I can't believe such a scamming, lying, unethical, cheating, law breaking, two faced, double standard organization exists let alone get away with what they do and keep on doing if we don't stop them. We pay their fat saleries whilst they work hard at the next scam they can pull on the innocent clients they have tricked out of not only their children but the very important moments you miss and will never get back. This is my first baby and I have been robbed, threatened, pushed around, belittled in court and embraced in the public eye for not knowing. I wish everyone they have child snatched from the best of luck and my sympathy goes out to each and everyone of you. Voorhees office is doing the same stuff to my family! They took my 4 week old daughter TWO days before Christmas! It is now September and I have done all the programs they asked and have been seeing a councilor for 5 months! No positive urinalysis from me. My fiancé tested positive for alcohol once and for an amphetamine he showed them a prescription for in his name and all. We have done everything they ask and they still want more. My fiancé moved out of his home, in court they said that would be fine and then when they came to see if his things we moved out they raised a stink because he has an entire music studio in the basement. They spoke to and went and checked where he was staying, but said why is all his music equipment still in the house. I said he isn't taking two drum kits, about 15 guitars and 6 keyboards and all the amps and speakers to his friends house. Then they wanted me to move out knowing I had just become pregnant again. I went to a hotel, they came out and saw I was there and the room was full of boxes of my things and my daughter's things. That wasn't good enough for them either. They ordered me to do yet another phsych evaluation to see if "moving out was traumatic for me!" I sat with this dr for half an hour and he asked me 5 questions! He said the case seems favorable for me. If this evaluation was favorable I could go to unsupervised visits which is the next step to my child being returned to me. Apparently now that 5 months have passed since I completeled their programs and have just been seeing my councilor once a week for the whole 5 months they dr I saw says he feels I need physchiatric and phsychological help! I said how can he say that after asking me 5 questions in half an hour? Every councilor and even my supervisors at my visits say they don't know why I don't have my child back. I actually had a miscarriage due to the stress they have been putting on our family. We have a nice house, our daughter has more than what she needs, they have checked and approved the house 3 times now. Dyfs says one thing to me and then when I try to correct the situation they say they never said it! The foster family had a out of state vacation planned. They didn't inform my worker of this, I actually did because my supervisor told me. My fiancé is British. He is the only one living in the states (besides our daughter) and his father was coming to the area on a tour of the states. They wouldn't have my child available to meet her own blood grandfather! Their pathetic excuse was "they took her out of state." I said her grandfather lives out of the country!REPORT COMMENTS

They are so screwed up no communication in the voorhees nj office and my case was separate from my boyfriend who has 2 kids from am ex who passed away there only 1 and 2 yrs but they gave my 4 kids dad s confidential information that is confidential and intended solely for the use of the intended only not for other case and put my name on both cass but I am told that they are not going to be connected to another have to pay two separate attorneys to be able to make sure that I am going to be able to get the chance to talk took his kids from our home let mine stay bc they said I'm nothing to them ***** I'm there mom all they got now they have been home 2 month s and 4 different home s and trying to say that the baby is mentality handicap ed why so they can get more money I need help to get my babies back homeREPORT COMMENTS

In 2005 my family became a foster to adopt family in Morris County, NJ because we wanted more children we biologically couldn't create. My first foster daughter was eventually adopted through a KLG after 6 years with us and 7 years of her biological mother (who suffers from MS and Scholiosis) fighting to win her back. When she finally had WON her rights to her daughter back, she was so ill she couldn't physically care for her so we agreed to raise her together. It's been a blessing and we are a team/family together even though we have no blood relations. But when my foster son was adopted, DYFS did NOT tell us his whole medical story. 9 years later we found out he'd been a drug addicted infant for 8 months. The entire 10 years of fostering 7 children and adopting 2, DYFS has harassed, threatened and attacked our family to the point we now owe $50,000 to a lawyer for defense in a case we WON after 3 years. Today they have custody again of our adopted son, the one they allowed to be beaten and burned with cigarettes down his spine between 18-21 months old without prosecuting the foster families that did this to him. My son is now 12 years old, being court ordered to take 600 MG of Depecot and Concerta for ADHD, has been out of our family home for 4 months and we have not been allowed visitations of any kind of contact. It's insanity considering we stopped fostering, my husband is a public school teacher for over 20 years in great standing, we've been married 20 years as a good Christian couple, neither of us have ever done drugs nor smoked, we don't drink alcohol or allow our children near it, but the NJ DCPP (formerly DYFS) is constantly sending people to our home to harass us and requesting that I attend substance abuse programs without ever proving or testing me for any substance. GOD HELP ANYONE HAVING CHILDREN IN NEW JERSEY!REPORT COMMENTS

