I am a step father to 3 kids who have a wondferful mother who does everything for them. The court system and DCF feel she needs help when all she is doing is keeping her children safe from a monster of a father who doesn;t even pay child support and hardly even spends the time with the. His girlfriend then verbally abuses the children on their visits. It's a nightmare, yet no matter what DCF, worcester court keep giving the father weekend rights. Even if you follow the rules, report them breaking the rules DCF plays it like it isn't that big of a deal. -

Between dcf and the probate courts NO CHILD is safe in Massachusetts. Why does everyone preach it's about the best interest of the children when nobody listens or cares. This guy is a very spiteful man with a God complex. He doesn't care if dcf broke the law . He told her to contact special investigations. I asked her what number. She said same one. He's full of it. So Charlie Baker when you going to do what you promised? Fix this. Many kids taken from good parents for profit and don't pretend you don't know that..start with these cases..right here..fix these family and get rid of those agents and hold them legally responsible...that's the biggest part..speak to these parents and Rehaul that OMBUTSMANS office because they lie constantly.this guy...Barboza...did more damage than the workers. He didn't have to leave his cushy office ..protest protest protest...protest we will. spears ignored our pleas for help. Useless. So you all support curruption in family courts and dcf? That would not be a question actually. It's factual. Warren....vote them out. They let families be ruined ..time for all of us to stand up. We want justice. We want dcf held accountable for what they did to each of these families. and we will not be quiet until it's on the damned news as being investigated, our children.not yours. I just had my great grand daughter taken away. Last sunday I was taken out by ambulance with a perforated ulcer. I was is such bad shape I didn't think straight. It was an emergency, I could have died if I didn't get help right away. I had a neighbor with the baby then my daughter arrived from NH. Because I didn't call the 800 number, leave a message, wait for a call back then wait for someone to pick her up they say I put her in danger so they took her while I was in the hospital. I am so afraid for her my heart is broken. When I couldn't get my great grandson away from dcf years ago no one in the government would help me. they have everything on their side. the dcf lawyers handle over 100 cases, the workers should only have about eight cases but they have over twenty. So our children are in grave danger.REPORT COMMENTS

Schools, therapists, lawyers, judges, ss workers, all are currorpt. Time to start throwing real solutions to this problem not throw gas on a fire.. Oh yea goggle your locally new appointed child advocate center "" where the district attorney collects and documents evidence to prosecute CHILDREN. Yes criminally charge kids for they wrong doing.. DCF has ruined my family!!!!!!! For some reason my worker is out to get me!!! I have do everything they asked me to do and they keep coming up with these nonsense things i have to do again! I signed over guardianship to my daughter to a good friend of mine and my worker went to my friends house (out of her jurisdiction) and took my daughter!! They had NO warrants NO paperwork what so ever and no reasoning to take her! She was NOT in any danger and now e weeks later i am still fighting to get my daughter back with family!!! Luckily the foster mother who has my daughter is great! She calls to update me and lets me speak to my daughter, even tho she is only 15 months. She is supposed to be home already but they keep dragging it out doing whatever they can to hold her my worker keeps saying the coris take long to come in and the family resource is backed up and habe to wait to do a house check where my daughter will reside. It is one issue after another!!!! And half of these workers (like mine) DO NOT have children so how the hell do they know whats better for MY child?!?!? They are a joke especially the taunton workers!!!!!! Lindsey Fogle is the worst!!! And her supdrvisor Amy Parm (spelling??) is even worse than lindsey!!! They are a disgrace! And how do they know what is better for our children when they don't ask out children! Tbey believe lies from disgruntled people (usually vindictive parents who don't have custody of the child) and open a case based on lies and assumptions NOT facts!!!!! DCF is a disgrace and a joke, there are few who do want to help children but the rest don't care!!! I personally know a few DCF workers who quit because of how corrupt they seen DCF really is!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

