Boston DCF lied to help a veteran government money scammer steal my great niece & nephew....they let the false accusor have the children...my nephew volentarily paid for * took a lie detector test to prove the accusation was false, & he passed it with "FLYING COLORS"...then, he offered to pay the false accussor stranger, to take the same test, & she REFUSED...of course, Boston DCF was aware of this, but they still kept using unethical tactics to help facilitate the lie...the false accusor & DCF social workers, sat together in secret court hearings laughing & giggleing together, while denying my nephew civil rights & due process. their agenda is $$$$$REPORT COMMENTS

Stop trying to put a band-aid on an amputation. The problem is that the STATE owns your children, not you. There is a legal presumption you made the STATE guardian of the children when you registered the child's birth. The birth certificate is not id. It's easy to prove. 1. There is no biometric data pointing the BC to any particular human body. 2, The courts have said the BC is evidence of an event. That event is registration of birth. 3. The STATE expressly admits the BC is not identification. You are the babysitter. Furthermore if you need more evidence this is all true look at either law encyclopedia Corpus Juris or American Jurisprudence. The section on Parent and Child says the following. That a child custody proceeding is a proceeding "in rem". definition- "In rem jurisdiction (Latin, "power about or against 'the thing'") is a legal term describing the power a court may exercise over property (either real or personal) or a "status" against a person over whom the court does not have in personam jurisdiction." It says a child custody proceeding is a determination of status... THE PARENTS STATUS of "fit" or "unfit". This might be horrifying to some but right to your children is a property right and you assigned that right to the STATE. Now the STATE takes the property right and can now determine whether your are fit to maintain it's property. If you are in family court you have agreed the kids are the STATES property. You are simply there begging to be the babysitter. If you want to "fix" DCF take away the STATES power to steal children in their child trafficking for profit racket. Why? A child is 7 times more likely to be killed be a non-parent than a parent. I am an ex foster child and have had a friend whose child died as a foster kid. I have researched this for 10 years. LAWYERS WILL NOT HELP YOU FIND THIS OUT AND WILL STOP YOU FROM KNOWING THE LAWREPORT COMMENTS

The Department of children and families in the Haverhill area has shown an interest in monetizing my children. I was a victim in a violent crime, They feel this is enough to label me neglectful. I work in child education, have a good job. I am a single working parent. My children call me "super dad" I do not want to lose my children, yet it seems this department has set out to remove my children. I don have anyone to turn to, this is a serious situation that deserves to be looked at. The state is literally kidnapping children and proceeding t pump them full of drugs. This needs to end. To me DCF is a joke and should be shut down and restarted with workers that are competent and should be able to disclose if they have children themselves and if not they should not work for them..... In my personal experience with the Taunton Office, I had them called on me and they took my 2 children without even going to court first. The first worker we had told my ex who is a level 2 sex offender that if he left me he could have the kids then turned around and told me that if I left him I could get the kids but that never happened.... I then got pregnant and had my son, 2 days after he was born they came in and took him as well without a court order and never asked what my intentions were going to be. My son ended up DYING in there care at 1 month and 2 days old back in 2008. I was told it was SIDS but found out otherwise after he was buried. My son ended up getting Pneumonia and his organs stated shutting down. DCF supposedly did an internal investigation but every time I request a copy of my file they never respond and they left my other 2 children in this home and gave them permission along with the courts to move my kids out of state all without my knowledge. I also just found out recently that there father molested our daughter when she was a year old and they NEVER filed charges against him or told me about it. I had to find out from family members NOT DCF. I truly believe that the department should still be held accountable for my son's passing and my kids should return home to me since I am no longer with there father and I am married and have custody of my youngest. Something has to be done and people should be held accountable for there actions in my case.....REPORT COMMENTS

DCF, Taunton office has "allegedly terminated the rights of myself, and daughters father " while I was,am and have been in TREATMENT, past 3mos. And her father has been all compliant with appointments, visits,court dates.I ve written and submitted my appeal letter to fall River juvenile court, as told by Taunton juvenile court. Call every day, clerks office nobody returns my calls,leave messages daily.our daughter is 2 1/2yrs. Old. They removed her at 18mos. After 17mos working with our caseworker, early intervention, pediatric, counselor and etc.no problems, until an unlicensed social worker, (a temporary )came ,after our usual worker went on maternity leave. This one comes in and within a month, has our daughter removed stating she doesn't feel I'm caring for my mental health, from trauma in past.which I've been attending weekly therapy for,about a month or so after losing our daughter, I relapsed TERRIBLY. sectioned myself 3 times in 10 mos. Now I have 3mos. Clean, serene, and stable. I've begged for second chance with my daughter, to allow us to be placed in "Hart house ",or another supervised, structural living environment. To give our family the fighting chance we deserve. Please, we need help, any advice? ???REPORT COMMENTS

