DCP&P in NJ WILL be held accountable. I've been just sitting back and gathering evidence against them for over 1 1/2 years, with help from several other DCPP employees, two judges, our elected officials, DCPP Doc's and Therapists who don't like the lack of integrity of their fellow employees, I've traveled through NJ, Trenton, and to D.C. for assistance, counsel and planning. Our business happens to be the largest voting assembly, top 13 in the nation every year, and top 5% in the world. We will champion the cause against DCPP for every family who doesn't have the money, connections, media, or political influence on their side to fight them. From the first day they came knocking on my door (on the 1st of MANY false and vindictive lies from a disgruntled, former person in my wife's life, who our entire family has a restraining order against), I recorded every conversation with every worker at my home, in their office, over the phone, and I even recorded their voicemails and those I left them for my attorneys to begin preparing to blow the doors wide open on DCPP in NJ. They had me rearrange my schedule (which affects so many others in my profession) and then never showed up (5 times with me both at home and their office) they lie through their teeth, they lie about each other and assign blame to their fellow employees, they misrepresent the law and misrepresent facts, they bully and threaten via duress & coercion, they abuse our children physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically causing them to need therapy from the trauma DCPP and CPS causes them, they make false and slanderous accusations against us to each other the moment they walk in the door to pretend to assert dominance, they knowingly and willfully violate Restraining Orders by serving as third parties in harassment because vindictive ex's continually call in phony "tips" (for which we are subpoenaing their records). They refuse to answer phone calls or communications from us and our lawyers. They lie directly to the incompetent Gloucester County judges such as Colleen Maer, who are foolish, dishonorable and unprofessional enough to take a DCPP workers ignorant opinion on a situation (i.e. - when they kept standing me up, refusing to return calls and didn't meet with me and my attorneys, and I even went into the office and waited another 3 hours for Chevelle Williams (who was there, but refused to come to the window or lobby despite continual pages), yet then they emailed the court and said I was "non-compliant". I have them attempting to lead and bait innocent people by encouraging the use of drugs as long as it's not in the presence of children, encouraging the drinking of "as much alcohol as you want" because it's legal, and far too much else to mention here. All of this is a blessing, as we will file every count against them in Superior Court demanding a Grand Jury of our peers. Continuing last letter, cut off. NJ Child Protective Services, DYFS, family services is the single worst imaginable service possible, they do not protect children, make sick by failing to work on really bad and sick criminal women, then have police come by and say can't press charges on woman because family services is involved (real police say this is so backwards can't believe could be said, attempted child homicide is police matter and family services irrelevant), then Englewood police act crazy and get wrong trying to take my child away (they all would have been arrested if I didn't stop otherwise). I repeat, New Jersey child services and in some areas such as Englewood, NJ, are the single worst and dangerous police in the world, and together should never be allowed to even be in anyone's house let alone near children, they will endanger them. Anyone facing new jersey child services when they act illegally must call state police or other to stop them (top attorney had given me numbers when police ran wife and child off road), I would never let in house and call higher police in County or State if they're ever near. Englewood police have falsified reports in past and several times threatened me from making a police report and told me I couldn't say I had tried when they cover multiple cases of severe child abuse. Good attorneys are hard to find, none in Bergen County, see many complaints will not handle, need to find good attorney or prosecutor to stop these services or else children will only continue to be made more sick. This is also after complaining about bad police and family services at County court and when Englewood police were told they were being watched and to stop mis-conduct, they only get worse and try to take children, they are monsters and do not be fooled, these are really bad people who want to see children tortured and even killed while threatening good parents and people to make it happen. I'll be writing a more comprehensive report on the criminal complaints forthcoming against both CPS and local police, the worst people I've ever seen and by far most dangerous to children. We do have a right to protect our families and children especially in o8ur own houses and when child protective services people and even bad local police act in an unprofessional way and endanger our children, police and family services people have no rights to harm our children, we have responsibility to protect our children from them, including calling superior police in state or otherwise and stopping them. Can anyone in the state or federal government help investigate the criminal misconduct, torture of children and attempted child homicide or children and obstruction of justice by corrupt and brutal police in New Jersey and DYFS/family services in New Jersey? Worst family services in the world. at first tried to help with wife, who is a viscous russian criminal type with serious problems. Schools reported her, psychologists said needed medical treatment and psychiatrist to give drugs to help/stop. Tortures children, makes sick. Englewood police are the worst in