CPS workers are being hired with minimal requirements and pending background checks. This has got to stop! CPS workers are removing children from their home and destroying families by keeping contact between the child and family to a minimal. CPS workers do not keep children in their ongoing therapy appointments, but instead get all new therapists for the child. CPS are transporting children in their own personal vehicles and manipulating these kids to say what they want to keep cases open. These people have WAY to much power. They lie in court, they withhold information, and they destroy families.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS and Family Court are removing children from their families without any evidence of neglect or abuse and are re-victimizing domestic violence victims by punishing them for reporting the abuse. I am outraged at the blatantly unconstitutional things that I have witnessed occurring here in Colorado, and by the actions I have witnessed in Family Court. They seem to feel that they are above the law, and regularly violate the constitutional rights of their clients. Very disturbing. Please do something to reign in this corrupt agency, that does more to harm children and destroy families than the parents they victimise. Please, please do something.REPORT COMMENTS

I had no idea this was going on until it just happened to us. My 2 yr old grandson was removed from his home with no actual hard evidence and he was not in any type of danger. The process seems unreal and I truly can't believe this is happening here in California. Do they go through any psyc evaluations to see how they past is playing a role in their jobs. They are rude and act as if they are God. Social workers need to be accountable to someone. Now government do your JOB.....You may be going home and hugging your child, but there is someone who can't all because a budget needs to be met. My Daughter and myself have had our rights violated in every possible way by fife co. in Washing state CPS! They are trying to steal my grandson! and Have kept him from his family for almost 2 years! They done ear surgery without even telling my daughter when and without her knowledge and then told the courts she would not consent! When she was calling cps daily trying to find out about it! They need to be stopped ! BTW her appointed so called lawyer forged her signature on a letter she so posed to have wrote which she had never even seen and presented it in court on her behalf without her knowledge or consent because she was told the wrong court date!!!! Stokes County, North Carolina not only violated our rights as " Willing and Able" family, they destroyed the child... This has to stop!!! We as families are being destroyed every day... My niece should have never been removed from her home... She needed to be removed from custody of her father, but not her family that she had been with for 2 years... I made a call for safety, had no choice... Did that not prove that I had the Best Interest of the Child in mind? She was 2 yrs old... I had my child taken for months when I was pregnant because I have bipolar and could not take my lithium or it would severely harm my baby. That's the short story. Dhr cps would not give me my file. Not even 1 copy and would not give me the name of who was in charge of this decision They know this was wrong. I was off the lithium for a LONG time before the Fayette Alabama DHR cps came knocking. The sound evidence in itself proves beyond a doubt he is allowed to ignore and completely disregard binding precedent. Also allowed to violate MD statutes and due process rights of litigants and attorneys as recorded in the record. In fact, he is brazen enough to recite for the record as evidence in a court audio and transcript his right to proceed forward without reviewing required evidence for determinations in certain cases.