My brother and Mother went through the court to get custody of his children more than 20 years ago. DCF was a mess then. The amount of time we spent in the courtroom, taking a day off work, paying the lawyers, the "mother never showed"...over and over, the lawyers just make all that money - they don't care, they're being paid to be there. Most of the time, we heard "case continued". DCF is a joke, our Court system is a total waste of taxpayers money. Someone should be looking into these courtrooms/caseloads. Recently I have been exposed to it once again as I watch a Foster sister fight to keep her grandson from a lifetime of subjection to DCF through a drug addicted mother and her family. I am in the middle of middlesex county DCF case on the part of the foster parent. Nineteen months and counting! DCF is absolutely a mess! The problem is not money or lack of manpower-the problem is that the social workers are not competent AND the goal of reunification is not reasonable. Children and babies should not be born with a job! It is not their job to fix these broken families! REUNIFICATION WITH DRUG ADDICTS DOES NOT WORK! I applaud this petition and pass it along to many, many others! Best of luck! DCF and the attorneys that are making money off of DCF cases are all part of the broken system! Millions of dollars down the toilet and babies are dying.....I see it up close and personal everytime I am in the courthouse. DCF picks the wrong answer every single time-trying to reunify and fix broken families instead of advocating and making better the lives of the babies who have the unfortunate luck of being born into chaos. My mother is originally from Boston and all my mother side of the family lives here.I moved to Boston 5 years ago. My son was three and my daughter was 8. I came to Boston because I had graduated from Everest Institute and wanted to get some experience in Boston. My daughter has always had behavior issues.I thought it was because I stilled lived with my mother and we clashed a lot. Especially when it came to discipline. I would punish my daughter when she missed behaved by taking away things like television or outside privileges and i also worked full time, so instead of enforcing the rules my mother would let her do these things while i was at work any way. I thought moving to a whole other state would put me back in charge of my parenting and my daughter behavior would improve. Once we moved to Boston my daughter still exhibited bad behavior. She was enrolled in the Channing elementary school in Hyde Park, Ma and they called me several times of day.I was then told about an IEP from my aunt who is a school teacher. I wrote a letter requesting one for my daughter twice and nothing came about. I tried to speak with her school but that was another difficult process at the time that i was unfamiliar with. They said you had school of choice however you usually had to pick the child school before February for the next year and i wasn't aware seeing that i am from Battle Creek, Michigan and the process is very simple. Anyways the school failed some sort of state required test and then i was able to pull her from that school and choose another school. I moved to Roxbury and she went to the Tobin Elementary. She still had problems there and i called family and children services, Put a chines on her, and begin to try to seek help myself for her. They process was very difficult and i basically was interrogated like it was my fault. I sent her back to Michigan and she still misbehaved and was sent back by my mother. she then attended the Condon in south Boston. she had a complete turnaround. her behavior was good and i wanted her to stay in that school but i had picked three different schools when she returned from Michigan, so the condon was the only school that had space so she just ended up there because it was the middle of the school year. The next year came around and she was placed in the Lee Elementary school in Dorchester,Ma. I begged the school department to please keep her in the Condon and i even asked the chines DCF worker to write a referral and she told me oh you advocate well for yourself and they don't like to listen to DCF any way. This is when all hell broke loose. So now she is 14 to make a long story short and DCF has placed her home three times.we have been in reunification state for three years. Oh FYI i have custody of my son. He is a very well behaved child. He has never had a DCF case on him and he lives with me right now. my son was taken from me after i went to the shelter in boston i was moved to weymouth where i had a case opened from there due to the winter my son as well as every other child missed a lot of days in school because of the snow after a year in weymouth i was then moved to another hotel in Northborough,MA where my son was put in a new school and it was then when i started being victimized and treated very unfairly by the school and hotel staff i tried nicely informing the principle that since we were from boston and it takes a hour and a half on the commuter rail to get there to expect attendance problems because i could not leave him there and not be able to get him off the bus after school she acted as if it was ok until the days came he started missing school i would call and let them know he would be absent and when i did not give her a good enough reason to fit her standards she then started to harass me by calling my room phone everyday and then sending the police there on the days he missed after dealing with 7 police officers different times and them all coming and seeing there was no problems at all and leaving on my side that then made the principle angry so she got dcf involved and said i was abusing him she coached my son into saying he gets (spankings) a word we never used and when that didnt work she coached him into saying that i threw him into a chair and then proceeded to throw the chair at my 6 year old child there was no proof or evidence that these allegations are true. my son has been away from me since april and these people are doing whatever they can to keep him from me i lost my spot in the shelter i am homeless all over again i have to travel to randolph just to see my son and worscter to court that they just keep setting off for no apparent reason but dcf says they want reunification these people are out of their minds i've never seen my son suffer so much i need help from someone i am alone in this whole situation and these people know it they want me to get a job a place to live and take parenting classes all of this after they messed up the little bit that i was trying to build upREPORT COMMENTS
