Parental alienation needs to be made a criminal act!!! Families are ripped apart because of the selfishness and vindictiveness of an angry parent treating a child/ children like a pawn or a piece of property and is isolated and alienated from not only the other parent, but from siblings, grandparents and other extended family that the child/ children love dearly!! For years I kept things of my children, Christmas,birthday and the last items of their love for me! My son is 25, daughter 29, I spent tens of thousands to Tarrant county courts,while the states attorney would make child support allegations, support takes custody claims everytime, the stories I heard after we were reunited, still makes tears! my son, I can count on one how many times we have spent time together! My daughter would say mom brain washed him! Some court Justices should be imprisoned and punished! When a Judge tell you they are in my care, when they suffer, the parent that got scammed by courts should be able to collect 500,000$ to encourage the judges to be honest and the courts have to pay the fines they incur!REPORT COMMENTS

In my case, the father alienated our son from me. He was "stolen" for 14 months, and cut off from his own sister, grandparents aunts, uncles and cousins. He is now 5, and although I got him back thanks to the tireless efforts of my attorney who has no tolerance for this kind of child abuse, my son is not without deep psychological scars. We are currently working through a host of self-esteem and behavioral issues and an eating disorder that he developed after the father took him from everyone he knew and loved. Not only did the judge ignore serious forensic profiles that my spouse was "unstable, paranoid schizophrenic", knew he was violating ATRO's destroying the minds of our young adult children, our home, property, threatening my life....this Judge David Gunn from Riverside CA also fabricated a Statement of Decision and Judgment not based on any facts or evidence which became a horrific weapon in the hands of a disturbed man to take our children totally out of reality / libelous slander of my reputation hence isolating me more and more vulnerable prey for a predator.....this judge intimidated every lawyer I hired to misrepresent me, altered transcripts and court records and blocked me in the middle of my appeal process. My sick spouse pulled every destructive illegal terrifying thing he could and was not sanctioned, fined or jailed. The original judge was taken off my case, this judge who was quoted in Riverside Law Magazine the same time he came on my case saying "the only thing I know about family law is that I got a divorce". Also in the bogus transcripts he says that he "does not have the authority to order psychological testing" as with Huntington's disease and schizophrenia on my husbands side, his sister trying to kill her husband and daughter...I was begging the court to have him tested at UCLA and was ignored. I live in hiding now, my sick husbands threat "I will destroy everything you love", this judge made possible and worse. I have all the evidence and documents of this intentional blatant "torture, terrorism & mobbing" by that court on top of "torture, terrorism, stalking, severe alienation, etc" of both me and my children by a professionally profiled "dangerous, capable of murder, etc." man. My children need reality, that judgment needs to be a representation of reality, not a made up piece of garbage smothering the life out of me and the kids that a corrupt judge repeatedly refuses to rectify. It gets worse, over 5 years worse plus a change of venue to the Orange County court, against my objections, where I got slaughtered because what was sent there by Riverside was all lies and a false representation of what really happened. Please save our Grandchildren. Parental Alienation is Abuse which is a Crime which must be punished by Law!! Parental Alienation Destroys Families. All because of a selfish or many times unfit Parent. This affects all Family members Parents, Grandparents, Great Grandparents, Siblings, Aunts and Uncles. This doesn't just affect the children, it causes so much pain to the parent who doesn't get to see or talk to their babies. Parental Alienation is cruel and it affects fathers and mothers all over the world. We have got to put a stop to it.
