I have to say that our right as parents are being ignored and violated. There is NO reason for the removal of a child who HAS NOT been harmed in any way. The child has a home that is comfortable to him/her, a piece of mind, protection and love. If an instance occurs that the parent may get frustrated i.e. raise their voice to a child in public or discipline them in an appropriate manner then so be it. We have to reflect to the old days when children we're disciplined even more so than now. Some children don't adhere to the words NO OR STOP. If there are going to cause injury to themselves or to others or to property, as a parent we need to prevent that. I know I have a right by my religion to discipline (not abuse) my child, however "the Division" has been able to somehow take that God given right to discipline and correct our children. We have to fight for our rights for our children and their children so on so forth. It saddens me to hear these stories and to be an example of "Human Right Robbery!" This needs to stop! This is going to stop! We all as positive parents have to be heard and a resolution needs to be started Immediately. "FREE OUR CHILDREN!" Give them the right to be raised by their family not strangers for any time. These kids are being raped , neglected, punished, starved in these homes more than reported in their own homes. Where is the justice??? Who do you belive in What do you believe in? Where is the love? STAND TOGETHER PARENTS LET'S START A COALITION. I AM HERE LET'S STAND TOGETHER AND GET RID OF THIS CORRUPTION! ONCE AND FOR ALL. -

D.Y.F.S. looks for any way shape or form to prolong their cases. They will have you going to class after class after class stating if you do not comply, they will take you to court. They isolate family members and fabricate lies to each one. They do not allow you to record then so they cannot deny their statements. They told my husband if he and i try to fix our marriage, they will remove our child(ren). Calling the investigators supervisor only makes things worse....this agency needs to be closed permanently. Please please please im begging for these petitions to be read and taken serious...families are being broken up and children lives destroyed! PLEASE STOP THESE AGENCIES, PLEASE!!!REPORT COMMENTS

After 3 years of them coming to my door every. Never telling who or what going on ask my kids all kinds of ? Make going for drug test over and over again when I have never done drugs talking to my ex and even ? There kids bc there are brothers to mine. Get case closed after all that and my wife's ex calls again bc he found out case got closed. So get phone call that need to meet up with my wife and family and if every things ok the case will close in 30days. Time they have came out for 3 years they never found any wrong they know it's my wife ex just keeps call when dose it stop! I paid big money for lawyers and they says just go thew the stuff they want you to do. And they will close the case. Now it's open again. I get they got check on everything but why do they got keep coming out. And now it's a diffent part of them so has nothing to do with case befor and I asked to speak with superviser that was help us close it befor and there said he has nothing to do with it now.REPORT COMMENTS

How can they send me to an evaluation with false information given by their office and then say the evaluation was not favorable? They are trying to say I grew up in a drug home because my parents found out my sister was using drugs back in 1992 and sent her to rehab. If I was in a drug home my parents wouldn't have cared and not have gotten her help and I wasn't the child on drugs and it was 23 years ago.REPORT COMMENTS

