I wonder how many woman have been falsely accused of neglect, lose their child due to the lies these people and the people targeting the accused, make up. Than give the Abusive, lying, manipulating ex the kids. In addition, despite the mom having videos of the child/ren claiming the abuser, abused them and/or pictures of what she claims are bruises left on her by him, or pictures of anything in the reports being incorrect, why can't it be submitted? Even worse, keeping the kids in a home where the abuser and his family have admitted to dcpp or child services that they've threatned harm on the kids (doesn't that in itself abuse, doesn't that pose a risk) yet still keep those kids in that situation. For example, if an adult threatens another adult with bodily injury, the one who made the threat goes to jail; but in this case, nothing is done when a innocent child is threatened by an adult. I think these people need to redefine neglect and abuse, or really start following it humbly and correctly. How does someone get brought up on educational neglect when the child is not mandated to be in school until age six, or how does a parent neglect their child/ren due to any health problem of a parent, how is it neglect of a child/ren, if the parent refuses to seek care or treatment for themselves, as a parent? How is it, if you neglect yourself, your neglecting your children Or if you do seek care, your still neglecting your child, because now they decide to say your not following the complete treatment recommendations or something else. I think these people are abusers themselves, they abuse families, abuse them by giving kids to abusive families, they abuse their power and influence others opinions in a way unimaginable, they apparently do a lot of twisted things I've seen. And this is all happening in a country that is supposed to be the land of the free, liberty and justice for all; a complete contradiction to what this country is supposed to be about and I am a citizen. -

My ex husband and his wife kept calling dyfs on me and had my teenage son removed from my home 5 yrs ago. I am a RN and have been one for 18yrs. I live in a well-to-do area and provided a nice home for my two sons. My ex told dyfs that i wasn't taking my anti-depressant and that i was a nut. After divorcing him I no longer had to take meds for seven years until dyfs did a psych eval. and forced me to go back on a pill. lol. My mother even told them I only needed them while I was married to him. lol. It took me 4 months of jumping through hoops for dyfs and a lawyer, before I got my 15 yr old back. dyfs is nothing more than legalized kidnappers and they distort whatever you say to them. My advise to all is to deny any allegations from dyfs and say nothing!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Its not just DYFS. It's the entire family court system in NJ. It's a kangaroo court. Judges make decisions with know real evidence, just based on a plaintiffs or defendants testimony and who the judge "feels" is credible! And your also told you don't need an attorney and you have no right to an attorney unless you pay for it yourself so let me ask you family court judges, if the the issues you preside over there are as important or more important than issues in other branches of the judiciary then why is legal representation not a right but a luxury for just those that can afford it? Or do you guys and gals that wear the robe in family court just get off on being omnipotent?REPORT COMMENTS

We went to dyfus for help my ex is abusing my 11 year old she told them and they told her she was lieing i thought they were suppose to proptect her!!! There answer to me is she gets straight a's and straight a students dont get abused so it must be my 10 year old doing it!!! I am disgusted with the fact that parents that are doing their absolute best are being penalized falsely. My daughter and I are going through a nightmare because my autistic grandson threw a hissy fit in school and has been since he has started school. The school had him admitted to a psychiatric hospital under suicide watch because my grandson who is 8 said he was mad at himself for not being able to do a math problem. He told them that he wanted to stab himself. he showed them how he would do it. The school didn't call my daughter before even discussing it with her and he was ordered to go to the hospital. He has been known to talk "or exaggerate" things to the impossible. Dyfs came in the other night because my grandson said that he was going to get the belt if his dad found out he was acting out in school. 3 hours of humiliation them intruding on my private things such as medicines, and 4 of my children and my grandson are bipolar and on meds. They had to see my meds my husbands, sons, and daughters along with my grandson. Oh and by the way did I mention my grandson is autistic therefor he is known to get over-excited over incidents all the time. These people need to go to the ones that are beaten, left alone, or disgusting things, most offensive sexual abuse.REPORT COMMENTS

Bergen County DYFS in NJ is a scandal! Please help! They took my kids away when I was 6 months pregnant due to an allegation made by angry parents when their daughter "allegedly" got caught with some sort of medication. The parents had the police investigate. I cooperated. After police interrogation they dropped the entire matter bc they knew I was completely innocent. DYFS was asked by police to not intercede w the matter and DYFS did anyways. After numerous visits to my home, kids schools and everything they could get their hands on to disrupt DYFS took me to court. They forced me into the court system by LYING! They claimed I missed 8 Substance Abuse Evals and I was noncompliant. The reason why several evaluations were missed was bc they were notifying me through regular mail (not even certified) and DYFS was mailing the notice on for example "a Friday " , the evaluation would be scheduled for the upcoming "Monday ", the letter would be postmarked on lets say "that Monday or Tuesday", and I wouldn't receive the notice until Wednesday. The DYFS was basically trying to make me look like I was noncompliant to force me to court. When I went to court DYFS had my caseworker their and the Deputy Attorney which is THE DYFS LAYWER. I brought all the late postmarked notices w me to show the judge. Court began w DFYS's side and everything was a tremendous lie! At that time I was in such devastation I asked for a lawyer. The judge told me NO. THEY SAID I WAS NOT ENTITLED TO AN ATTORNEY AT THAT TIME. How is that possible when the DYFS had an attorney present representing them lying about me?! The judge didn't care for a word from my mouth. She refused to acknowledge the letters I brought showing that I missed the evaluations due to the Division mailing them late and I wasn't even receiving the notices until after eval appt. dates. Then the DYFS Attorney said they thought I was going to "flee"! Flee to where? DYFS drove me to the court house for God sakes ! So they ordered I be drug tested at that very moment after court was over. I went along with it. I was being told I had no right and no choice. So my dyfs caseworker, myself, and a court officer came to the drug test room. A woman asked me what meds I was on. I told her. Then she had me pee in a cup. Then she did a dipstick drug test and claimed not only were my meds in my system but so were cocaine and morphine! I was in shock and very upset bc I knew that was inaccurate. I requested to see the results and I was told "no u have no rights to see what I'm doing. Flush your urine please. " I wouldn't flush my urine because I knew it was not correct. She flushed my urine and never showed anyone in the room the results. And she wrote down what she said in pen. After that I left w my caseworker to go to the DYFS office to do the Substance Abuse Evaluation. When I started talking to the evaluator I told her what happened at court. I told her I felt I was being tricked and I asked "do I have the right to an aREPORT COMMENTS
