These are the most dangerous people there is, they have no interest in the child. They just want your information with use of intimation, lies and words games. My 10 year old special need grandson was removed, and now in my home, until that get their lies together, blaming all the wrong people. Yet they will remove him from family and where he is happy and loved, if I don't give them all my financial, medical, work history and finger prints, etc. who I sleep with, who comes in my home, info on ex-husband. They did a record check before placing him here, I want nothing from them at which they haven't given anything for food or shelter. Is it about love, family and the child or their power trip. I could never write enough to sum up THE countless LIES that DYFS as well as their little minions-and their Workers-JESSICA GANGEMI BEING THE FIRST TO RUIN MY SON AND MY LIFE 5YRS AGO. BRIAN JAKUBOWSKI-HE MADE A NICE "ATTEMPT" AT LISTENING TO A psychotic basketcase present day addict who was "upset" at the fact that I confronted her for attempting to steal my childs Kindle. THE PHONE CALL made TO DYFS AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS MADE, were by a woman named TINA BANKS FROM CLAYTON, NJ. Thankfully- my family were all present while we waited for Mr. Brian Jakubowski to arrive- He called me a liar and tried to accuse me of hiding when I was at the shore with MY FAMILY! He was spoonfed Bull***t by this Tina Banks who had it out for me bc she lives a shamefull life and Brian Jakubowski literally parked outside of my house everyday for 2weeks (as my neighbors saw and my security cameras have him on tape). Hoping to catch me alone with my child so he CAN "TRY" TO REMOVE HIM. HA!! NOOOPE. SORRY BUT I PROMISED MY CHILD THAT I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM THE ILLEGAL POWER OROPPORTUNITY TO LET THAT HAPPEN AGAIN! Bill Klinger? Has NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING. He is called the "SUPERVISOR" FOR GLOUCESTER EAST..yet he is never in his office and the entire DIVISION ABIDES BY THEIR OWN RULES! The ONLY CASEWORKER THAT I COULD EVER AND WOULD EVER HAND 5 stars and a Medal over to- would be Cassandra Shaw! She was Very professional and abides by all rules. Never be stupid enough to open your doors for DYFS-Always make sure that you have a lawyer and "atleast" 5 family members to make sure that your child is NEVER taken due to what i like to call "commission" of a greedy SPROWL UNIT case worker for what i ALSO Ilike to call "baby snatching" Ms. Jessica Gangemi (WHOM HAS ZERO CHILDREN-No children!! and younger than MYSELF!! YES..as im 29 and shes 4yrs younger than me..she cackled while taking me son 4 yrs ago.) that ***** will pay for the sick LIES SHE MADE UP, on top of ruining my reputation, having me in the newspaper, all written lies, causing me to have a felony, can never get a job around children, YET SHE LET MY BABYSITTER WHO LEFT MY SON HOME ALONE-AND HE WAS CHARGED- persuade her into removing him from me-to avoid himself getting charged with child endangerment, she had completely twisted my life around bc she probably need to get satisfied by a man that day! ..but WE WILL BE OK! and we HAVE BEEN! DYFS entered my household for a legitimate reason.Mom does have some issues. A safety plan was worked on, but in the end, I decided to TURN my grand daughter over. I did this because I was led to believe that after court 4 days later and mom had to move, my grand daughter would be returned. After the hearing I was told there was "NEW RULES". I was told I would have to apply for custody as a foster parent. I would have to remove a half bath in the bedroom that she shares with her parents. Many other things too. And then there would be another inspection from the state that was harder to pass. This worker on the day of court said it was a closed hearing. 10 days later she told me that mom could have requested I be present. When I asked why she didn't tell me then, her response was the court could have said no. By her not telling me she made the decision for the court. I was able to tell the judge all of this but it didn't seem to matter. Yet he told the dyfs lawyer he was upset that my grand daughter was moved to another family and the proper notifications to all parties was not done. this was before i told my story. I had hoped he would have let me have custody. But know. Dyfs is like a state within a state. Way too much power and families are suffering, as is mine.REPORT COMMENTS

On a Sunday morning, my husband and I were arguing (you know couple stuff) so my neighbor decided to call the police on us, I guess because they called in a noise complaint. Anyway the police showed up just as my husband and I were leaving the house, they wanted to come in but since we've lost our keys we told the police officers that they needed a warrant to come in the house since we were all (I have a 7 month old baby girl) outside already they kept insisting to come inside but we refused because like I said they showed up just as we were about to leave, they didn't even had a chance to knock on the door. They arrested my husband because they found a mark on my shoulder and me like an idiot told the police my husband made me that when we were grabbing each other, after they took him to the police station they kept me and my baby outside and told me that they still need to go inside the house to check