I am the mother of a beautiful 8 year old daughter. Her father is causing parental alienation/ family alienation. She has not seen her sisters in a year, her grand parents in two years, her uncle, aunt or cousin in two years. I have a GAL, ARC and 4 contempt's in the state of Massachusetts. The father has lied in court granting these atrocities. I continue to fight. The fight might be easier if there was a law where it was a criminal act punishable by jail time to be able to stop this painful, emotional, psychological act. I HAVE SEEN FIRST HAND THE DESTRUCTION OF 2 PEOPLE....MY SON....AND HIS 10 YEAR OLD CHILD. DELIBERATE AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS MADE BY THE EX WIFE......ANYTHING TO MALIGN THE CHARACTER OF THE FATHER. I SEE WHAT IT IS DOING TO A GROWN MAN, BUT WHAT IS SHE DOING TO HER 10 YEAR OLD'S MIND?? THIS IS EVIL AND THESE WOMEN AND THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ENLIST IN THEIR CRUSADE TO JOIN IN THE ACCUSATIONS I.E. MOST HAVE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS OR THEY WOULD NOT GO TO SUCH EXTREME MEASURES TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE CHILD. THE MALICIOUS MOTHER SYNDROME CONTINUES. SHE WILL USE FRIENDS,RELATIVES, SCHOOL TEACHERS, DOCTORS, TO MANIPULATE THE COURT SYSTEM FOR RESTRAINING ORDERS, DELIBERATE AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS, PETITIONS, ETC. ANYTHING THAT WILL MALIGN THE CHARACTER OF THE HUSBAND SO AS TO ATTAIN FULL CUSTODY OF THE CHILD. THESE VICIOUS WOMEN ARE NOT BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. my son's father promise then I couldn't have his son if he couldn't have me. he is an abuser and that is why I left him. since my son could speak he would parrot his father's lies. I always believed that light and love would overcome and conquer the darkness of his father and the poison he planted in the relationship between my son and myself. the courts R nothing short of a bad joke and serve no justice for this situation and crime. my son was on crusade for his dad. we had to let him go when he was 13 as he was a threat to our daughter and our home our family. he is now 20 and I still have not seen him. he is still on crusade for his dad and in his argument his dad is the best he is his idol and I am nothing but a piece of trash. he doesn't care if he ever sees me again.he has told me this when I tried contacting him via email and facebook. I had hoped he would come to the truth but for now it really looks like I will never have a relationship with him. there needs to be greater intervention. my son suffers as the greatest victim then I am a victim too our relationship has been robbed mutilated and destroyed no matter how much love I gave himno matter what I did or did not do I will be rejected because that is what he has been programmed to do. for him to go against that would be the greatest betrayal and treason against his father. may God have mercy and may the courts wake up to this very real problem and somehow start intervening and putting the sick parent in prison for such a crime!REPORT COMMENTS

Judge Manno-Schurr orders another 12 weeks of supervised visitation ON NOVEMBER 2ND, 2014. NO CONTACT SINCE LAST SUPERVISED VISIT ON OCTOBER 11TH, 2014. January 24th, 2015 -- Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center - Miami, Florida - Family Court Services Dad immediately notices that daughter is acting/behaving very different since last visit in same room/facility/location. After 1 hour visit Zoraya leaves playroom. The 3 observers (part of Family Court Staff) were the same.individuals that reported back to the Judges during the last 36 weeks over a 4 year period. I am certain they noticed the difference. Spoke with one observer, that agreed with me, while the other two returned Zoraya to mom. Upon their return I complained. The Judge took away the visits on Feberuary 3rd, 2015. During this ordeal I have successfully completed over 36 weeks of supervised visitation with my daughter at the Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center . From 2009 through 2011 Judge Dennis ordered 2 hours per week with my daughter at the daycare center we registered her when she was born. It was NOT a "certified" supervised visitation network provider. Judge Dennis promised that when I fully I complied with ALL of the Court's Orders she would resume "normal and reasonable time sharing". The staff / observers have always made positive comments to me verbally and in writing to the court. I've received superb references via reports written by Family Court Services staff/observers that were submitted to Judge Manno-Schurr of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Miami - Dade County Florida and are archived in case no. 2008-29595 FC 17. Judge Manno-Schurr ordered another 12 weeks of Supervised Visitation on November 4th, 2014 to commence on January 24th, 2015.AND also promised an "alternative" method of Supervised Visitation Network. Nothing occurred. I reported to the Supervised Visitation at the same place as the last 36! On January 24th, after my daughter left the room, I complained to the 3 staff members/observers that it is obvious, especially to me, that she is being brainwashed and is probably suffering from Parental alienation syndrome and or Stockholm syndrome . I reminded them that they had an obligation to report child abuse to the Florida Department of Children and Families. On Monday, Linda Fieldstone, called me to advise they are referring the case back to the Judge. The point is that anyone and everyone that has seen my daughter and I together knows that I am a great dad. The Judge refuses to read the entire history of the case and after 3 reports that indicate I'm a great father she refused to accept my suggestion that my daughter and I meet with her in Judge's Chamber. She refused saying she was not a psychologist. I said to her that she doesn't have to be a psychologist...she just has to be HUMAN. ?
