Friends, I need your help. I have been trying to get in investigation done on CSB for what has happen to my family. I received this letter from the State of Ohio-OJAFS and basically they will not do it. I am asking for everyone to go to our Senator Frank LaRose webpage and request in investigation into our case. I need to help my daughter and they need to see all of the evidence that I personally have against our very own CSB and GAL in Wayne, Ohio. I've witnessed KY DSBS Social Workers generating false reports again parents. Family Preservation workers using copy-paste techniques in generating reports. Children being removed based on false reports. Foster parents generating false reports about biological parent. Perjury by DCBS and related workers, on the stand. Ordering a parent to submit to drug screens(parent doesn't drink or use drugs), have mental evaluation and counseling/therapy(parent doesn't have mental issues), have parenting classes, have anger management classes(based on falsified report). Judge making a ruling, in favor of physical abuse, eventhough, evidence was presented that proved the likelihood of abuse was zero.REPORT COMMENTS

I have witnessed the corruption of the Lawyers, judge, court custody assessor and GAL in a case close to me. I originally thought it can't possibly happen here, in our system. But there is no doubt that it is a corrupt system stealing this child and mother's relationship. As there is no basis for the rulings, or the GALs obviously hostility and bias. These individuals even have KNOWN reputations for their low ethics and corruption, and it goes unacknowledged by the system.REPORT COMMENTS

I lost visitation of my grand children and custody was given to the father who is a felon sexual assault. His girlfriend uncle is the court bailiff, and he is also the father mother's neighbor. they are all good friends of the judge. Add insult to injury I was told a 2 year no contact order was put in place. I cannot begin to describe the imbalance that occurred in the court room. I was told to leave to be sequestered and each person testified against me in lie after lie and then they ordered me to not see my grandson and I didn't even have a motion in the court at that time. Its been 4 years since I have seen him. This judge was placed by governor Snyder- Michigan-who changed the grand parenting laws as one of his first duties in office.REPORT COMMENTS

Edit letter August 18, 2016 Dear President Obama: Dear Representative Beatty: Dear Senator Brown: Dear Senator Portman: I'm 55 year old man cps said something like about drugs til I showed them 9 months of drug test b/4 they toke her and then drug test after.. 3 more months all reading negative every one negative to take my 9 year old baby girl when she was safe here at home put her in c.h mental ward lock up for 15 days no windows that I seen as she started to tell them anything for them to let her go home as like she mite kill her self and she had to get home to take car of her 3 year old nice she don't evan have and I may kill my self trying to get then to let her go as I think she naver ever said nothing about that ever now they saying they have to keep her to keep her from killing her self that she naver ever said here but cps now saying I said she did .. then they put her in st Vincent 1490 east main st Columbus ohio where she got out two times where she wanted home so bad she jumped out 2nd story window on the something then did hang down and jumped as it was reported to me tried to get out up 7 times in one day reported to me by st Vincent works two of them then the 2nd time she got out trying to make it home there was 4 other kids got out with her and they went 1.7 miles down east main street and is a very bad part of town then was running from the cops and they was going to cross a river to get way from the cop where they all wanted out of st vincent so bad 1.7 miles is like 20 blocks but yet fccs aka cps and my baby.. gal. paul Morrison around the 100 block of east main st he said in court oh it was just a little way down the street he said that so they did not move my baby girl some where safe where he maked it sound a little down the street you see his address is on main street too so he knows how bad the street is .. I did nothing at all she has naver been unsafe here at home and naver did leave home BE REALLY NICE TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP HER AND I can all ways show and or send copy of everything needed my baby girl was stolen by fccs Respectfully, Mr. james messer 223 Schultz Ave Columbus, OH 43222-1030 my baby was token when she was 100%safe here at home after they toke her she could had died two times that I know of I wonder how many that I do not know off where it is being cover upREPORT COMMENTS

Currently my children and myself are continuing to be traumatized by a system that is not set up to help families but to split families up for profit. Power is given to workers who depend on families being split up and children taken in order for them to receive a paycheck. Yet many families are being kept separated from their kids simply because they are poor or would need government assistance in order to make ends meet and caseworkers are requiring parents to be able to prove sustainability without any help from government or family members in order to get their kids back, yet they will pay foster parents to care for the children taken out of the home. Makes no sense . Give the parents the money they are paying the foster parents and sustainability would be no problem. But if the government were to do that , half the caseworkers currently employed would not be needed because kids wouldn't be taken due to homelessness or kept in care because the parent can't make enough without government assistance to support her children . When did being poor turn into child abuse..and why is it being allowed in this country? And why are more people who are in positions of power in our government not outraged and putting a stop to it ?REPORT COMMENTS

I was put in States Custody when i was 16 yoa First facilty i was assaulted in under CPS custody by someone in their custody as well they took course of action against me instead of the assaulter and moved me to a phase 3 facility what they called a PRT was performed on me for being what was called resisting" 8 grown men and im only 16 my neck, back hips and left leg as well as my left shoulder was hurt as a result i landed on a fairly large rock that was lodged against the ground and my chest after being bruttally tackled in the back and trampled to the ground like i was part of some super bowl game or something felt as if my back was broke every disc in my back was shifted i screamed helplessly to the staff that were on top of me that something sharp is pushing against my chest and i couldnt breath i screamed this for about 5 mins while the other children watched i believe i passed out from oxygen shortage i wake up as the process is over im picked up off the ground my neck,back,hips,left leg and left shoulder hurts i suffered a sever case of whiplash but nothing serious their personal doctors say some two weeks after the incident happened. Iv seen other children bruttally battered in CPS hands for example of an occuranxe that took place two occurances that happened to the same child in a months period of time prt causes trauma to his chin and second staff member bruttally beats the child up for being in a different gang set than the staff member was at the time. Yeah iv seen and experianced some extremely wrongful and corruptive things in so called Child Protective Custody P.S Thanks For Protecting Me "NOT" Fraudulant SOB's my parents should have sued their teeth loose then we would all know them by gums and plaque services all it takes is some mouth was and a dentist to clear that mess up.REPORT COMMENTS

Dcfs has failed to follow their own rules to follow up with health care providers. My son has been physically abuse by his father (he assaulted me as well) and DCFS REFUSES to refer us to a child abuse expert. Why would they do this? Additionally DCFS workers have taken my child twice and sheltered him with the abuser! They claimed imminent danger for all of mysterious mental health issues that are not being treated. All a bunch of BS. These people are arrogant, inhumane and cause much more damage than good. There has got to be some liability. These caseworkers are immune they lie. produce fraudultent documents under oath!! Please if you know anyone that can help with these power hungy moroons that should not be allowed to destroy lives as they have. I don't know if my son and I can recover from 2 forced separations. WHERE IS THE CHILD ABUSE EXPERT IN ALL OF THIS AND WHY DO THEY REFUSE TO GET INVOLVED??
