My children's abuser was allowed to continue visitation and abuse, simply because he has a family friend working for CPS. That connection worked with another case worker and a local police officer to help him get away with sexual abuse, by forcing my children to lie, and falsifying the investigation to work in the abusers favor. Supervisors and corporate entities at CPS were more worried about covering the obvious corruption. Since I could not afford a lawsuit against DCFS to present evidence of fraud, they got away with it, and my children continue to have forced visitation with their abuser. A previous indicated report of abuse against this same abuser has mysteriously disappeared from the DCFS system, even though they are legally required to keep it on record for 5 years. My children are in danger because of CPS corruption.REPORT COMMENTS

February 2015 , I felt I was at my wits end .. so I made a phone call only thinking that I would get some expedited help in my situation .. they came , did their investigation . I never once signed a piece of paper agreeing or admitting to anything .. the CPS worker said she understood why I called & that she would help us with some family services . She chopped it up to just a fulltime single mother of 2 who's stressed out & needs some assistance .. but can you believe it ? They offered none , no help , absolutely nothing ; yet I was required to report to them appointments & what services if any , I was getting for myself or the kids . So going forward , with no help from CPS , I had to aquire everything by myself ; councelors , therapists , psychiatrists , etc .. things were starting to look on the up & up . About 6 months or so go by , during which I was reporting what was going on in our lives when asked , the CPS worker contacts me to say they were about done & ready to close out the investigation & for us to have a great life .. so , we went on about our lives . Things were just fine , at least until I got a random phone call from a different CPS worker in May 2016 .. apparently the investigation was never closed ! Due to the file sitting on a desk for however long .. they took it upon themselves , said as an "experiment" . Although it was odd , I did infact try to cooperated with the new CPS who was "re-investigating" the referral of the call that I made over a year ago .. I really couldn't figure out what he wanted from me , as they didn't help me to begin with .. so I contacted the original CPS worker & she said that I should've recieved a closure letter by now .. which I didn't .. after that , I was adamant that the new CPS worker stop harassing my children & myself .. because I felt there were no grounds for it , as the original 2015 investigation was supposed to be closed , even if it was accidentally left open on a desk somewhere by whomever was supposed to complete the process .. how is that my fault ? . . . I honestly feel that they are trying to cover up their tracks after being so inconsistant themselves & not offering any of the help that I asked for which I had to get on my own , what was the point of me reaching out to them in a time of need when I was just going to have to do it all on my own anyways ? I guess they didn't like that I was trying to find out why they wanted to pry back into my life , especially from the same 2015 referral which was supposed to be closed , that one call , which happens to be the one I made myself , only asking for help , in which they didn't give to me .. now because I question their ethics , & because I didn't agree to having the new male CPS worker back at my house , due to him judging me & not understanding the role of a parent , let alone being a fulltime single mother , as he admitted to not having any children of his own .. also adding that my children are never around men , as there's a lREPORT COMMENTS

For the last year my family's life has been he'll. Because the biological mother of my step children and her boyfriend beat my step children. And even though my husband and I are non offending parent. Neither of us have any criminal history. We still do not have these babies. CPS has taken our rights and made up ridiculous claims to why we r not fit. We follow all the rules complete all the task and still they will give the bio mother who was a part of the abuse to a 16month old and a 35month old. They give her rites visitations and protection. In which the mother is diagnosed with scitafrania and bi-polar. And was proven to suffocate her 16 month old son into a coma after having TBI for 3 days before seeking medical attention. And yet CPS has made it clear that she is more fit to have these innocent children more than us. CPS HAS DESTROYED OUR LIVES AND POSSIBLY THE LIVES OF 2 CHILDREN AS WELL. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO STOP THESE CRIMINALS.REPORT COMMENTS

I am currently trying to get my daughter from DFS's custody in Hawaii. She has been there for almost 7 years because the mother fled Missouri upon being investigated so that I wouldn't get my children. In turn it now seems as though the case worker and foster home are working together to keep my child in Hawaii. They are using intimidation by telling my child that she will not graduate from high school or be able to go to college if they send her home with me. They go so far as to make mole hills into mountains to make me look like a horrible person, for example my house is slanted so bad that if it floods, we won't have a home. Or another thing was that I endanger my 3 year old son because I let him ride the riding mower with me when I mow and I don't put him in a child safety seat while riding the mowerREPORT COMMENTS