if "nobody was on the floor beelding inside" who else can be inside? I specifically told them that only us 3 lived there. They went in without a key and used my husband's wallet to open the door with a card and, unfortunatelly they found a water bong inside the house (just the bong no drugs or anything) and some dirty diapers on my bedroom floor so they decided to call DYFS because of what they found in our house. My husbands was released from jail a couple of hours later and DYFS showed up later that same day, 2 people came to my house and started asking us all these questions, I did admited that I smoked weed because they were going to make me and my husband and I take a drug screen test but the reason we did not refuse to anything was because we knew we weren't doing anything wrong. We take care of our little girl, we love her more than anything in this world and would never let anything or anyone hurt her. The police wanted to take my baby right then and there but told me that they would give me a break by just calling DYFS and have them meet me. My husband couldn't sleep at his OWN house because DYFS put a "Protection plan" which basically means that he was not allowed to be near me or the baby for just that night, really?. The next morning I went to pick up my husband from the crappy hotel they put him, and went straight to DYFS to take our screen test and straighten everything or so I thought. Well it turned out that they would not let our husband and I leave their office with our baby alone or even one of us drive while the baby was in the car until we found a family member or close friend to stay in our house for 10 DAYS (or until the test results came back) and to drive us around to supposedly supervise my husband and I 24/7 so that we did not smoke weed, seriously? Do you think that anyone would take 10 days off just to come and stay in our house to be our driver? Because literally that was what would be doing, right? Fortunately my husband found a good friend of ours that nicely agreed to come to our house and be our "driver", the socREPORT COMMENTS

My son Kacisus was taken from me when he was 3 1/2 months old. My son is now 4 years of age and still in NJ DYFS care. They took my son and told me it was because i did not have stable housing. I went through parenting classes and even was put on medications for b.i. polar disorder and anxiety. They told me that i had to have stable housing for me to get him back and even after i got stable housing they prolonged his return home. My question is why prolong him coming home to me if i was living with my mother but yet DYFS gave my mother two other children to care for in which she was paid to do so even before she recieved her certification as a foster parent. Why is it hard for her now to get my son if shes approved and had other kids before? How can they use the fact of bond if at first the foster people was not bonded with my child? NJ DYFS needs to be stopped. I understand that there are some people out there that may need this but im not on drugs and im not a drunk. My son is my world and i would give anything to get him back. Jan 9 2015 was THE WORST day of my life..my two beautiful happy and very loved girls we're taken from me. I have 4 children total but my son and other daughter are of age..they were taken because of the days that was missed at school we didn't have medical ins and my 10yr old has chronic asthma since she was 5 weeks old.. I take care of her myself at home for I don't want to send her to school if she is not breathing properly. Well because I didn't have Dr notes for some of the days the Columbus school in Carteret called dyfs..I had been in the school speaking with different personnel on different occassions and explained my need for med ins when Ryan from dyfs showed up at my house his concern was that my 6yr old wasn't in school yet. I explained my hurt to him over the passing of my mom and that since trin was my last child I was finding it hard to let go.Ryan stated she had to be in school and that he would pick me up if I needed a ride to get my girl her shots needed to attend Ryan stated that if I did not do that then it would go to court and he didn't want to see that happen L I E S he came and took me and my daughter to get the shots she needed and then to the board of ed in Carteret nj..Debbie at b.o.e said that it was the lady day before Christmas break and that she would contact me when they returned in Jan. Three days went by and I still hadn't heard from the school so I got my daughter up and dressed in her uniform and took her myself at 830am Jan 8 well Jan 9 the division came to my home to transport me to court I had no idea what was going on..well they removed my 2 girls that day and they are somewhere I'm not allowed to know my niece offered to take them and the division still hasn't let her have them.all her info came back accordingly but yet my babies still with strangers. I only get to visit once a week for an 1hr at the dyfs building. My husband and I just had an anniversary of 26yrs on March 3. I can't eat ..sleep..pretty much can't function without my girls.They are causing harm to my babies that is so not necessary.. Someone please help me please I beg before I die I'm slowly dying a little everyday without half my heart..two chambers are gone..and I will pray for all of you that are feeling the same wayREPORT COMMENTS
