Cps has coved abused in state custody of my so . Abusing me inhumanly touching Cass illegal detatlainded to Nevada county . Lawyer help cover abuse almost list my life due to fighting I'm still abused and don't know whati do . My thought process has been shut down they took over my life prevent me to fight back I'm doing things I would do anything my life to take me out of my self will . I feel powerless I need help no one believes me cops should perfect us as human being -

I have proof the call to cps was done by a family member to hurt my kids but cps refused to look at it. I have proof that the whole case was built on a lie but once again no one wanted to look at the proof.my husband lost 2 jobs due to this sick and twisted cps game and now i lost 2 grandkids over this and cpd is trying to force us to take services we dont need like parenting classes (we have 6 kids all are adults but 2) i have done parenting class and passed but now wanting me do do another also drug classes but we don't do drugs so why spend tax money on a class for someone who don't need the class. Now we have to go to court in 4 days again and my 14 and 16 year old is sick and being put on medacine and being put into therapy due to this case of lies. Cps was allowed to change all of our statements during our interview and getting away with it in court .something needs to be done to protect my family from the real child abusers ( child protective services ) .REPORT COMMENTS

I have been the target of Cumberland co.NC DSS since my sister and I were babies1983.When I was 17years old DSS coach me into giving up my 1st born daughter,DSS claim if I comply with them my baby would be return,I comply went to Court for 2years my baby was adopted out to a Fostercare Parent who started fighting to keep my baby 2001-2003.I grew up since that terrible time in my life.However my sister couldn't get herself together after DSS stole my 1st born.My Sister gave birth to my Niece in 2002 and while my sister fell apart i step up to Mother my Niece then i met my husband while he was in the US Army.We are currently are married for 13 years my husband is a Veteran now and we have 3 children& we dont live in Fayetteville NC no more because I was harass by DSS ever since they took my 1st born & our home was robbed due to the Crime there is really high.But I have always kept contact with the woman who kept my daughter and i help raise my Niece who is 14 years old.My Sister refuse to leave fayetteville and she is fayetteville now I have no Sister she is lost to me now. DSS has stolen my Niece from me claiming Emergency custody order,I never saw no paperwork, I file custody last year of Niece but DSS stole her June 2016 and they are holding her against to will in Falcon,NC my Niece begs to come home she is deny.My Niece beg the Court to come and now the DSS deny her right to Court hearings,she is 14 years old. i didn't have custody yet and my sister went to jail & someone bonded her out.I get unsupervised weekend visit's from Falcon,NC with my Niece to home in Pender Co.And DSS are violating our rights DSS lie even under oath in Court and threating me of what they will do to my life,my kids. if I keep coming to Cumberland Co,NC family Court to free my Niece.Yet I keep going in hopes of justice .I'm very doubtful because everyone knows if you can't afford a lawyer you are screwed.DSS are stealing folks kids for profit.DSS have made a business out of stealing everyone's kids.Please helps US!!!!We are all in slavery 2016 why is the government allowing this to happen.My tax dollars are literally supporting DSS stealing my blood line!!!!!SOMEONE NEEDS TO WAKE UP,Some parents end up on drugs,alcoholism ,prescription drugs because loosing your child is like taking someone's air to breath.Please I will not let these Baby Snatching /trafficking DSS ruin my life!!I will not let what they did to Sister happen to me I am stronger than that because I survive Fayetteville NC!!& God see'some all of this,God see'some no one stopping this unjust unbreakable corrupt system!!!!!Cumberland Co,DSS NC has stolen over a 1000 children from Blood relatives.We are in Slavery 2016!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Our children are being torn from the ones that Love them and being given to people to live off the funds of the State in my grandboy's case they have been placed with 6 children already in the home and the adults work all day can you only imagine the bullying going on and the older kids raising the younger ones ! http://www.petition2congress.com/21863/robert-g-davis-iii/ please sign my petition as well and this is so true I have gone over and over with all the agencies involved in child protective services including constituent relations all the way to ombudsman I have over five claims that I have to attend in the Ombudsman in which my safety is threatenedand the report was full of lies in which I have expert witness evidence to back up the fact that I was doing everything I was supposed to correctlyand The Worker never verified. I have also been denied the records as well as had things short-circuited and left out at least eight different records request and I have currently receives to flash drives was 257 pages on it and 196 pages on it. this agency truly ruined my childhood and instead of allowing me the chance to break the cycle and bring my son up without heartache they are creating the chaos. I had to quit going to school full-time look for work to just to be able to be able to fight this thing and financially put as much as I can towards it I am fighting in Family Court against records put into existence last year that are unfactual..CPS has thrown up their hands because they refuse to correct or reprimand their workers and now I am fighting in family court against someone who has money to pay for a lawyer...my abducted by his father after a visitation they blatantly refused to return him to me...my Ex has prior violent felonies and assaults forensic evidence proof of bruising on me and my son has just all the sudden fallen off the prosecutor desk and the case is unable to be even found by anyone however I still have the original police reportand Records I called this matter into constituent relations recently and in fact even documents in this agency have proof of domestic violence even though CPS has their own supervisors reports about mine and my son suffering when I recently called in constituent relations told me that since the police were not following through with charges and the sit on his desk. the constituent relations worker and the supervisor of dependency action for the Lakewood Washington office Point Blank told me that they are not the abuse took place however the police are not enforcing the charges they can only say they are allegations and they're not willing to step up and take action to protect my son which is what the agency was put in place for to begin withREPORT COMMENTS

