CPS took my children based on information they received from my disgruntled ex-husband and no actual facts. November 4, 2015- CPS made their initial contact. The report I received from this interview had so many errors and false statements and it intentionally portrayed me in a negative way. I voluntarily submitted to urine drug test because the allegations were suspected drug use of methamphetamine?s, narcotics, and barbiturates. I tested positive for only my prescription medication, medicinal marijuana. CPS said there was no immediate need for them to intervene. January 15th 2016? I had full custody of the children at this time. There were three domestic violence-restraining orders filed against my ex-husband (the children?s father). CPS came to the courthouse on the day of the domestic violence restraining order and said they were taking jurisdiction of the kids and they returned custody to their father. January 20th 2016- We went to juvenile court at Southwest Municipal Justice Center. My ex-husband prior to this date had made an additional false report to CPS that I was moving in with my alleged boyfriend who was a racist that picks on the kids. I have been living with my father from 11/17/2015 to now. I have never had a boyfriend who picked on the kids or who was a racist. This was someone my ex-husband created to blame the failure of our marriage on. *The judge ruled (with and active domestic violence restraining order against their father and another one pending) to detain the children with the father and supervised visitations to me, mother. They based their decision on my previous medicinal marijuana use (I had not taken that medication since the beginning of November and had provided clean drug tests as proof), and the fact that I showed poor judgment as a mother for dating a racist (which was based on my husbands statement, never verified and I told them I was not dating anyone at all). February 11th 2016- We went back to CPS Court and they said as long as I tested clean they would return custody of the children to me and grant reunification services to me. I tested clean and began reunification services. During this time my ex-husband girlfriend (who CPS knew had a substance abuse problem and noted it in their report because her teeth were black and melt and missing) tested positive for methamphetamines. She had been smoking in the car with the windows up with my Son and Daughter in the car. My son has Asthma. Since I have completed all classes required including Individual counseling, parenting classes, and Domestic violence for victims classes. The children?s father did some of his classes and did not complete Anger Management. The week before the August 11th Court date I spoke with my case worker Keala Alo and asked her if I could meet with her to discuss errors in the report she submitted for our court date on the 11th. My child was taken from all of her family except her abusive dad. She can only have 4 supervised visits a week with me and one of her sisters at a time. I pay child support as well as 30 dollars an hour to visit. I have never been proven unfit or to have done any wrong.REPORT COMMENTS

My two boys were removed from myself and their dad in 2003 for supposedly failing a drug test which was obtained illegally only after the father admitted to doing months prior so they automatically assumed we would be dirty they did not come with a court order for either the drug test or when they came to remove my boy's. Through that time we were made to take classes and rehab wbich cps intentions were to not to give the boys back. I have had cps out before and every other time nothing was ever done ..my house was always clean ..had food and when the all the allegations were false ..they closed the case. The funny thing is I always knew who called on me. When I asked the worker to show the results of the drug test...she refused to let me and the dad are them which says to me ...they falsified documents and lied to the court to remove my boy's. Yes these people need to be stopped and now. My boys were adopted out illegally to people I have no clue about and I want them home with me where they belong..they are all I have left of thier dad ..he passed in May of 2003..two months after our boys were removed and that is when cps really dug their claws with me I want them home. Right after my boy's were removed the worker..Ashley Whydam and her supervisor Caty Capps quit working at the office at 800 Austin Avenue Waco Texas. Please help bring them home to me..their names are Roy and Jordan..last know name Bragdon..do not know the adopted name.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS is the epitome of government agencies getting away with anything they want to do. All you need is any, even another coworker to call and make a report. A report will lead to an investigation where warrants can be obtained and families drove apart over a few dishes in the sink or unfolded laundry on a table. There is no clear definition on any of their regulations and no oversight provided by any real court. There is a clear abuse of power in a multi billion dollar industry. We just had a local police officer enter our home under the pretense of mother/grandma and said she is placing our children in 72hr protective custody, before CPS was even notified or an investigation was started. In truth before any allegations were made. Than the main person stating allegations is the police officer/grandma of the children in question. We have been told on numerous occasions by this officer that she work very close with CPS and she will make sure we lose our children. Minnesota CPS Needs Immediate Help/oversight.