I currently have dcp&p in my life. Been fighting to have my son "reunified" with me for over 8 months, well his age is 8 months! Doing their "requested services", but I can't afford a lawyer. I have been trying to do so much of my own research, my eyes feel like they're going to explode. Any services I am doing is under the HIPPA law, funny how it works though. im entitled to my records according to this HIPPA law, but for some reason my PUBLIC DEFENDER is trying to explain to me that IRONICALLY dcp&p is the only exception! I am allowed to read it, but it seems like every time I try to read these records, I get through about 2 pages maybe 3 and my defender is snatching it from in front of me. You know they're very busy. I have the biggest snob of a case manager! As I'm sure majority of you know already, the lies, the manipulation, and everyone's favorite the BROKEN PROMISES! I have researched the recording law in the state of NJ. The state recording law is under the one party consent law, which means only one person out of the recorded conversation must consent. I also just priced a voice recorder. They're definitely affordable. I also have an app on my cell phone that records phone calls. The problem with my phone app is, my cm DOES NOT ever call me. She only calls my son's father, who just believes every word that she says, and also listens to all of her MISGUIDING ADVICE! We have family and friends who tried helping, but for some reason, none of them were good enough for my son to be placed with. Even though one of these people is a LICENSED CNA who gets fingers printed, and has their background checked more then I can even remember. Every time we bring it up my cm seems to have a different excuse as to why my son cannot be placed with them! We have never missed any of our visits!! All of the reports from our visits never seem to be brought up in court, but they always seem to find the smallest irrelevant thing to turn into something negative, and it gets exaggerated, twisted, and just blown out of proportion. I try every day, every way I can possibly think of to catch my cm on record of her doing something that I can use against her. PLEASE I BEG OF ANYONE WHO CAN HELP, WHO IS WILLING TO HELP STOP THESE PEOPLE!! SEND SOMEONE TO WORK UNDERCOVER OR SOMETHING!! HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON?!?!? MEANWHILE, PARENTS WHO REALLY ARE NEGLECTING, AND ABUSING THEIR CHILDREN SEEM TO GO UNNOTICED!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

my friend was an addict she has been rehabbing for about 20 months yes she was an addict when she got pregnant than she did what she had to do after that in rehab about 7 months a few in haft was house than moved to Florida to be with her family but her baby girl was born with a hole in her heart and is till in a hospital [she is doing good] also mother has been working for several months and even made supervisor now dyfs wants to terminate her parental rights how can they do this is their no hope for an ex addict?is dyfs running a BABY MILL? is that all they want to do so they can collect money? When I had my daughter I had preeclampsia and had to be given magnesium and she had to be go into the nursery to be observed (the dr said magnesium slows the babies down). The next day, while I still wasn't allowed out of bed, and still had the magnesium in my IV there was a social worker in my room. She asked me if my child or I would test positive for any substances. I don't use drugs! I said no and neither of us had any drugs in our system. The day after we got to come home they were at our house. They checked the frig, they checked the rooms, they checked the hot water, and they asked my boyfriend and I several questions. They asked us to do a urine test. The day after Thansgiving we did. I came up clean and my boyfriend had wine with his dinner and they had an issue with that since he was honest and said he did use alcohol to cope when his mum passed away. My boyfriend is from England and all his family lives there, he has lived in the states for about 23 years so he felt he missed all that time with his mum. But apparently having a glass of wine with your meal on Thansgiving at 44 years old while the mother of your newborn doesn't is an issue for dyfs. They took our daughter at 4 weeks old because I was the victim of an aggravated assault. They said "I put my child in an unsafe environment." I was honest with them and said I had a drink when I came home from the hospital and had stayed up all night and blew a zero on their breathalyzer and their instant test came up clean. I had to go into a substance abuse group with a bunch of girls on methodone for having a drink after a bad experience. Well I was supposed to do 12 weeks but the administration of the program had me just do individual with a councillor for the remaining seven weeks because they thought I was taking up a space in the group for someone who really has a substance abuse problem. Since March they have been saying I will get my daughter back, if I do this or that, I do what they ask and then they have something else they want me to do. My boyfriend and I were found not guilty of abuse and neglect. I have had over 30 urine screens and they have all come back clean. Just because someone made an allegation against us they test every month and while in that program. They have even gotten any results of blood work that we have had at any dr visits or hospital visits. Now dyfs is trying to say I need mental help! I have never been diagnosed with any mental issues and I have never been in need of anything like that ever in my life. I keep doing what they want and they just want more! They wouldn't even let my daughter meet her paternal grandfather when he came in from England! And they get the court reports to state things that were not said to their benefit. My supervisor threatened to put down non compliant because I was asking questions about another requirement they gave me to do. Both she and my worker have hung up the phone on me because I had questions and they couldn't think oREPORT COMMENTS