My 3 kids were taken 3 1/2 years ago for taking my Daughter to the ER cause she was real drowsy come to find out she had found one of her oldest brothers Clondine which is a blood pressure pill but kids with ADHD take it to help them sleep. He has a bad habit of throwing them at night cause he knows it's time for bed an he don't want to go to sleep. My daughter was 1 at the time anybody that has kids know they are human vaccum cleaners. So being a Mother an doing the right thing I get my kids taken for being a responsible MOTHER! I have completed my Case Plan was done as of August 5,2014 an was still doing classes on my own. Never did I fail a drug test. I had my own home for 2 years an they let my Mom have them so they said I could move in with her to help with them. So my mom kept them for a while but she was having a hard time cause she was not a loud to have a babysitter why I was at work so she had kids 24/7 she wasn't aloud to have any help. I have a 9 year old an set of Twins that are 4 at the time the twins were 2 an twins aren't easy to watch. It's hard for me an am still young but it was just to much for my mom at her age. I never got unsupervised visits. I only got to see my kids every other Friday at the office for 1 hour so I got to see my kids a while 24 hours a year that is so ridiculous! Social worker was unde oath an still lies on me said I threatened her at all she was scared of me she said. An plus my Daughter told me that Ms. Danielle whipped us an put us in time out. I believe that happened cause the whole time my kids been gone for 3 years they never told me they got whipped or mistreated till just about 2 months ago an the social worker never denied of doing it. My rights were terminated August 6, 2016. My lawyer has appealed it so now am back in court fighting for my babies! I won't Stop Fighting Till My Babies Come Home!REPORT COMMENTS

My son was taken from me and placed in the Custody of his father. CPS worker, Natasha Hamilton who was promoted shortly after my son was removed from my care, perjured herself on the Stand. She emphatically denied telling my ex-husband to get a protective order against me, or she would place my son in foster care. With transcript in hand, a year later CPS/DHS has agreed my Appeal Right was incorrectly denied. My ex husband and I have been in a bitter custody battle for years. Not only is my ex an alcoholic, he has a history of domestic abuse. I left him after he started choking me along with his statement which us recorded on the PO I filed in Creek county. "I would kill you right now Stacy if I knew I could get away with it." His girlfriend was later found in his home, one year later, dead. He said she hung herself. Autopsy states she was strangled. My son tells me that his Daddy is mean, he drinks beer, and recently drove the boat as he was drinking beer. My ex told the Courts I was a Neth addict, I abused my son, and I was crazy. I had a hair follicle test, came back negative, I've taken UAs almost every week to prove I don't do drugs. The allegations of physical abuse was disproved, the witness some how left town when summoned for questioning. My mental capacity was measured by a psych eval.... I'm not crazy.
