To whom it may concern. I AM BEGGING those in power to please understand that it is IMPERATIVE that something be done about THIS KIND OF ABUSE! And must be addressed now. PARENTS THAT WONT GET TO SEE THEIR KIDS FOR CHRISTMAS . by Joseph Goldberg . I know many parents will not be spending time with their children during the Christmas holiday and not for a lack of wanting or trying to make it happen, but rather because some children reject their parents for unjustified reasons as in cases of parental alienation. Many family law judges are not educated in alienation so they do not know how to recognize malevolent parents committing acts of child psychological abuse. . In order to adequately educate the judge a lawyer will need ?litigation support? from a parent child relational problem consultant ( a PCRP consultant ). . This is a sad dynamic for rejected parents and for their children, its sad for the extended family members on the side of the rejected parent - it's sad for people who are not in this situation because many empathize with the child or the rejected parent. . It''s also unfortunate that many professionals who are not trained in this dynamic are unwilling to step aside so that more qualified mental health professionals can take over the treatment of the family members and its sad because there are professionals that can help, but they are very difficult to find, and the vetting process is something that needs to be put in the hands of a PC- RP consultant. . The rejected parent may be new to this experience or living with the dynamic for many years, it should be emphasized that I'm talking about ? unjustified reject- ion ? by a child not ? realistic estrangement. ? . We all know children reject parents for good reasons. A parent may have been abusive, neglectful, they may have a parenting style that is overly rigid, excessively passive - uninvolved or disinterested in the child, the parent might be overly controlling or, highly critical; they may have committed acts of domestic violence, they may have a criminal profile - but ? unjustified rejection ? is all about illogical reasons for rejection, ie cases of alienation where the justification is simply delusional. . In cases of child psychological abuse, the rejection is beyond the insight of the child, and it's impossible for the child to understand how the rejection was incul - cated by an offending parent, often with support from elder siblings, grandparents and other friends aligned with the offending parent. . Parents rejected for unjustified reasons are at great risk of overly reactive behaviour which could further comp- licate or compromise their ability to repair the parent - child relational problem. These parents are pushed into acting in a defensive manner. They're hurt, confused, angry, and they do make misguided mistakes that later become the focus of legal proceedings to interfere with their visitation and custodial rights. . My comments are not intended to echo what a rejected parent already knows, my article is dedicated to their extended family memREPORT COMMENTS

I agree my other half his ex when she decided they was through stole kids kids and gave away custody. He got told if he could not get cross country to the state they are in there was nothing the can do even though the place where they live is unfit. As a responsible official of Hendricks County government, you will surely want an immediate investigation into WHY there has been a blatant and flagrantly ongoing criminal conspiracy within your local courts and local agencies to actually aid, abet, shelter and conceal **dozens** of very serious felony child abuses upon my elementary school aged minor son. See the attached PhotosFelonyChildAbuses.pdf, which has already been part of the official court records for quite some time, along with the CPS reports of even other very serious child abuse incidents, other incidents documented by local hospital reports, and so on and so forth, while the perpetrator of all this nefarious child abuse, Paula Pyatte, has even *admitted* her guilt for several of these serious attacks right within the court hearings, via admitted depositions, and otherwise admitted by her directly in and on the court record.... yet nothing is ever done to finally stop this continually vicious abuse upon an innocent child. Why is nothing ever done? Because Paula Pyatte is also one of your fellow Hendricks County employees for the past two decades, working in the Tax Assessor?s office, which she has also fraudulently used to create fictitious and/or grossly exaggerated tax assessments against both my house and my business, on multiple occasions, and by which she is also suspected of likewise using to create false and illegal tax ?favors? to those in local power who continue to allow her in constantly beating my son again and again and again ? and not JUST beating him viciously, but also verbally and emotionally abusing him, and even forcing various toxic substances upon him, like making him ingest an entire glass of vinegar to ?punish? him (vinegar is a known poison in more than small quantities, and my son has a small body mass for his age, partially due to Paula sometimes not even feeding him enough, so he ends up literally starved for food when he is back with me on my alternating full weeks). This has been an ongoing criminal conspiracy by Judge David H. Coleman #3300-32, Judge Mark A. Smith #16517-49, attorney Matthew A. Burkert #18351-32, and attorney/GAL Kathryn M. Kuehn, #21506-49. That?s right ? even the GAL in the case, too. They all have long had all of this official evidence in the record against Paula Pyatte?s numerous Class D Felony and Class B Felony child abuses, they are already aware that Paula Pyatte has not only admitted to several of these incidents, but has also even admitted already to her misuse of her Tax Assessor position, that she has been previously found in multiple contempts of court for medical neglect of my son, multiple contempts for concealing my son, that she is extremely unstable (even her own multiple family members kept kicking her out of their different houses), that she has serious depression and related drug issues, and so forth and so on..... yet they not only don?t do anything to protect my son from her constant attacksREPORT COMMENTS

I feel that children should not be subject to this - the courts in PA are not that expedient and definitely favor the paternal mother in these matters. My child has been taught that her father is a second class person. I have been falsely accused of DV and subjected to unwarranted punishment based solely on the mother's biased testimony.
