I went out out of revenge calls dyfus we had dirty urine didn't know our rights and then that family member got our kids while I had a 3 year case for everything they asked my exwife Nov did nothing they took her rights we got divorced they made up so many lies about out family to justify a dirty urine even saying I sent cupcakes on my daughter's birthday to school its very unhealthy I'm a bad parent and this judge went along with it after 3 years coat of my marriage job house I had everything they asked to get my kids back and they bullied me saying I work to much and basically they get a bonus girl me not to succeed they wanted my wife's side of the family sister who they knew my ex wife was living there after taking her rights and a alcoholic I was broke and was also manipulated by my ex wife who I still loved at the time who left me to get high with a guy she meet from the program we first went to now my daughter is in college with I pay for and my son is in high school she now married this person who spent the lastc12 years in prison for robbing homes so he can shoot heroin I'm a recovering addict drug is a drug but they have ruined my life and lied and twisted the truth yes my wife and I got high once in a while kids were away we go to the bar but they would go to court wouldn't even get my kids names right csuse the lawyers never once met them and would spin lies to keep and justify their case I NJ Morris county dyfus its disgusting what they did I never used drugs in front of my kids I wasn't gull blown getting high once in s while not saying it is right but what they are doing is wrong it's a thin I was abusing my body as a matter of fact the dirty urine It was the first time I got high in months kids were st my brother my sister and law hates me calls them my dumb wife gives them a urine test then they got a warrant still my kids weren't abused but our family was abused and torn apart by the dyfus workers one who was 20 years old never had kids there were a couple of people who worked there said they believed that we should never had our kids taken away and agreed that they case was lies with truths that were twisted to put us in a bad light I now live alone my son doesn't talk to me in months my daughter talks to me but she in college but they ruined families that don't deserve it and the courts go alone with it knowing the lies and deception I rather keep my name a secret something needs to be done what they did is unfair case against us and blows my mind I moved to the other side of the country because now I feel like a piece of******just for having them in my life and I lost everything and material things who cares they took my dignity and be warned can happen to anyone who smokes weed or gets high once in a while they can leagal do this if you don't know hour rightsREPORT COMMENTS

Terrible experience with the OC "Duffus" people. Ashley "Big Bird' Connor and "Fatso" Figuroa are total scum. Local public school nitwit overheard some comments, gossip, and then twisted, manipulated the kids (minors) into making incriminating statements. Luckily could afford a good lawyer, but he simply stated that Duffus can device, fabricate, construct any kind of case against you. Once started, Duffus will run with the case. They will even implicate your spouse or partner, despite them not even being involved or physically in the area when the allegation made!! Reasoning? best to corral both parents, instead of focusing one - then guilty one, and then contribute to a potential marriage breakup. Well, that is what happened in our case, but yet I used the case to ensure I would have at least 50 percent parenting!! My advice: 1) Do not ley them in home. Take info in writing or audio record it (legal in NJ). Show the child(ren) to the Duffus lowlifes at your door. 2) Do not sign any document. 3) They WILL be audio recording you!! Watch for the cheap iPhone placed on your kitchen table. Be careful what you say, if it reaches that point. 4) Note that their investigation is a CIVIL case, which has a much lower bar in "determining" your guilt and involvement. Consult a good lawyer too. 5) Contact your local state representative and NJ Governor offices, although this current clown in NJ may not help you at all. They might conduct their own investigation. 6) NJ Duffus is betting and counting on you to be scared shitless, confused, and not willing to spend the money to fight them. 7) In talking to my child's pediatrician, she stated that "they receive dozens of inquiries from Duffus," along with the permissions from parents to allow Duffus to speak with the Dr (per Hipaa Regs). These people makeup so many false allegations that they barley remember in court what they have written and the judge just goes along with them if you want my opinion everyone is getting paid and don't give me the ******** that its in the child's best interest because if that were the case so many of them wouldnt be getting ripped out of good homes getting injured in their care or dieing while under the watch of dcpp. These people need to be stopped once and for all sometimes I wonder if their on drugs because of the delusions storys they present in court and the allegations all blown out of proportion. Familys are broken because of these people and lives are being destroyed. How the hell can our government and our state think that the things these people do are in the best interest of the children? If a child is being abused especially one that is old enough to say that why would the child scream and put up a fight when they are dragging the child away from the parent if anything the child would go willingly and be happy to get away from an abusive parent. This is just more of their lies and another notch on their belt. Also the tampering with urine tests thats another thing that they've been known for. You can have a perfectly clean urine but reassure they will say they found something in it. I'm just warning everyone we need to fight these people and tell out goverment that these people are the ones that need a physic eval its only going to get worse if we don't stop it now !!! They took my niece threw a life changing experience and she is still fighting and ready to file suit. They take their jobs lightly. If they do not have the right amount of information for paperwork they will make it up. I never thought i would run into this. DCP&P in Newark nj. Alot of their staff overuse their authorities and remove people children without even giving alot of