I have been ripped off my timeshare with my child, judge didn't have any evidence against me, I haven't been sworn under the oaths or whatsoever. Cps has been kidnapping kids for profit. Why do they have a quota to fill? Why are they paid for every child in their "care"? Why are they allowed to break into your home violating 4th amendment rights? They are not. Yet they continue mostly without recourse. Every second innocent children are involved is too much. My child was wrongfully removed 7 months ago. No investigation ever occurred. No exigent circumstances existed. The investigator testified that she attempted to make contact on two specific dates. That never happened. I have home surveillance cameras and she never came to my home. Even though I have irrefutable evidence of their corruption, they still haven't returned my daughter. I have submitted complaints to every agency with authority over CPS, and they all have turned a blind eye. By ignoring our pleas for help, you are condoning these atrocities upon our children. When will the children get justice? I'm calling for an independent agency to be created, who has the authority to investigate grievances on anyone or any agency involved in the child welfare process. That would include CPS, District Attorneys, Judges, CASA, & any other agency contracted by CPS. No oversight currently exists. And where the law is not enforced, lawlessness runs prevalent. Our kids deserve a voice. Will you speak for them or just turn a blind eye as well?REPORT COMMENTS

I am going through the same corruption in Cooperstown with a family court judge. He throws out all my violation petitions and the lawyers refuse to put in appeals. The judge released my confidential address on purpose to the opposition and when Albany called asking why he violated my civil rights he refused to talk to them. He is also friends with the opposition and refuses to remove himself from the case. Judicial review has shut down my case once and I'm filing a second petition to them. I would like to get the media involved with a investigative reporter to put a spot light on this corrupt judge.REPORT COMMENTS
