I know from my own experiences with, DCF, they were crooked 20 yrs ago, and know it is just getting worse! 1 child getting lost....unfortunately obviously not enough and that is 1 to many! the writer of this petiton lives in this house with her older son who's 21. shes sweet and kind. Terrified of her ex and has been abused by the plymouth court, the government of massachusetts, her ex ....who only got away with it because the DCF agent liked him...very very much. He admitted in court she did nothing wrong...just sent him to many emails.....and the judge did nothing but did call his attorney by her first name. tell me her rights were not violated right then and there.....judicial abuse..iin plymouth....AGAIN......we already had one judge disbarred there for that. sick sick county plymouth...DCF needs to be dismantled and rebuilt and not just with smart phones...which is beyond stupid. Dcf outright stole my four children for their own profit. They were taken from me and put into an abusive foster home. They went from happy children to scared shells of their former selves. They were then sold to the highest paying so called adoptive parents, who never did adopt them. Its a shame to ruin kids lives like this. They don\'t protect the children if anything they are hurting them. I know one specific case where the mother (ME) is doing everything in her power to do for her handicap daughter. Had transportation issues in the past to see her. But did everything else she could for her daughter at the time. Now has transportation, visits on a regular basis, DOES for her daughter. Who loves her daughter with all her being!!! And then you got DCF trying to push adoption! First off DCF cant, they dont have custody, secondly the mother does and shes doing everything she should be doing for her daughter. DCFs goal: adoption and terminating parental rights. How do you DCF think youre going to do that?!? You may think you have the "authority" but you dont! This mother is DOING for her child LOVES her child and the GOAL is for her daughter to come home! Voluntary placement is all you got! What because DCF is paying for this childs placement they have the right to traumatize the family who loves this little girl and the girl herself because DCF obviously doesnt want the "bill" and thats what it comes down too. MY family has been traumatized enough by my daughter being sick and ended up going into cardiac arrest at 8 years old! Leaving her handicap. Her now being 14.... dcf doesnt realize that when something so traumatic happens its not something you cant just get over. She was my first born, my little best friend and because of a hospitals mess up shes left handicap! Give credit when its due!! I wake up every day without my daughter here, trying to figure out how can i get a home thats accessible for her, how this, what can I do?!? I need my baby!!!! I have three other boys who I care for, trying to stay strong for them an her too! Its not easy have a switch flipped in your life and everything is different. But Dont you dare DCF try to sit there and tell ME Im not a good mother! how DARE you! Your "Goal" isnt happening and I'll fight you (dcf) all the way!!!! Get out of here with your nonsense! I am a Certified Nurses Assistant, I care for my 70 year old deaf/mute auntie, I care for my three boys at home, I visit with my daughter weekly. My daughter knows who I am! She may not be able to talk, walk or eat in her own. But she knows I am her mama and I love her! I love her with all my being. My kids are my blood that keeps my heart beating! We have been through enough and DCF will not take my baby away from me! DCF got my fiance kicked out of our own house because he was reported to DCF by his ex, saying that he does heroin. He needed to submit a drug test and pass it before coming home. He did just that and passed with flying colors. They will not allow him to come into the house still and he is not allowed to have any contact with myself or with his children. This has been this way for over a week now. They keep giving us the run around and give us both completely different stories on why he is not allowed to come back home. Now they won't even return our phone calls. Funny, how a man who passed a drug test with no issue can't see his kids at all and lost all custody rights, yet his ex can fail two tests for abusing opiates and heroin, keep her child and now they are helping her win full custody!!!! They discriminate against men and inappropriately place children and destroy families. Something needs to be done about this agency.REPORT COMMENTS

My children we all taken away from me and are being kept from me like I am a violent criminal because something happened while I WASN'T HOME and I am not sure what exactly happened (because I was not home to know) except that my child got hurt and I rushed him to the hospital the second I got home! I have completed my ENTIRE service plan in the month I had it and my children have been placed seperately in foster homes for 4 months now! I get one hour twice a month with 5 children! My children beg to go home and do not understand why I cannot take them with me... My children are a million times worse off now then they ever were because I HAVE NEVER HURT THEM!! I don't even believe in spankings! DCF doesn't deserve all the power they get when they do nothing except damage our children more then ever!! Dcf thinks bringing sperm donors into children's lives who have NEVER even met them is acceptable as well, and they keep setting my children up to be blown off because they think the bad things I have said about the donors isn't accurate! I pray and pray daily that my family is back together really soon before my kids are damaged any worse by those dcf people!REPORT COMMENTS

My child was taken from my custody because I was arrested and I understand she needed to be placed into a home. i thank GOD she is with my grandmother, however, I have done every thing humanly possible to get help for my self and I cannot even call my child's teacher to see her progess in school. I can only see her once a week for one hour at the DCF office, which has a 4 foot by 4 foot room. My child who has ADHD, cannot stand that room. She cries to come home all the time. They even let her father have a visit with her and he hasnt been in her life for 3 years and no child support! But my mother, my father, and brother have yet to be cleared because the department is not working on the paperwork and they are taking their time while my daughter is suffering. IN HER BEST INTEREST, I would love to see some new rules and regulations for the department of DCF in Leominster, MA. Children are being removed for way too long, and family members not being able to even talk to them who were not even involved in the incident. This is too much for our future leaders. How is this beneficial to all children, when all families have different circumstances? We need new laws to protect the un-necessary removal of children who are not in danger and never were. DCF has failed to keep my child's best interest in mind and I happen to have a child with a few disabilities. She is suffering more now than ever, and I am not the cause this time. Every parent can improve themselves, but we need to work on unification of the family much faster in the cases such as my own. Different cases have different circumstances, and there should be a law of protection for the cases which are not that serious. These children are our future. they do not need to be emotionally and psychologically hurt any further because of the lack of department participants working toward unification. Every second that passes by is hurting a child without their familiar family and familiar living situation. DCF just looks at the papers, and they need to start looking at the children and how hard some parents DO work to get help. PLEASE reform DCF in Leominster, MA. God Bless you. May you never have to experience what my family is going through. May your children never suffer as mine is right at this moment, and without any comfort. Being a mother saved my life. she's talking about my 4 year old little brother. some DCF agent spent WAy too much time with his father and never did a home visit. accused her of drugs. she took 53 tests she paid for they never tested her themselves. they wouldnt let the sessions be recorded. they lied.