these mothers a fighting chance. I know a mother that complied and was never even giving recognition for her compliance at a compliance review and she had all certificates and completion letter. Sent to counseling for being emotionally attatched to her children. Worked to pay market rent as a parent aide and DCP&P could not verify that she had a job when she worked for them thru an agency. She's moved out of state to fight for her kids using 2 different state law systems and i hope it works out. Its time that somebody get invovled the way they invovled themselves into families lives. I don’t abuse or neglect my children in any way shape of form and once again they are involved.. It really needs to stop these people are nothing but an inconvenience to my family. I don’t drink or use any type of drug so what they are looking for is beyond me... And to just randomly show up any time they want to well it’s completely ridiculous.... Omg I am 100 % in the same situation currently. I was arrested back in November 2nd on a Thursday because that was the first attempt she arrives with the police just to sit down and finish answering questions that I already complied with, and we werr going to court over it, so why are you back to ask me why I didnt show up to a superior court date or something of authority. They walked themselves directly into my home when I went inside to show the cops the paper that she delivered to my house 3 days before this expected court date. It didn't make any sense. Now I have the state police (2)s standing in my home and my daughter my boyfriend and my friend. it got to the point that I requested to talk to my lawyer to further with these questions and she can contact him for any more further questions. The female cop got frustrated with meTristan needs to go sit down and threaten me because I persisted are not speaking until I had my lawyer. They took it as I wasn't compliant and answering this whatever she was basis worker which she's never showed me any valid ID. To just answer these questions that she needs to know. after about 45 minutes back and forth once she cursing me and threaten me to go sit down I asked to my tablet so I canrecord the conversation for the question she was going to ask but would not let me get device. And making me sit down. In my own home. As I felt trapped I answer the questions to the 361 that I could and within no time the top finds a tobacco grinder on the floor next to a basket and 40 minutes later I'm been arrested or tobacco grinder. I get released with no paperwork , no ride home, con communication, no show to work, and no daughter to come to . The female type was nowhere on the paperwork f today January 12th 2018 Ive had cops arrived to my place twice with 2 case workers jn black jeep, abd 2 state trooper cops people on the front of my main community entrance driveway and one parked in back, scouting me out, people or authority scouting out from the front of my knee in driveway all way to the back of the main driveway. We're supposed to be having court next week there's no reason for her to be showing up excessively with the cops. I live in a development where all the neighbors see everything. The neighborhood moms won't let their kids come over and play with my daughter anymore due to the fact that there's some cops ER and arrest from me by 2 months ago ask me why I didn't show up for court dates. The list goes on and onSequoia seeds that didn't exist for court date that didn't exist. They were pre-hearing I'm assuming I'm not quite sure. And why wasn't I mailed by the steam a legit form or court date that has to do with my child. Why wasn't I evil to have the option or the time to get somebody to represent me? This is my child were talking about. Whatever petition to Congress about the New Jersey Department of Child Protection and permanency I'm all for it. I don't know exactly what their job is but they've done nothing but cause more.more fear in my nine-year-old daughter then she has ever had before. I have cops coming and banging on all of my doors. Repeatedly. She has had caseworkers come here that I went to school with over 10 years ago reaching out to me and telling me about a court date.? I wasn't here when she arrived but a friend of mine was hell sitting and taking care of my dog and happen to be here when she came by. He said he let her in when she started banging on my bedroom window. I don't understand what's going on. I don't understand what their goal is or their end results.REPORT COMMENTS

Me and my fiance both don't do any drugs but dyfs is allowed to keep harassing our lives just because someone hates us and wants to keep putting a strain on our lives? It's not ****ing fair whatsoever, the person who calls into dyfs should have to take a drug screen and also prove that they are who they say they are. There should be no anonymous option because even if they DO say their name dyfs won't tell you anyways. What's the difference? I'm really just sick of this ****ing ******** that I'm being put through and my poor 10 month old daughter just has to see us stressing all the time. DCPP is out of control . They have been involved since March of this year . At this point in time , they are 100% doing extra things that don't need to be done . The court's and DCPP do NOT communicate what so ever . Every court date I go to there's always a lie and no justice . I have done three different services and one of them they said I didn't have to do . The original incident on why they are involved caused another incident to happen to one of my children when I have warned DCPP about certain things . They never return phone calls . They just suck . They're about a paycheck and not helping families . They want to rip families apart and could care less . I lost custody of all three of my children due to DCPP and their ******** . My boy has a open case w DCF and there right nj is corrupt...my sons baby's mom is dying of cancer and the new gfs family made accusations that a judge found him not guilty of they gave this baby to a woman that had kids taken away for abuse dcpp knows that's why the paper work is in husbands name..no back rounds were done homes weren't checked out..my older granddaughters there mom is in a hospital dying of cancer and her dad won't let rick see the kids..he's passed all drug tests and evals nothing wrong tries to set up visits day before he has court appearances and idk what to do to help him get his kids..thank god for attorniesREPORT COMMENTS
