DCPP made a horrible mistake in ruining too many good family units. It's time to take real action. I have evidence against the Camden South office and many of its social workers, intake and supervisors. The evidence I hold is damaging to not only personal reputations, but surely professional ones as well. I have evidence against the psychologist "husband and wife team" based in Cherry Hill, NJ as well. This evidence is irrefutable. I have also been investigating the very system this office has put into place after the "infamous" name change of DYFS to DCPP. I plan to follow through and sue every party involved. When I win, and I will, I am starting an organization that will financially and lawfully assist innocent families caught in the "Dyfs Trap". I will stop this corruption even if it takes every ounce of my strength, will power and money because it's what needs to be done. I'm hoping to rip apart the whole system one social worker, supervisor, and county at a time.REPORT COMMENTS

After being involved wiith them since 2011, being moved from foster home to foster home every six months or so(Mind you, that means no stability as far as making friends or getting jobs and saving money) DYFS has made me homeless. I am currently Nineteen years old. They did NOT investigate an abuse situation that happened at a foster home, though they were clearly aware of it. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED. I was badly beaten by three grown men, bruised and bleeding profusely. I even took pictures seconds after it happened and saved them, and showed them to DYFS. STILL, NOTHING HAPPENED. Now that they have had nowhere for me to go since January 2015, I've been roaming the streets of several different counties in NJ, looking for services, which I am still yet to find something with housing. I've had to live in terrible areas, such as Newark Penn Station, in Newark NJ. By the way, I am an intelligent, passive, caucasion male who lived in suburban Southern NJ for most of my life. I was not prepared for what I dealt with there. Attempted robbery at gun point. I was so fed up I looked this man in the eyes, and told him just to pull the trigger already. I'm lucky to be alive to tell this story.And the only way I have been able to stop DYFS from harrassing me is by blackmailing them about starting a legal investigation as to why they never investigated the abuse. Long story short, DYFS NEEDS to be stopped. Right now, DYFS in my vocabulary is an acronym for "Dyfs, You F***ing Suck." And now that they have "converted" to DCPP(Division of Child Protection and Permanancy), they have made things worse for themselves because they have done the exact opposite in my case. I hope this opens some peoples eyes on this life ruining department of heartless individuals(I wonder how they sleep at night...) Anyway, Ihope everyone has a blessed day. What dyfs does is disgusting and most people don't even know it is completely unecessary to open your doors to them. Retain a lawyer immediately you have rights and if the accusations are completely false they have no right to put your family threw the pain and suffering that the do love to do. There are so many bad stories about Dyfs or DCPP I feel Dyfs should be privatized after a INTENSED investigation into there practices of which I feel are criminal primarily by the way they lie in court or fail to tell the truth. From both watching other cases and my own I can tell you that atlantic County dyfs is the worst thing for kids .they never do whats un the best interest of the kids. My own kids were abused . They tild me if they charged mom she would loose her job and they didnt want that. My kids busted open head didnt matter to them. so much more. My mother was so close to adopting my nephews until a doctor saw a supposed "burn" on one of my nephews back. They couldnt even 100% prove it was a burn......they are all just going along with it. And for another thing my oldest nephews father falsified information that was later proved wrong atleast several tines......and nothing was done to him. I know my mom would never hurt those kids and with out knowing exactly what happened and ehat exactly the boo boo on his back actually is they took them from her. False allegation of child abuse and neglect due to drug use was made against me on saturday. The investigation is open although the schools nor myself has not been contacted. I will have to be drug screened because of false allegations. I'm suing someone and the day court summons was recieved dyfus comes to my home look through my cabinet and fridge search my kids for bruises and ask a series of questions to determine if I do drugs and abuse my kids. I had a dyfus case two years ago and the system is horrible i completed drug treatment in four weeks because i was telling the truth but it wasn't good enough for the in addition to making stay in drug treatment longer they added parenting classes at the last minute even though the psych evaluation did not recommend this class. I arrived to the first parenting class to find out i would have to make it up because my kids was not there. The worker's of this organization that as be taking kids for years have alot of nerves with all the miscommunication poor judgement deceptive was unproffesionalism and total dismay for the true safety and protection of our kids. Children die under the divisions "protection" also molested, and abused mentally and physically. It's all tucked away because its okay for them to take a kid because of drug use were there is no imminent danger adequate food housing clothes toys healthcare needs r met school attendance is fine good grades etc. To place the child that is not endanger in harms way to a foster parent that does just as much drugs with a boyfiend or friends that has not been checked by the division to molest, mistreat and abuse said child. The system has to many holes for and organization that supose to protect our kids. Alot of workers are unproffesional in skill and appearance ive some of the outside the club getting high off weed, there no better but its ok for the to get high as long as the passes the drug test to get the job....smh. I bet if there was an unannounced drug test at every office today alot of people would be unemployed. Hence doing drugs don't make you a bad parent. What an addict could do for drugs or because of drugs can make you a bad parent. My mother been drinking and drugging before i was born that doesn't mean she is abusive or neglectful.....REPORT COMMENTS

I was a child severely abused by my father's wife. Malnutrition, beat every day, and drugged up on Ritalin. Dyfs was aware of it the whole time. They allowed this to happen. The school constantly called Dyfs, my father's wife would pretend like everything was fine and as soon as the worker would leave I'd get beat again. They turned into best friends. Dyfs failed me as a child. At 13 I finally got out she had beat me so bad in my face that I am deaf in my left ear.The worker looked at me and asked me how did I make her so angry. The police officers removed her from the room and I believe she was terminated. This organization needs to be stopped. Kids that aren't abused are taken away and the kids that are get the luxury of staying in the homes that are basically a torture chamber.REPORT COMMENTS

Hi my name is Simone and I have 2 daughter and DYFS let my life impossible. I'm honest woman, pay my bills, I neve used drugs or prostitute. I never abuse my children, I was domestic violence victim to my husband. He don't live with us but he nice dad. When DYFS know he is my home visite the children (cause the problem was with me we neve abused the girls, this problem was between me and my husband) the case work Latyza put my live impossible. A one year ago I called to the DYFS to help me cause I don't have family here . She didn't let he come back live with us and We don't have a restraining order anymore at 8 moth ago. When the time my live is normally I was working, DYFS let my stop my job don't give a chance to help me put someone to watch my kids for me go to my job at 6:00 am. Before , I went go to Psychological Evaluation. This case work put in my home comfort care all day, and week end full time. This is terrible and unbelievable . This let me so angry and stress. I still receiving this working in my home and I tell the DYFS like a 1 moth ago I'll Be not suppose have maney to pay my rent . The lier said me the chance is the office , but the supervise told me the check is no abatable maybe the pay my rent maybe not. That is ridiculous ????? I did everything the obrigo, but they 're not help me . I m so angry cause the trying everything for I don't have a chance to be my life back. That is horrible, the lier everything They tell the supervise I levied my job to get a vacation that is no true. I record all the conversation to defende me .
