My three sons are in a pre-adoptive placement. The were denied to me even though i have done the entire service plan and then some on top for their liking. Still, the stand firm against 4 lawyers I had supporting me, yes Four, and say that there is no way that they will return my children. I have been the sole provider and caretaker having full physical and legal custody. and now all of a sudden i am a bad father for hearsay and false accusations? nothing with any proof to the point that DCF changed a 51A summary to support themselves against what was written in a police report. Someone close to me fled an abusive relationship and tried to go to a domestic abuse shelter; DCF took her child from her for being homeless and exposing her child to domestic violence. Sad to say she felt she was better off staying in the abusive relationship. There needs to be a change. I work in the legal system and I honestly never see justice.REPORT COMMENTS

DCF wrongfully accuses parents for neglect or child abuse, more often than not without any circumstantial evidence to prove without a doubt that a such things happened! Without proving it DCF will come to a home in the middle of the night like a thief and take your child while they sleep. Simply because of an allegation or a sumption you may not never see your child for years. I endured what no father should ever have to know? My little girl was taken from me on Christmas Eve when she was 3 weeks old! With no evidence or proof for any child neglect of domestic violence ever took place, my daughter remains in the custody of DCs in the hands of the state at 11 months old, I have not had a day alone to bond with my daughter since she was born. I will never be compensated for what I have lost is priceless your daughter's first steps and weren't around, to miss her birthday when her eyes light up for the first time. Since I've lost my little girl for time being I will not give up the good fight to bring her home. I'm a working parent who has the means to raise a child with a home and love. DCF smiles smugly ignoring all authority in repercussions to law, they have had freedom of rain to separate my family for one year, it is not justifiable. Department of DC I had placed a provision which did not allow me to see my family or to be by my spouse or visit my child, I was homeless because I could go home! Homless during winter, I have slept in shelters I've lost all that was ever .dear to me. I am belittled by the department to DCFS my name shake is modern.REPORT COMMENTS

My children were always happy, never cold or hungry. Now they live with a person whom is illegally collecting workman's comp as well as a check from they state for my children that I miss everyday and would do anything to have. More children died in foster care than with there biological family. This corruption needs to stopm Our children matter and the government's treating them like nothing they're just money objects to the government sadly.. They alienate the child from the family .the children get abused in foster care and then they think people that are blood are not suitable to these children. I am and have been a Victim of the Massachusetts Department of children and Families. They've taken my Grandchildren and have dragged their assess when it comes to holding themselves responsible for not meeting deadlines. The Judges (Brown-Bryant ) seems to be a part of the charade being played out in the courtroom. She has continued to only hear the DCF Attorney side and have continue the case every single time . the Department claims to do what's in the best intrest of the child, but fail to acknowledge the damages the children faces, when taken out of their homes and placed with strangers. I'm suing my judge for just ignoring all evidence and giving my child to an abusive man. and dcf...this one ALSO not having a license. Check people these agents dont have licenses. and these state reps..They dont care about these kids or that they are missing....204 as of last week. So yes they can be sued. You want to save your child...individually sue and sue DCF as a whole then if your state reps ignore you. like Lynch has for a year and Warren just doesnt care at all...sue them too. all of us.......If my child dies because that agent lied....i'll make sure the world knows warren knew..lynch knew....DCF ignored it.....accountability should start with them and warren can kiss her political dreams goodbye...thousands of parents like us watching her do nothing. My 11 year old son made allegations that he was afraid of me because I went to his principal for not doing his homework!! I was told by DCF to PICK up my son from school ALL by myself which is 1/2 hour away so that they could take him??? they took him to a program who gave him a drug overdose for an entire week and was rushed to the emergency room!! did not put him in school for entire month!! then placed in the 6th after he was taken out of 4th grade, realized that he didn't belong in the 6th grade, put him in the 5th grade, then changed programs and sent him to an entire different school!! being restrained almost everyday which left scratch marks and bruises on his body!! he has admitted that he lied! and now dcf has deaf ears!!! my son has been overdosed, scratched, bruised all in dcf custody, but NEVER in my custody?? DCF has RUINED my son in only 4 months!!! I NEED TO GET HIM BACK!!REPORT COMMENTS

My significent other and I recently have had some verbal arguments.around 10 pm near 2 weeks ago she had called the police to have me leave.Well upon there arrival .She had a warrant from last year for a court date for not stopping at a stop sign.She was arrested while being arrested she had said I wanted to hurt myself so the police called dcf worcester to come to our home located in a upscale nieghborhood.Againts my wishes the police 12 me and sent me to hospital for evalution againts emts recommendation s .DCF worcester removed 3 yr old boy 8 10 yr old daughter's .Im a 45 yr old father with no history of hurting or endangering our children .I have also a 15 yr old daughter who is with my ex .which no negative history has ever been a issue with any state organization.Its been 2 terrible weeks my sig other and I have had our lives turned upside down by dcf .all three have been placed seperately STOP this madness brin/g our children home now we cant take it anymore.This is insane .I relize that dcf in Massachusetts have a job to do,just stop ruining good families our kids are getting scarred by the state far worse then we ever could dream of doing.Stop the madness now Give them back.REPORT COMMENTS
