Hi my name is Leonardo median my daughter Sarah median was taken from me and my wife due to somebody making false allegations that we are doing drugs they had no right doing that when they searched my house and found nothing I provided them with drug test records that I have been receiving from my primary doctor for the past 2 years and none of them had drugs in them all just what I was being prescribed I also offered them a drug test to prove to them I have nothing to hide they have not yet giving me one there was no clear reason why they took her from us we are loving parents who provide everything for our daughter and the thing that's hurting me is that they out her with someone that has not. Been doing home work with her I had a visit yesterday with her and I read in her journal from the foster parent to the teacher in s holo stating that she had planned a vacation awhile and that she's finally going to her vacation soon and that and that she hopes that my daughter Sarah transitions good with someone else when she leaves for her vacation this is crazy if she new she was going on a vacation why did she take my daughter so she can get money for her. vacation it's no right that's mental and emotional abuse my daughter being tossed around my mother is trying to get temporary custody they won't let her because 20 years ago she. Was in a abusive relationship with my dad which they are no longer together or married my daughter loves my mom and my mom is the best grandmother a kid could have she a person who's into church and never had problems with the law I need help please to get my daughter back home where she belongs or at least to her grandmother please I need someone to hear me and help thank you so muchJun 8th, 2015Someone from Somerville, MA signed.

DCF in Pittsfield took my granddaughter from her mom (my daughter) last September after 3times my daughter reported that the child's father was molesting her. The molester didn't live with them and never had. There are at least a dozen 51a reports against the father but DCF ignores them. After the last incident we took the child to the ER and the Doctor's detailed report states clearly that she had been molested. Upon DCF's instructions my daughter took the child for an exam with a SANE nurse who also confirmed the molestation. Then DCF, from their almighty tower, said the mother put the child up to saying this and placed her with her father - the molester. They have repeatedly said they don't want the case yet they continue to destroy this child's life and the mother gets 1 hour -supervised per week and the child's sick, perverted father gets her the rest of the time so he can freely continue to molest her with DCF's blessings!!!! They even stopped the child's therapy because "she just keeps saying the same thing"!!!! I (the grandmother am only alowed to see her for 1 hour once a month, which usually turns into once every 6 -7 weeks. RvOh, did I mention that the child was 3 years old when this started and she told in graphic detail what the pervert did to her and that it hurt? Someone needs to put an end to DCF destroying the children they are supposed to be protecting and truly help these children!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I lost my 2 girls to DCF Lowell in 2012 ,,because I was in a domestic violence relationship..I got away from my abuser and moved out of state..DCF had supervised visits with me every week..I went every week until I lost my income.they would not help me get the case transfers to the state I moved to because the paper work would take to long...so there for I could not make a weekly visit to see them.I lost custody of my girls because they say I was not consistent in there lives..3 yes I fought for them..they wanted me to move back to wear I had support so I did..my girls told them over and over they wanted to be with me..I changed my whole life for the better..wasn't good enough to them..I have a 4 yr old son from my abuser, I've had him since..no problems..they knew this.but still desired to take them. I was there was some way to get them back...I have 5 children and have 3 of them with me..my girls still sit in foster care and a group home to this day..lawyers tell me they most likely will never be placed..so tell me how that's right...REPORT COMMENTS

my 17 yo daughter who's been dx with depression And bipolar lied to DCF and they just stacked Lies upon lies to build a case to take custody Of my daughter I'm a widow already raised A 44 yo who is successful in the judicial System in another state . My 17 has Been Using pot and acting out of control , finally She beat me in the back and I'm over 60 And was a full time care giver to her bio For 9 yrs after he suffered a major CVA Stroke, my daughter was placed in a school Based (behavior intervention program) BIP AT MY REQUEST and the school social workers Used my daughters lies to report me to DCF and they just took her. She beat me on The spine and I have 3 medical condition On my spine I'm over 60. Love my child And after she beat me she ran away and Never came back for good. My concern is DCF did not do a thorough Investigation on my child's mental health Status or they would of known she was dx With bipolar disorder and depression and Psychitzophrania . And has delusions And is also manipulative when it benefits Her agenda. Putting her in DCF custody is No going to help treat her mental illness So they're not helping address the authentic Issues and not her agenda. They are ruining My life as a widow trying to raise a child in A dangerous world, often times the perpetrators Come with state issues certificates and Fresh out of college no parenting skills or Experience and yet they use a fascist check List to steal children for DCF revenue . If DCF is not monitored by an outside Non biast organization DCF had absolute Control which begets absolute corruption !REPORT COMMENTS

Dcf likes to say that what they do is for the best interest of the children. Well that's crap! And the evidence is everywhere! Someone needs to stop Dcf!!! And please help all these babies, children and there parents live their lives together??? What happened to constitutional rights? Families are being ruined, children that get taken into foster homes end up hardly knowing there parents or families! Look into the success rate of these children that don't have there parents because Dcf stole them. And Dcf is trying their hardest to set these parents up to fail with the ridicules things they want parents to do, then you do these things anyway because they tell you as long as you do everything they ask and jump thorough all there hoops, they will give your children back. In my experience this is not true I went above and beyond what they asked, I was also told they were very impressed at how well and how fast I got this all done! So even though I did what they all very well, they gave me a new list or as they call it "a service plane" this new list will take at least 3 or 4 months to finish. January 22, 2015 they took temporary custody of my newborn daughter. From day one I asked and begged please tell me what it is that they wanted me to do, I was willing to do anything at all to just have my baby! They gave no answers they had no intentions of giving my daughter to me, even though they had no real reason for taking her in the first place. I took it upon myself to do things I thought might show them and prove to them they shouldn't have taken her, and I am more than capable of taking care of her, and with her best interest at hand my daughter belonged with me, her mother. I did that but to them it counted for nothing. It took them over 2 months to finally answer my question, what is it that you want me to do, what is expected of me? I finally get it done and got it done well. Dcf told me as long as I did what they say they would give her to me. I was also told I would have my daughter by the beginning of May. Now they gave me a new list or service plane that can take up to 4 months to finish, and now there saying they never told me I'd have her by the beginning of May, as if I was lying. And now I'm being told the soonest I might have her is Maybe July? None of this is right none of this is fair! Dcf is corrupt!!! And it's as if they have a free pass to break the law and do whatever they want. There has to be something, someone out there that can stop Dcf and there insanity? Please help us? Dcf has been harassing me for several years never finding anything. I am an easy target I am a single mother of twin autistic boys and a two yr old. In dcf eyes i neglect my kids because i dont hover over them and ive let them play in thier room or watch tv while i made dinner. I am sick of hiring lawyers wasting money could be used for my kids and they destroy more lives then they help its a fact 6.5 percent of kids in dcf custody are killed where only 1.2 in biological parents. Dcf needs to be gone or done over with trained people who have kids and actually know what abuse and neglect really is their idea of the abuse and neglect is a scratch on your child from playing outside or going to the bathroom while your children are in the living room watching TV they're sick disturbed individuals and they are vultures they only care about making a quota they do not care about the children the government needs to realize thisREPORT COMMENTS