This is the beginning of our nightmare when we first got on the radar of child services.we have dealt with them since my oldest Grand daughter was 3 ,they failed her she is 28 almost 29 now she has lost 2 children one is with her dad now and the other they won't let him have it has been 14 months now he is 4.they want to adopt him out. another son is trying to get them to help get his 2 little boys out of an abusive home, his exes boyfriend is a felon has 6 kids that have restraining orders on him and brags about how he nearly killed an man and had to serve a second time in prison for intent dcfs didn't do anything, guess they are waiting till he hurts one of them bad,they are going to do a home study at my sons tomorrow and my son got a lawyer that may help, money of course is a problem.My sons ex charged the counselor they were going to with sexual harrassment when she didn't like how he was catching her on lies and that she and her boyfriend admitted in the counselors office that her boyfriend has a anger problem,hope this guy can get his job back. She was never in his office alone and since she did favors for cops for drugs and such you would think she could have worked that to her favor if it was true. My great grandson wasn't diagnosed with autism yet,he didn't have a big volcabulary ,he immitated some of his favorite movies, like in finding nemo he did the whale talk that Dorey did , so they said he made animal noises. We were all getting over the flu when they came and i had some small dogs,we were all sick, there was a ice storm and the weather was aweful i didn't feel well enough to take the dogs out so i let them go in the basement. I just got back from court because my landlord wanted to let her ex move back into the house, we were in the process of packing but didn't find a place yet, brought proof that i made calls etc,and the mediater gave me more time, but that wasn't good enough ,so i was home maybe 30 min. and dss showed, i didn't let her in and she came back with a cop.they took the baby screaming and because he has autism he didn't understand what was going on he had a ear infection we were going to take him to his doctor when i got home,The case worker was going to put him in her car without a seatbelt. she was saying things about him being sick, so my grand daughter told he rshe couldn't take him without a car seat and that he needed to go to the dr. thdss worker called an ambulance the emt took him in his car seat that was brand new and strapped him into the ambulance the little 2 and 3/4 year old was screaming for his mom ,me and his dad, terrified and none of us could go with him.Oh forgot the house was clean except for some magazines the baby ripped up. So they went in the basement and took pics and when they went to court they said he didn't talk because he was aroung the dogs a lot and they presented the pics like that was where he spent most of his time, when in fact he had a large bedroom with new carpet,bed,furnREPORT COMMENTS

This whole system needs a severe overhaul or to be shut down completely, what is the recourse for people like me, innocent people who are harassed by DCF, and the worker lies in court and makes things up, and then DCF gets to come to your house and rip your child out of your arms, on a lie from a vindictibe dcf agent, and their are not only some bad dcf workers, their are more bad than good by far, ive watched this happen over and over to good families, happy kids, and families are ripped apart, on a strangers word or assumption. Its disgusting and i fear it will never change until it happens to someone with some importance, which it would never happen to, in my community it seems to be, mostly poor people, people who were in dcf as children themselves, or abused women scared for their lives. It is disgusting that these people answer to nobody when they commit perjury to take children, and there is no way to prove it for the parent and nobody is held accountable when a child is taken falsely. No agency should have such power to operate any way they want, threaten you and your children and get away with it everytime, with no oversight and nobody to reign them in. Any person or agency that has absolute power, power will corrupt absolutely. Somebody needs to be held accountable for all these families being ripped apart by lies nand deceit. Please do not take this petition lightly as the right as a parent is to be free from your children being illegaly seized from you. If this was happening to any one of you in congress it would be stopped and fixed immediately! So what about the millions of people that gave you all in congress your job and trust you to do it appropriately not just do your job to fufill some political intrests and to only do things that help you get reelected, im not sure how i could sleep at night knowing about what was happening in this system if i was part of congress and could do something about it! This issue is not new, you all know about it and have chose to ignore it for far too long. So if congress cant take this seriously than us as the people need to go to the state house every day and make our voices heard, every single day until something significant is done. This cannot be swept under the rug any longer... This is a matter of peoples lives and a matter of peoples children. We are tired of watching this happen endlessly to good people, for made up, crazy reasons.... I ask senators, congressional leaders, what if this was happening to you? What if it was your children they were taking? because they can lie and say whatever they want to get your kids and you cant prove otherwise?? Their are no laws to protect the accused that are innocent of any wrongdoing. A worker can say whatever they want and the court almost always believes it. That sounds more like guilty until proven innocent not innocent until proven guilty... What if it was you? I know it would not have been continuing to happen for this long if it was. I am close to a family where dad abused moms child, Dcf took child then Dcf took probate custody of son ( mom & dads child) due to mother having no home (lost due to