Cassie Bisbee supervisor craven county dss has launched an almost grudgelike attack on my family that has been taken to a scary level. Not only has she gotten custody of my family on the basis of noncompliance she has had criminal charges filed against my fiancee and myself for child abuse but leaves one of my children in a foster home with an abusive foster mom (proven) because she also works for craven county. The submited 50 pages of "evidence" that we can dismiss with 1300 pages of their own documents that the family was doing fine until we told Cassie Bisbee that we were taking the boys on a vacation and she said no we weren't. How can they decide that? She threatened 5 times to take custody and couldn't do it until I refused to sign a release of information to them? Watch your backs legalized kidnapping is all it is. But they will come at you hard when you fight back. Sorry cassie my boys are worth it.REPORT COMMENTS

I had my rights terminated back in 1999. nothing was ever proven in court. Court documents were changed to protect the state. The police never investigated this case properly. I pray every day that some how justice will be served. But I do not know how or who to trust.REPORT COMMENTS

My six year old is in a home where a 19 year old male babysits her and wont let her shower alone!! Social worker is telling me I have no right to discuss matters that have to do with the foster home!!! Someone help me? There is so much more evidence of them lying, and I have proof. I live in CA and was Married for 18yrs to my High School Sweetheart. We had 2 beautiful children together and I thought all was fine. Except I have Epilepsy, that was not properly diagnosed, until I was expecting our 2nd child. I had problems my whole life and my parents would take me to Dr.'s, but they could not find any problems, so that was that. I was doing fine. Became a Reg. Dental Assistant and then worked in the Front office as the Ins. Biller. I became very ill from the epilepsy and had to have brain surgery so that I would stop having so many seizures. It was not fun, but I did it and for 6 months I was seizure free. They came back, but not as bad, and so I could not work. That did not make me a bad wife or mother. Anyway my husband ended up leaving me for another woman, and the Family Court System here in Placer County CA split my children up. They made my son go live with his father and his new "girlfriend and that family" and my daughter stayed with me. It was so hard on my children and I was devistated for years. I had to pay my ex-husband child support and all I made was Soc. Sec. Disability. I felt so worthless and like such a loser, and our poor daughter just missed her brother so much. Yes we saw him every other weekend, but The Court System Should NEVER be allowed to do things like this. It is not their place! I was a good mother and still am, but it took years for me to believe that and even think that at all. This has got to change or this Country will never be the same. I am so tired of these people who think they know so much trying to run our lives. It's time for us to take a stand and put God back in the Schools, Courts and Government. I live in ct. I have children with a man I was never married to, never even lived with. There was domestic violence, he was arrested and took a 8 hour class to erase it from his record. He's been arrested a number of times before. I never have, ever!!! Allegations were made by a child and the police have NEVER come to my home or his to investigate. For no reason he just won full custody of my kids. No one can believe this because I didn't do 1 thing wrong. I've been threw 4 attorneys and nothing changes. My kids are suffering, crying so hard vomiting to be with me,but no one will do a damn thing about it. I'm a single mom who's broker than broke, and can't keep adding these attorney fees up. When CPS/DSS was first developed, it was for the greater good of the family (as a whole). Over the years the system has hired less educated and corrupt individuals that seem to think they are the supreme beings of child care and family destruction. CPS/DSS is not for the care and welfare of children and/or elderly peoples, they no longer offer services to help families, unless they destroy families first by removal of members they deem should be removed! CPS/DSS is nothing more than a Hiltler-type group of unlawful communists that wish to use families as a way to make money and construct the removed individual to conform to their deceitful, unlawful removals. The families asking for help, get none, unless the person needing help is forcibly removed from their homes! The court systems in both Moore county and Cumberland county, North Carolina are manipulated and cases are fraudulently brought to "justice" by corrupt judges that deny families the opportunity to speak and be heard by the Due Processes that are supposed be granted to them. CPS/DSS "social workers" are taught to lie to and bully families into giving their children; they threaten imprisonment and use the court system to abuse their power over the common people. Judges and Magistrates are part of the corruption; they help CPS/DSS gain full custody of the children they've removed without solid proof, without a hearing, without Due Process! CPS/DSS needs to be audited for all removal/adoption cases over the past 30 years, and justice needs to be granted to ALL the families this evil, corrupt, unchecked organization has injured! Employees of CPS/DSS need to be convicted of kidnapping and contempt of court; they need to be imprisoned! CPS/DSS child removals due to anti-vaccine parents; parents of such kidnappings need to be awarded their children and fines (paid by CPS/DSS) for the mental and/or physical injuries that were caused by their unlawful seizures! We The People need to stand together and stop such corruption! These children belong to US, not the government! We pay for their health & welfare, not the government; therefore WE ARE IN CHARGE OF OUR CHILDREN, not the government!REPORT COMMENTS
