My granddaughter was injured by her father, while my daughter was at work. From the day DCF snatched her, they have refused to cooperate with my family. They would not explore kinship placement with anyone. They failed to provide my daughter with the services on her service plan. Now they want to terminate my daughter's parental rights saying she has ADHD which according to them, excludes her from parenting. I have tried unsuccessfully to have her placed with me, despite having no criminal record, no record with DCF, having a good job and owning my own home. DCF has been a nightmare. All they want to do is adopt out my grandchild to meet their yearly adoption quota and get their hands on the Title lV-E money that they can get for her. False accusations, deliberate unethical practices, lies purposely facilitated, for profit. My family was tormented by the Lawrence, Boston Massachusetts DCF. They were abusive, rude, & mean to my great niece & nephew, to everyone in our family, they have zero compassion or intent on doing the right thing. Boston and Lawrence DCF has fabricated reports and perjured themselves in court just to persue their own biased agenda. I had a licensed third party therapist sit in on my visits and his recount of the visit is entirely different than what the Lawrence DCF worker said. Also the dcf therapist had only a written interview with no video or audio that is a complete contradiction to what the state attorney's video interviews show my daughter to be saying. The judge ignored all of the blatantly obvious lying and still sided with the dcf workers and removed my parental rights. My case is currently under appeal but this situation has been ongoing since October 26, 2012. I have been so abused by the employees of the State of Massachusetts that I have been now diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Do something to regulate these out of control workers that don't look for evidence or truth and just take sides based on hearsay.REPORT COMMENTS

Why isn't dcfs charged with kidnapping? They dont have proof to take children away from homes. They should be treated like criminals because thats what they are. They are no better than people who kidnap children. Just because they work for the govt. does not make their judgement any better and right especially when they just go off allegations and no evidence to back it up. Children should not be removed from their happy home without evidence and sheer proof. All they are doing is destroying the family and placing them with the bad parent/foster home which dcfs does not do background checks on. They are one sided and does not listen to other side and goes on the initial allegations without proof because they are too lazy to do their job and find evidence. If this keeps up, it makes it so much easier for the actual bad parent to obtain the child(ren) without proof and only allegations. So it makes me think that anyone can do it that easy. How is that right? What happen to "innocent til proven guilty" for the good parent. They are automatically deemed a bad parent just because dcfs says so without given a chance to tell their side of the story. This system is so corrupted and I cant believe the govt. is allowing this. So wrong in so many ways. Something needs to be done. Please do something and bring justice for all that lost their children due to this and bring them back home. Thank you.REPORT COMMENTS

My story is from 25 years ago. Basically my allegations were unfounded in court, yet DCFS kept changing the allegations to suit them. I fought till the told me that I either sign my rights away or they would terminate mine and I'd never be able to see my son again. I tried to get my file after my son found me and they told me beginning of aug I could have it beens my rights weren't terminated but then they send me a letter saying because my rights were always in tact than I coding have the file. I suspect some wrong doing here because I remember signing that paper. They are now ignoring my phone calls for an explanation. Please stop the corruptionREPORT COMMENTS

Dcf needs to be abolished! They only hurt the kids they remove from parents. They do it for the money...they aren't interested in helping kids who need help they only care about how much money they're going to get. My 4 kids were ripped out of their home, screaming, crying and confused. They were then put into a series of abusive foster homes. I never abused them. I took good care of them . I was not a perfect parent but who is? They (dcf) are notorious for creating mountains out of molehills. And that's what they did in my situation. They saw my 4 kids as $$$$$$ . Nothing more. I use to be a resident of Fitchburg Massachusetts not to long ago. I believe this system really sucks! I had a case with dcf and did everything I was suppose to do. Yes I got my kids back but they stayed involved for no reason! I took care of my kids and only lost them because of something my ex husband did! I think they only left my case open because of a paycheck.The more cases open the more money for them to bring in. Here I was a mother who did everything for my kids and proved to dcf in more ways then once that I was a good mother and they left my case open and did monthly visits. Where here they had a mother who potentially killed her son and neglected to see her through each month. A mother who was obviously disturbed and they did nothing but harass the ones that are actually good! Something needs to be done! I say fire them all review all cases and hire new employees and start fresh!REPORT COMMENTS
