The pound in Logan West Virginia is a disgrace. They will not even let us take pictures of the animals to put on a website so that these animals may be adopted. They don't want to take the time to get these animals adopted they want to do the very least they have to in order to say they are doing some form of animal control. The pound itself is shameful. These animals stay a building with no heat or air conditioning with no food or water from what I can tell, laying in their own filth. There are so many of us who would be glad to volunteer and to do anything we could to get these animals adopted. We need better laws to protect these animals and to hold the county responsible for the mistreatment of these animals.REPORT COMMENTS