d.v. relationship w/dad, dad had the house & all content including pets) mom started over & dcf wants to reuinify son with dad. Mom has no record dad has long record & drug abuse. Mom was told nothing she could do. Child has been a behaviorally outbursting child since beginning school mostly due to learned behaviors from dad. Mother has been great advocate had son in special school therapy homebase programs she even took behavior mod & other related classes as well as a parenting class for violent children. Let's get into the corruption by MA DCF and frankly other states with these agencies like it no mater what they call it. DCF has case overloads because they open cases for frivolous/ridiculous reasons. They open cases or take children armed with fake statements or falsified statements and paperwork. Things like dishes in a sink, toys on the floor of a child's bedroom are not reasons to investigate a family or open a case. These things do not harm children. If they can not find a problem they make one up, if you are getting ready to take out your trash (1 bag) when they arrive at your home they will return to the office and lie stating you have bags of trash all over your home. I had a friend who could not get custody of her nephew when DCF took him from her sister, the reason was because she was in foster care as a child. She is a great mom by the way. And obliviously should not have things she had happen to her as a child held against her. Another friend of mine was trying to get her kids back from DCF, after DCF had removed her 3 kids from a home (plus 2 others belonging to the abuser they were living with) this person had been cutting her kids with knives tying them up under the kitchen table, not sending them to school, feeding them ONLY sandwiches with just peanut-butter, and the man of the home was accused by her kids of molesting them. hard evidence was found to prove these things like blood under the table, the sandwiches and such. My friend wanted to talk to her kids, and DCF told her "well the caretaker had told your children you were deceased, we think it's just better for your kids to just continue thinking you are dead." My friend had been fighting for years to get her kids back for years from these abusers, who before she knew they were this way (they were family members of hers) left her children there under the arrangement that they be given back after she got out of the hospital and into another apartment. She decided on her own to get clean, nobody threatened the removal of her kids,she did not get in trouble with the law, she decided on her own to get better, resulting in her being punished for doing the right thing, and the subsequent punishment her kids endured because the right thing was not done by returning her kids to her when she straightened herself out. The woman that was giving her kids back despite the horrible things she did to my friends kids, free and clear no continued monitoring by DCF to make sure the other two kids did not become her new targets of abuse now that she no longer had my friends kids to abuse. While my friend had to fight to get visits, and custody with no records against her from DCF or police. A phone call coming from the DCF worker who screamed at my friend because she had contacted her attorney because her eldest daughter had been asking the case worker for the number for her advocate and was not being giving the phone number. To be able to do their jobs properly they need more hands, MORE supervision so that the paperwork they sign, WILL be the Truth when it makes it to a judge and not false paperwork allowed to filter through the system. My friend lost custody of his son so I went to court and asked for temporary custody and they left me voice message after doing my quary report said its all fine then the case got handed to new case worker because thst one was to stressed out new DCF worker said I couldn't have the child because somthing was on my report which I knew nothing was so I pulled my own report to send to DCF she calls me says oh sorry case closed you will have to reply for custody I never applied to begin with all it was was house check and quary report.... DCF is a hot mess they have no idea how there hurting these kids my friends son has been to 7 homes in less them 1 month... Now I guess he's settled at 1 now but DCF doesn't care about the children I have unprofessional voice mails from DCF showing how messed up they truly are I have no kids but have a 4 bedroom home.... I'm more them fit I just hope nothing happens to my friends so or I will go after them.... At this time just waiting on my friend to get his plan Done Hopfully to get his son back .... I have been involved with dcf for years as they received numerous lies about me and my child from 2 of my exes most of which were unsupported I lost custody of my son to his drug addict father years ago and just got him back 3 years ago years after they figured out he was the bad one now im having custody issues with my daughter (a different father) if he is indeed even the father and if he is it was due to RAPE hes had my daughter for an extended visit since oct 2014 & I get slapped with supervised visits all because of more lies that were both unsupported in the past when my other x lied and unsupported again this time its sickening how all these unsupported allegations keep ciming up and slapping me in the face while my children sit with the real abusers and suffer.REPORT COMMENTS