My very close friend of 17 years is going through the same thing. She fostered a little boy when he was 2 years old and eventually adopted him. She has two blood/birth daughters and adopted daughter. DYFS withheld the adoptive son's natural family's medical past from her (physical and mental). This child who is a pre-teen has turned into a habitual lier and has made unfounded accusations against his adopted family and more so his adoptive mother. He has been diagnosed with either ADD or ADHD and they DYFS refused to test him for Autism. He is currently a ward of the state and she has been fighting the school system and DYFS for quite a few years to defend her reputation as a GOOD parent/Mother. DYFS has been constantly harnessing her and her family on unfounded allegations because of a child who is a habitual lier. One court dismissed the case but DYFS field with another court to keep the case going and drain her and her family with lawyer fees.REPORT COMMENTS

Received no help.Was not trained for some of their behavior.Said willing to learn and help kidsmyself if necessary. Instead of helping my grandkids.They separated my entire family.parents these children had it bad in the past with their parents.My whole family has been traumatized. Had meetings at dyfs building about help I qualify for. so many dyfs workers no help.I NOT HAVE PROOF.THEY EVEN GAVE KIDS MOM SECTION 8 VOUCHER.Their mom took to of my other grand sons the voucher and now has a home in Ms. While four other grand kids and myself are homeless.WHILE DYFS TRIES TO WWWHENCEFROM MY KIDS.Dyfs is great if they are properly trained.Kids are dying while dyfs plays and ruins my grandkids lives/future.REPORT COMMENTS

My mother had my nephews for 5 years, and for those 5 years dyfs constantly came in and out of the house because of "allegations" now mind you we never refused we always complied, and now all of a sudden my nephew got hurt apparently and dyfs said they "think" its a cigarette burn, my mom doesn't even smoke cigarettes. So it was completely irrelevant to take them away from my mom. And now shes struggling to even say a word to them, she always calls and they always tell her "oh their fine" and "no you cant see or talk to them because you have no rights" how is it that a good mother to children that aren't even hers, and have been taking excellent care of both of them, have no rights? And mind you my one nephew has a mental disability.....knowing that dyfs makes a profit from gaining these children, its absolutely disgusting. They should be worried more about the sanity and well being of the children not the money that's going into their pockets. They need to be stopped and my nephews need to be placed where they are safe, loved and well taken care of, with my mother. Because everything dyfs does is not for the children its for them. Family services has broken us down emotionally and financially. They play with lives. As Grandparents we were never given the chance to speak with family services or judge before they granted rights to the Maternal Grandfather and his girlfriend. My Son his girlfriend and my Grand daughter all lived with us for 2 years. I helped to raise her. Now we have no say. The ones that do, never raised his own children bc of his addiction. His girlfiend has taken over had no children of her own so thinks she is the Mother now.. The Grand father did nothing while his own daughter was on the streets begging him for help bc she was being abused and raped until I got her safe.. I did help and listen to her and now she is in a program.. Family Services manipulated and ignored us even with a lawyer. Our Son started out doing all they asked until they started to play dirty. They beat him and us down. The Grand father has lots of money and connections and has been manipulative with making every one believe they are cooperating on helping get his daughter and my Son to get there rights back, It was never their intentions and now want custody. So they pull out on visitation and use strategies like come here to see her when knowingly our Son has no vehicle due to accident recently and goes to school on the day she said, Strategy and manipulatons!. Which has been difficult to see the child, because they live over an hour from us. Our Son goes to work til 5, IOP 6 to 8, has school to study and take tests for his apprenticeship and has courts, Week days are impossible so Saturday were his only time. Permanency hearing is in September and now the person pulling all the strings, Which has been the girlfriend of The mat grandfather seems to be irradic with her emotions. I need help We all do. What system spends all our money to fight against us??? When we want the best for our grand child and should have a say.REPORT COMMENTS

We hear a lot of talk about how important it is to have a father in a childs life. My son only 20 has done everything DCPP requested. Including never once giving a dirty urine in 4 months. The only domestic violence incident he had was a verbal argument with me his mother. his baby is almost a year old and he is only allowed to see him 4 hours aweek supervised. I am currently dealing with dyfs for the first Tim I have 16 yr old of which I have had custody of for 8 yrs she is my half sister my husband is military he gets out of the military after ten yrs of serving my 16 yr old made allegations she has a record in my were we were stationed for 4 yrs of her violent behavior towards bc of her allegations my husband was charged and sent to county for to days I set his bail my to babies were removed from the house when my husband was to county I however had no charges on me at but bc of this she stated they removed them with investigation they are making it very hard on me to see my kids at the dyfs building they do not return phone calls things have gotten out of hand my kids have never been subjected to this it's starting to traumatized them dyfs seems to not care are they care about is what the 16 yr old is saying I am scared like crazy to go to court on that is coming bc I don't no what is going to be the outcome and everything that I am court ordered to it's been to weeks not one apt is set up I NEED HELP bad some pls helpREPORT COMMENTS