the world, worked with her. Long history of them working with bad criminal women, this one is the worst. Bergen County family services so bad looked into several incidents where she tried to kill children and continue making sick, they were not only worthless they closed cases and when called again, Englewood police said could not bring up because family services had closed the case. Englewood police are not just incompetant, since child services case has nothing to do with police matters such as attempted child homicide. Englewood police do not handle correctly, since they should charge, as any other police department. Further, when family services came by they said needed someone to be with children in house or would take my sick daughter, made that way by the ill russian criminal women in house. When told child is sick and taking away would jeaparize her more than family services had already, made no difference. So had bad police who would not take woman because said child services had closed case although that is wrong, a police matter. Then police officer started acting beserk saying I didn't understand and that child services said would not take child away if didn't find neighbor to stay around. Police are not only incompetant for failing to handle a real charge (this is a serious matter), they then couldn't understand what child services said and repeated that wrong. I found neighbor and would have had police and family services arrested by new jersey police otherwise, should have anyway. dyfs was called on me and my girlfriend (now ex) falsely accusing us of outlandish accusations all of which were unfounded but they continued to harass and demand things from us. This is now 2 years later and i am having to go to trial to even keep my parental rights to my child. Also when i met my ex she had an 8 month old child who i raised as my own until this day she is now 8 years old. She walked for the first time to me, she said her first words infront of me, she calls me daddy etc. dyfs does not let me see her AT ALL. i have seen her maybe a total of 5 times since this 2 year case has started. They have done so much more damage then good its not even an argument.REPORT COMMENTS

I was taken from my mothers home due to her drinking problem And moved around to 23 different group homes & facilities all across NJ when I had perfect loving friends & family members interested in adopting me. I eventually aged out of the system and recently had a baby of my own with my girlfriend & after a positive drug test for VERY LITTLE AMOUNTS OF THC in her system by the hospital (She accidentally ate her friends brothers weed brownie during pregnancy cravings.). the so called "allegations" ensued...one thing lead to another & they opened my old case file from my juvenile days & TOOK HER AWAY...SHE IS NOW A WARD OF THE COURT AT 2 MONTHS OLD. JUST LIKE I WAS. THEY THEN GAVE TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP TO MY GIRLFRIENDS MOTHER ( SHE IS DIAGNOSED WITH SEVERE BI POLAR DISORDER & HEAVILY MEDICATED...THEY THEN ORDERED US OUT OF HER MOTHERS HOME. I truly believe that this organization is using children as a backdoor into people's privacy, exploiting their purpose of providing good homes for children by making certain parents worse than they really are, and are ultimately disgusting for any cases like my own (my girlfriend has a history of substance abuse from her prior two children, and because of this, I was grouped together with her.) If you have any gall as a politician with a desire to defend the Constitution that you are supposed to, do not just reform this organization, please expose them for the evil, the family detriment, and the lies that they represent. The "Division" really does do just what they are named for; they divide families. I have been dealing with dyfs for about 3 years now Due to I smoke marijuana and since my kids been out of my care I been smoking more than usual I had quit one year and it was court mandatory for dyfs to help me find a place to reunite me and my children I didn't get no help I have done all except a IOP program that was required for me to do and now they excuse is because I took a psychological evaluation and failed for depression but I wouldn't be depressed if dyfs would help me get my children back i have 5 little ones 4 boys and 1 girl and they wanna take them from me and knowing I can't have anymore children they wanna terminate my rights and I reach out for help to them and I thought they was going to help but they screwed me over and came and took my babies from me but I'm asking for someone to please help me cause I'm a good proud loving mother who just wants to be United with her children they miss me and I miss them too never have I abused nor neglected them just had a bad relationship with they father and we no longer talk he don't see them at all so I'm all they gotREPORT COMMENTS

I'm too embarrassed , hurt and torn apart to even share my story, but I pray that God will not allow any other family to face the torture that had to face. I have been emotionally scared for life as I still continue to have issues with DCPS a year and a half later!!!! Somebody anybody please help. They lie and say they are there to help and all they did was lie to me and give me false hopes and made me feel like the scum of the earth, when actually I am an excellent mother who would die for my kids. Instead, apart of me died everyday for about a year and still gives me anxiety just thinking about it!!! It's the worst feeling in the world. They took our kids out of our house over an accusation for 7 months they were not in our life's husband arrested for 72 days. Relased no evidence and the case was dismissed to noise ordinance ? Wtf. The mental abuse they put me though. They mocked me and told me to admit I wad an addict. How can someone call and say that a family is doing something wrong and they come in and just rip your life apart. Judge said I had a lawsuit. But I didn't want the trouble.
