took my children for poverty! poverty being unfortunate and becoming homeless by no fault of our own..(not every one is rich) my one son is autistic and is already traumatized (I pray he can go back to how he was before they entered our life). we are now in for a fight of a lifetime. THEY HAVE NO REGARD NO HEART NO COMPASSION NOTHING BUY CRUEL HEART LESS PEOPLE WHP DESTROY LIFE'S. THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!! When does it end..enough is enough! if a child is truly in harm I understand but when they are not it is flat out CRUEL. these people should be behind bars for the lives they destroy (it is murder they commit without the actual action! -

Dyfs took my children due to a FALSE possitive drug test they never offered to have me retest just took them as fast as they could.. My daughter is three and my son is a newborn. I have to visit with my children two hours once a week while my daughter is begging to come home. Now if my children were in real danger dont you think my three year old would be speaking up instead of crying when i get ready to leave ? How can you take kids away from their loving family in such a crucial state? My newborn is only one month old dont you think he needs his PARENTS? Actually yes he does i am his mother. My three year old had no earings in when they took her away and i go to a visit and she all of a sudden has earings in? Let me just say the state may have TEMPORARY custody of them but to be making LEGAL GUARDIAN decisions is just out of control and ridiculous. Nobody knows that little girl better than her MOTHER she has never been seperated from me a day in her life. Shes never been to a daycare just stays home with me and my mother and learns from us !!! No i dont think the resource home is doing anything bad to them she is with other kids so shes enjoying her time there but with that being said NJ DYFS tells me she doesnt show any attention to her baby brother ... Well when i had them both here she always asked to hold his bottle and yelled at me when i would take him out of the swing... Seems to me like DYFS is interfering not only with my family but her bond with her baby brother ! When i had my son he didnt have thrush yes i know it is common on babys but the case of thresh he has i almost had a heart attck. It covers not only his tongue but the cheeks of his mouth. In reality these people think theyre protecting children but theyre really HURTING them !!! DYFS IN NJ NEEDS TO BE STOPPED !!!!REPORT COMMENTS

The actions of this orginization are out of hand they have no one over seeing them so they do what they want. They make things up to have open cases and when there is no abuse or neglect they should close a case but instead they ruin families to have a jobREPORT COMMENTS

Nj dyfs thinks that all parents are dumb to the fact of their legal rights as a parent! They lie, manipulate, cheat, and more importantly do not care for the well being of anyone's children. They lie to buy their selves more time, they threaten the children if they don't want to talk! And most importantly all they are concerned with is the amount of children they have to meet every month! They abuse the system to rip apart healthy families! Families that do everything in their power to provide for their young ones! They need a serious check within their paperwork! So that rightful justice may be placed! Division pressed charges on my father after I lost custody to my children when there biological father died. After 3 years my fathers case was dismissed during jury selection because of dyfs lack of evidence. For 3 years my babies have been stuck in foster care when there was family with an optimal financial situation and no criminal or abusive backgrounds. All because a case worker had something against my family. They stalled my case and took my children away from anyone in my family trying to take them into there homes and care for them as the solution would be resolved. It is 2016 and I am now trying to take step for a family member can take custody of my lost children. If they don't cooperate in assisting in" reunification":As they have stated once before during court proceeding that "reunification is not the goal of the division" . I wish I could say things will change but I hesitate after all the Division had put my family and most importantly 4 beautiful children under the ages of 10. Look into DYFS cases please! Check to see that they are following a parents and families constitutional rights!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

They never proved any of the allegation they brung againgst me and my husband(first time dealing with kids). But while they stalled the did find weed in his system and that have them all the excuse in the world. Thank God and my lawyer I retained we were able to get her back with in 8 months.REPORT COMMENTS

Seven years ago at 21 while I lived in Trenton, I was involved with a abusive man. I gave birth to three children and due to no family support, fear, and no financial support I stayed with him. One day I ended up in the hospital and a dyfs worker came to talk with me and asked if he ever hit the kids. I told her No because he hadn't and she said she would have to investigate. Later that night, she and two cops came and took my babies and I was ordered to leave home, do all types of evaluation, programs, etc. I did them for 6 months only to have dyfs say that my kids were better off getting adopted because I was not financially stable. They took me to trial made up all types of lies, and got the judge to adopt my children off😑😞. I left nj and moved to Pennsylvania and now I just got, six years later, a letter from child support saying I owe the adoptive family almost 10,000 dollars!!!! I tried calling the child support place but they say that I need a pin but I never got one nor knew that I could owe money for kids that were taken and adopted.REPORT COMMENTS

dyfs placed my first two daughters with my parents and had my parents adopted them!! Ihad a son yrs later and they ended taking him as well and refused to put him in the home with his sisters and grandparents even went to my parents house and threatened them. The home my son is in I believe is somehow friends or relatives of someone from dyfs because i had two foster family in my family he could've gone!!They lied tons in court both dyfs and foster family judge acknowledged it but still terminated my rights and agreed with dyfs!REPORT COMMENTS

I have a family member who is the head of child protection services in another state and they keep kids with family and provide services if needed it's the opposite in nj, and it is just wrong. 15,000$ for a lawyer when my kids were first nm born and thank god I had a good judge and she didn't believe their word she wanted reports and proof and they didn't have it.
