I have no words except to say we have personal experience dealing with an alienating mother who is preventing/ extremely limiting the time spent between father and daughter. False accusations, lying to police officers and getting to CPS FIRST to deceive them so that they are the ONLY ones who are listened to and do NOT find out BOTH sides. I went through hell in 2007 and finally was awarded 50/50custody of both our daughters in 2010 the mother of my children cut off all contact. I was recently able to find an address for them about a week before my baby's birthday which is day before mine And i sent flowers and balloons and war war 3 has begun. Sadly all i can think about now is the hell she's putting them through and the hateful things said about me as a father. She actually had me believe that my youngest wanted to speak with me and I heard my baby's voice the first time in 5 years and she said she doesn't want to have anything to do with me. I know she's been brainwashed My children don't understand that I have still made many attempts over the years begging for her to just let me talk to them but it was always the same story either the girls weren't with her or they were always sleeping etc. Its heartbreaking!REPORT COMMENTS

It was obvious from the very beginning that my two sons were being brainwashed with lies about their father and they were also alienated from getting two weekends a month to stay with me. They were also further alienated through excessive court litigation that stripped away my rights to my children. The courts need to stop enabling this tragic outcome. It isn't "He said - she said," anymore. The family systems models make this diagnosable and even proscribe remedy. I have been a targeted parent for years, the system is broken and the kids are getting hurt. Family Systems Therapy training should be manditory for all family courts.REPORT COMMENTS
