A father with a pattern of domestic abuse in all sense of the word, a known thief, liar and manipulator who smokes weed daily & does other drugs. CPS will lie and twist words around as well as situations. Safety plan satisfied they did not let the court know or magistrate know the children were back with their mother. What kind of a parent abuses their child with physical abuse and calls them vile names and threatens them as well as their mom, the kids watching mom get beat and cursed at!! He had the responsibility to take kids to school but was too lazy to get out of ed, the mother the only one working for her family and also provided care & everything for His other child(not hers). I guess Magistrate feels it's okay that this little boy complains of having a bloody butthole, his butt hurts and he dosnt want to stay at this non blood person house with his dad and half sister. It's okay the dad doesn't work and will not take hi son to school. It's okay that the father smoke weed in front of his children. It's okay that the child is angered and talks vile language and his daughter shows signs of being sexually abused But noone sought medical treatment. not the dad, not cps, not detectives, not the courts. Naked pictures of the child on a Cd with the non relative's name on it as well as the packaging. (Oh yeah father explained it away as being his property and he took them" thinking it was funny. They think it's okay that this child cries every day to stay with it's mother and grandparents who try and instill values, morals, manners and love & God into this child's life after all the damage the dad did. The paternal grandmother despises the child who is 4 and has nothing to do with him last 2 1/2 years....What is wrong with these people!!! The magistrate is a friend of the Welfare Admin,; CPS worker worked on a previous case with dad and his other child YET placed the child in the other mom's home. Fathers neglects medical care for both children. Neglects the kids all day and night, too busy running the streets and on phone. This poor kid shoved around house to house, dope but, and immoral people. God keep him safe!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Cps is unfair and biased! Takes mothers side and doesn't ask for back up proof of allegations. Father gets 3 different attorneys with no notice of change, yet mom gets same attorney. Cps lies and doesn't ask family members for any information. Keeps child from stable loving home from family trying to protect her. Cps only wants to listen to moms allegations that have no support and don't take any consideration in father's supported allegations. Nor will they listen to grandparents that the child had been living with. Cps rarely responds to phone calls and when they do they blow you off. Cps does not care about the child!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My Family is fighting to keep my Grabdchildren in our family! My Son in Law is in jail for aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 8. They are trying to say my Daughter knew it was going on and she didn't do what was right and all the while, She sent the child with her Mother in law(who drive around town and wanted to know if the child could spend the night at the River with her) then took her to the Hospital, while my Daughter stayed with her three other children! CPS is determined that the oldest remain with her 1/2 Step Aunt and the younger three should stay in Foster Care instead of allowing blood relatives to take the children!REPORT COMMENTS

This exact thing is happening to me right now. CPS commits perjury against me at every hearing, slanders me on paper, took my baby when they said in court they weren't going to an the judge agreed, and didn't have a court order when they took her from me at the hospital. I have been passing 2 random drug tests a week, attending daily aa meetings, going to all my visits, successfully completed a rehab program recommended by the judge and arranged by my case worker, and have been calling programs all over the state of Texas looking for another rehab program 180+ days. Due to the fact I was not told I had to do a 180 day program until after I completed the 28 day program, I have been told by almost every program that I do not qualify for inpatient rehab because I've been clean too long ( I tested positive for THC once in novemver on the initial test and once in March right before I went to the 28 day program). I have had multiple people assist me in calling rehabs trying to help me get in, including the crisis center director, my advocate, and my sponsor. I have asked my court appointed attorney repeatedly for help and provided him and my case worker with a list of all the places I've called, but he has not helped at all. He never returns my phone calls, didn't reply to calls and emails I asked my case worker to send for me, and refuses to speak on my behalf in court CPS has committed perjury against me at every hearing, and even though I told my attorney the accusations were completely false and I could prove it, he refused to speak up. I have put questions and concerns in writing and asked him prior to my hearing to address them to the judge when it was our turn, and reminded him more than once during our hearing, yet he still refused to speak for me. I know I'm not the only one this is happening to, and it has been an issue for families for years but we have no way of stopping our families from being destroyed by this corrupt system. I grew up in foster care and was severely abused for years and CPS did nothing even when my school counselor called them in for me. I have always done everything I can for my girls and done everything in my power to comply with everything CPS orders, yet they were still removed from me without a hearing. Because they continuously lie to me and about me, even when I complete everything they tell me to do I am fearful I will never get my daughters back and I don't want them to grow up the way I did. My CPS case is in tyler, tx, 321st district court, judge Clark and my attorney is jeremy Coe. My CPS case worker was christy smith and now Vivian Taylor is my case worker. I'm checking into the reconnect program at the Salvation Army in tyler tx tomorrow (8/22/16) in order to complete the second rehab program required by judge Clark. I will be a resident there for the next 180-240 days. Please help in any way possible. I'm desperate and have no resources to fight this extreme injustice.REPORT COMMENTS

Families are being abused and or neglected by Specifically CPS and Family Courts across the United States of America, and as well as many other countries. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed and discussed IMMEDIATELY! Families that have small children, toddlers, especially newborns, have their Civil rights, Parental Rights, and Constitutional Rights Stolen. F.C.Judges, District Attorneys, P.D./Attorney for the Parents, P.D./Attorney for the Child and or Guardian Ad Litem(GAL), D.S.S. Commissioners, C.P.S. case-workers/supervisors, Social Workers, and there are many other i.e. Counselors, Police Officers, etc., whom have helped incriminate innocent parents and children. Instead of protecting them they are traumatizing them. Instead of "Innocent until Proven Guilty", It's physical custody of child(ren) stolen from home and parents being "Blacklisted" regardless of any verdict and or court-hearing. Also in need of extreme immediate interest, a discussion in reference to obtaining and creating lists of all guilty parties involved. Their names/phone#s/locations/positions of ALL Corrupt Personnel past and present Starting with CPS workers, who abuse, neglect, maltreat, Steal, lie, and or deceive, who are falsifying and or fabricating evidence, and or documents in a Court setting and or who have lied in a United States Courtroom bearing false witness Under Oath in front of God and The United State of Americas. ---I had "unfounded" case when my son was born and I was allowed to discharge him from the hospital and advised to follow-up with the case-worker. I followed and proved "fit". Then a caseworker blackmailed my mother to petition for custody else she WILL steal my child. He is really a beautiful child. My mother says she felt like she had a gun to her head. My older sister wanting to wake up my baby and I was adamant (Grandma lives almost next door, She was helping me take care of him because my back is broke, and he was getting too heavy to take care of alone,so he slept by grandmas a lot. During family dinner one night at my house he fell asleep and his grandma put him in the crib in my nursery while she brought her dishes back to her house after the meal. While she was bringing back her dishes, my sister knocks and demands my baby I say "no way" she calls cps doesn't even leave a message then calls police, then beats me up with her cell phone and throws the phone at me and runs off, then cops come back with her without a warrant search my entire home and steals my baby, My mother was forced to drive 2 hours to pick up MY BABY from the police department, the grandmother gets back and is devastated, I am traumatized, My baby is really confused, I am confused and Wonder why is Constitution not being withheld)The entire case transpired in 10 minutes., My sister knocks on my door demanding to wake up my son,1 minute after grandma headed to her house with dishes 9 minutes later she was back by my house just in time to see the cop carREPORT COMMENTS

Dont believe them when they tell you otherwise! What's worse is most family court judges are no better! I've witnessed 2 different judges who ultimately had their mind made up before court even started and were so obviously biased its sickening! They need to be stopped because they ruin lives unnecessarily. They need to be restricted with their power because they abuse it!
