Our grandsons' maternal grandmother has coached the children to falsely claim sexual abuse by their father. The older child complied, but the authorities found no compelling evidence to proceed with charges. However, it did land my oldest grandson in psych lockup because he was engaging in self-harming behaviors. His therapist recognizes PAS because his abuse story doesn't add up and the therapist is trying to obtain the truth. Meanwhile, the lives of two young children are being destroyed.REPORT COMMENTS

Parental Alienation is the Ultimate HATE CRIME against the CHILDREN. A Spiteful Ex Partner thinks they are Hurting the other while USING the Innocent Children as a pawn/weapon between them. But I can testify, after 12 years of a Maniacal X causing extreme Parental Alienation/Stockholm Syndrome, that my now ADULT CHILDREN have Irreparable Emotional & Financial Damage due to their "Father's" actions. They were once raised in privilege & now are forced to struggle & suffer financially while still writhing from the emotional pain caused by the severe separation of Mother & Child. And while in his "care" that the courts deemed was the "Best Place for them" he neglected & abused them while doing everything he could possibly do to keep them away from their loving mother. He threatened them daily of horrible things he would do if they sought me out. And when they would go to the Police to speak of his abuse & scream out that they wanted to be with me, they would disappear from all who loved them the very next day, without a trace. He would send them to another state to a Boarding School to keep them away from me & to keep them silent of his abuse, as he needed to keep his "image' of an upright citizen. WE are all now reunited due to my tenacity, but it wasn't until they each reached the age of nearly 18 when they felt strong enough to leave his abusive home to seek me. I am now trying my best to DEBRIEF them of their Abuse, Control, Manipulation, etc. PARENTAL ALIENATION IS CHILD ABUSE! And any Judge, Attorney, Counselor, Parent that allows or uses this behavior to GAIN MONETARY BENEFITS through the DIVORCE rather than DO WHAT'S BEST FOR THE INTEREST OF THE CHILD should be ARRESTED! I know for a fact that my innocent children, who never did anything wrong, have suffered a Life Sentence due to the GREED & SPITE of their Father and the courts who've lined their pockets with Children's Tears, their innocence, their childhoods & their Futures, as father had paid off the very individuals who are meant to PROTECT THE INNOCENT. My kids now suffer from PTSD & go back and forth of Trusting & Not Trusting even each other. Dad has used such mind games to divide & conquer that they tend to go back & forth of Loving & not trusting their own siblings. THIS IS ABUSE & THE LAW NEEDS TO VIEW IT AS SUCH! This is only the tip of the iceberg & I have OVER A DECADE of unfortunate experience of Parental Alienation & now I am dealing with the fallout of such abuse! I most definitely define myself as an EXPERT in the field of Parental Alienation & can attest to such & can be called upon, if needed.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a father of two children who were taken to NJ during a divorce and separation. Due to corrupt Judges that have too much power and ignore the laws, It has been 4 YEARS without any contact with my daughter Cheyenne Romanowski and my son Collin Romanowski. We had a loving relationship before the divorce and due to false accusations, now dismissed by the higher courts, the lower courts continue to fail to issue any visitation order what so ever in Hunterdon County New Jersey. My children suffer from the parent alienation abuse, my ex-wife has tried to keep the schools from giving me any information about my son or daughter, and the courts fail to allow evidence as to such. In fact on April 10th, 2015 a family court judge denied my Motion to produce evidence to parent alienation and perjury by my ex- wife with her attorney. Please help the children and make a law of 50/50 parenting time. Look up Cheyenne Romanowski on you tube. This is the only way I can reach out to them without a court order and NJ will not give me one.REPORT COMMENTS

My children are suffering. The love and parental influence of their mother has been stripped away. Their father has become the residential parent because I was under-employed for a few years and he objected to us living with some of my family members. He does not cooperate with the shared parenting arrangement agreed to in court. It has taken me a few years to get enough money for a lawyer. They are teenagers now and I fear that it is too late to repair the situation. They have been removed from all activities and change schools repeatedly. They are mostly secluded. Their value system has changed and they seem more vulnerable to persuasion. They have been taken off the track to become successful, contributing adults. They are now on the track to remain wards of the state for the rest of their lives. I fear for their future. Parental alienation is shaping a large section of America's children. The children are what count most, not the emotional feelings of the parents. There should be equal parenting accross the board. Equal rights to that child or children. Children today have no concept of empathy, respect, true selfworth and identity. This is the cause for the decline in individuals who grow up with a purpose, wanting to be the future leaders. It is what it is folks!!! I believe i have done nothing wrong to have gone this long without seeing my son. I ache for my son all the time and often wish i had not have left him with his father, trusting that he would be mature enough to want what is best for his son...all the while my sons father disregarded my issues, loss of my mother and to withold my son from us...etc I still pay child support and therefore he should uphold the court order of supervised visitation...which i decided not to participate after he kept harassing me and changing his mind after a few attempts on my own to stay in my sons life!! please do what is right for our children and universal families!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Hello, I am seeking advice, assistance, and resources in addressing the civil rights violations, injustices, and problems I have had to endure. False allegations, abuse of process and gender discrimination in domestic violence/divorce has ripped my family apart causing much damage and loss. My family and I were working though some of the hardest times I had ever experienced in my life and agencies and organizations funded to help families got involved and contributed to the fall of a good and loving family. I am not only dealing with the pain of divorce and missing my kids. I was grieving the loss of my mother to cancer and coping with many stressful life circumstances when false allegations and a restraining order against me resulting in incarceration. The injustices and problems has caused me to lose my family, home, vehicle, retirement accounts, financial resources, next to everything I have worked for and toward in my life. I am at such a loss and completely disgusted how the systems and organizations funded to help families and people are doing the total opposite. I have experienced first hand the damage and problems these systems and organizations allowed and contribute to. I was, prior to these allegations, a hardworking responsible tax paying citizen, husband, father, and homeowner. Now I am next to homeless facing bankruptcy, foreclosure, child support, 3 years of un filed taxes, etc. etc. the list goes on and on. I was force out of my life, and the life of my three children, nine months after losing my mom to cancer, four months after adopting my oldest son, my wife?s (now ex-wife?s) first born, along with other various stressful situations going on. It eats at me everyday haven?t seen or had contact with THE CHILDREN I LOVE SO VERY MUCH since 2011 along with losing everything I had worked toward and for in my life. I hope to heal and get back on my feet from being beat dead by the exploitation, injustices, and problems allowed and contributed by our wonderful "justice system" before being labeled a deadbeat dad. AUH!!!I have contacted various people in many areas of these problems from local representatives to the president of the US and nothing! They don't care! The "system" agencies and organizations draw too much funding and WE THE PEOPLE (Families, Men, Women, and Children) are being Exploited! $adly many people allow, add, and contribute to it, just doing there job; knowing these things are ruining families, lives, and society as a whole. I really would like to contribute to helping address and correct these issues and problems. Any advice, assistance, or resources you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
