My boyfriend is a victim of PA by his ex wife. He has not seen his children in 5 years. He has only spoken to his two children (daughter now 14 and son now 10) but maybe a dozen time in the past 2 years. This woman and her mother has manipulated, lied and brainwashed these children to the point that now the daughter refers to him as a sperm donor....he has always had a great relationship with both of his kids up until the past almost 2 years....he is devastated as he has done nothing to cause this sudden hate by his kids.....please please help these parents and their children.....Sep 27th, 2014Someone from Alton, MO writes:

More needs to be done to bring awareness to this problem. This is child abuse. The courts need to be educated on this. I know in Lehigh County, PA they are totally clueless. People need to be held in contempt by serving jail time as well as paying fines. Treat it as any child abuse case. This affects too many innocent children to turn a blind eye to it.REPORT COMMENTS

My children and I are victims of this horrible phenomenon, well document among scholars and forensic psychologists. Read the papers by Amy J. Baker, Richard Warshak, Linda Gottlieb, and so many others. The dynamic is coded in the DSM V, and you can easily find on the Intenet papers written by the noted editor, a renowned psychiatrist from Harvard, and Amy J. Baker. Parental Alienation is truly one of the most evil things happening in society. The victim parent had the deepest scar -- very similar to having a child abducted -- and then the alienating parent sociopath frames the victim. It is truly horrible. The child is brainwashed to hate the other parent, not unlike training a dog to be aggressive. Worse, research shows that an aligned therapist with the alienating parent is like putting the child into a cult brianwashing. That is what happened to me and my child. My daughter and I had an unbreakable relationship. Then her evil mother put my daughter into therapy with a feminist man hater and together they performed a parentectomy. I gave an order from my attorney that I needed to talk to the therapist urgently but she refused. I lost my child to these two brainwashing parentectomy perpetrators. Now the ex says she needs more child support because my child will not see me. Truly evil. I just want to die. I was an amazing dad and a good Christian. ACT NOW. PARENTAL ALIENATION IS VIOLENCE Citizens demand for Family Law Reform is a fallacy. International-Domestic Family Laws are based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and the yearly "Recommendations" enforced to State Parties Member of United Nations (UN) by the Committee on the Rights of the Child based in Geneva, Switzerland. The CRC is an international binding treaty never debated in Parliaments, House of Commons, Congress or Citizens. The treaty and subsequent Protocols are signed between UN and your Nation through the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Although, every Nation must reports to the Committee every 5 years, the 18 members of the Committee are accountable to nobody. The Committee questions, criticizes, instruct and issue written "Recommendations" that impact Family Law, specially the relationship between parents-children. The "Recommendations" are adopted immediately by governments as mandated by the Committee. All "Recommendations" of the Committee are implemented through National Judicial System. The "Recommendations" affect divorce and child custody proceedings, removal of children from their parents, placement in foster care, institutions and adoption. Under the umbrella of Children Rights there are 80 NGO's (non-government organizations) lobbying on behalf of UN with a tendency to prejudice parents. NGO's exert a strong influence at the Committee of CRC, their suggestions are mostly accepted without delay at the Geneva Headquarters. The power of the Committee and NGO's over all 193 State Party should give an insight of why, in spite of citizens outcry, national legislators tend to defeat proposed Bills to Family Law Reform. By the same token, parents, relatives and citizens complaints or protests about parental alienation, degrading and inhuman treatment by judicial systems during divorce as well as social workers abuses are ignored. Those issues are neither acknowledged by the Committee of CRC nor addressed by Nations legal or administrative systems except for Brazil (2010) and Mexico (2014) that outlawed Parental Alienation. Parental Alienation and child removal from fit parents will stop when the roots and sources that foster prejudice against parents and unjustified removal of children are starved. That is, dismantle misleading propaganda on Children Rights and abusive practices of the likes of United Nations, UNICEF, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, The Committee on the Rights of the Child, NGO's, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Presidents or Prime Ministers. In order to stop Parental Alienation and regain Parental Rights, all parents, grandparents and citizens have the inalienable Right and moral obligation to demand their Nation to withdraw from the draconian Convention on the Rights of the Child. Withdrawal is done by invoking Article 52 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child which says, "A State Party may denounce (withdraw) the present ConventionREPORT COMMENTS

I'm dealing with this currently. I have two children from a previous marriage, 4 and 5, they are my world and I want nothing more than a firm relationship with them as they grow. I see them every Sunday and Wednesday and try to call every day. Their mother won't answer the phone or let me speak with them whenever we disagree, she has told the kids that I don't want to talk to them and that I don't want them at my house. She has cursed and told me she hates me while holding my son. She has tried to keep me out of their schools and refused me correspondences from teachers, the list goes on. She acts like a bitter ex wife, like I ruined everything, when in reality we ended because she cheated, asked me to leave, and filed for divorce. She's angry because I wouldn't go back when the relationship she began when we were still together failed. We're going to disagree, but it breaks my heart when it affects the children like this.REPORT COMMENTS

PA has ruined mine and my son's life forever. I am not revengeful, but I do feel that it may prevent parents from doing it. My son's father teaches and forces him to cut me out of his life for revenge. He believes that he needs revenge for the marriage and divorce, so he uses my son to do so. He has been suicidal and potentially homicidal because of the PA. I have come across hundred of other cases similar to mine. As someone who was once alienated against my father by my mother, this issue is very close to my heart. When I was alienated against my father, I felt very unloved, and I believed that I had a father that didn't love me. My mother was also very abusive and manipulative towards my brother and I. I still suffer from the impact my mother and other family members had on me as a child. I am now an adult, and I have since learned the truth about my father, but I know that there are other parents and children out there dealing with this issue.
